Riu Latino: Beautiful Resort

Everything was very clean, and cleaning and gardening going on all the time. All staff members were very friendly. We got an awesome room with a great view of ocean even though it was considered courtyard view. White party was a total blast at the other resort. Pools well maintained and clean and bartenders were great as well, also had drink carts with fair selection of thing so you did not have to leave you chair. We joined the Facebook page and lots of information and can ask questions. RIU app was great for all information and schedules. Wifi was very good and fast with lots of coverage and no having to log in every time you go out of range( walk on beach). Food was very good at the buffet and restaurant’s, something for everybody. Entertainment shows were decent . All in all very happy with our vacation.

Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort and Spa: Dreams resort a dream

DREAMS CAPE RESORT COZUMEL I FOUND THE RESORT TO BE CLEAN AND RPOMS VERY LOVELY. OCEAN FRONT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT.IF U ARE THERE TO SNORKEL THEN THIS RESORT IS FOR U.LOTS OF FISH RIGHT OFF THE BEACH.GROUNDS ARE IMMACULATE.BEAUTIFUL LAYOUT OF VILLAS.MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH RESTAURANTS IN THE DREAMS SECTION AND NO COFFEE BAR IN DREAMS.THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE NEEDED A ROOM CHANGE DUE TO A NOISE ISSUE FROM THE POOL PUMP.THEY CHANGED OUR ROOM BY 12 THE NEXT DAY TO AN [... read more] OCEANFRONT IN A VILLA RIGHT BESIDE OUR ORIGINAL BUILDING AND WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH NOISE.CHECKIN WAS VERY SLOW.WE WERE TOLD NOT ENOUGH STAFF.LATE CHECKOUT WAS NOT AN ISSUE.ALLOWED TO STAY IN ROOM UNTIL 3 OVERALL A GREAT STAY.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: No complaints !

Great 2 weeks at the Occidental ! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good buffet, great à la carte restaurant. Friendly staff, we got on average 15 "hellos" per day from staff. Not a beach/sand resort but lots of big pools and the complex is huge. I would recommend without hesitation !

Riu Palace Mexico: Great resort

It was all great, except for the endless seaweed, nothing that can be done about it. My earrings went missing, they just left a note to remind me to put valuables in the safe, but stole the gold earrings.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Fair resort

The resort was good. Room cleanliness was good. Location was amazing. We had good time at the resort, except the food was very very bad, no taste. Four restaurants were available. Asian , Mexican, buffet and steakhouse. Service was great, the staff was very good, friendly and accommodating.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Great service!

The service in the location was great except the maintenance department didn't shown up even after so many call requests while the toilet was blocked in room 631 (feb 6 to 13), i had to use the toilet brush to pump the water and finally the water gone through. The rest all the services was amazing. The food needs to be improve

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: 2 Star at best

Standard rooms are so tiny. No windows for natural light other then the shower window in some. There wasn't a place to even put our suitcase. The toilet backed up overflowing sewage all over our room. Desk manager offered to switch out the toilet that would be a 4 hour job or switch to another standard room but it wasn't clean yet so we would have to wait hours for cleaning. I packed all our belongings walking through 2 inches of sewage water. Tears streaming down my face in pure frustration. Ma [... read more]nagement idea of a resolution was a 25 minute massage with the signage of a social media silence disclaimer. I felt this was a huge slap in the face. I wasn't looking for any compensation only for the resort managers to do better for the guest.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Things are different…

The resort staff is friendly however what once was a 5 star is now what I would consider AT BEST a 4 star!! Rooms are not clean Food QUALITY is very poor Front desk help was poor Lack of chairs & umbrellas

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: I do not recommend this resort

Positives: food was good; nice beach; new building; good drinks Negatives: bad service; tip is expected by everybody; we did not get the room we paid for for the first 3 days; worse entertainment I’ve ever seen at a resort; AC in our room could not be set to a specific temperature- it was super cold

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Amazing Resort

Staff was fantastic view was amazing from 9th floor. Food was good and the snorkeling was amazing. Shopping was very close as was the airport. Representative was very helpful. Entertainment was very good. Bartenders were great and willing to please.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Perfection as usual

This was our third visit to this resort. Three times a charm. Nothing but absolute perfection. Will be going back for a fourth time. Apparently I have to talk for 200 characters there’s nothing more to say other than the great fantastic holiday. We had rain for 10 minutes in our 10 day stay. I would highly recommend 10 day trip as you usually eat up two days. During your traveling.

Cozumel Hotel and Resort: Improved from last visit. Great Location

My husband and I visited for 2 weeks at the beginning of February 2023. We have been to this hotel several times before, but not since Wyndham took over. We were very pleased. Highlights: snorkeling right out front of the hotel. Coral wall was as amazing as ever, except for near the entry. I swam to the left from there to almost the pier. Food improved since our last visit. Buffet pretty good, but as usual, a bit repetitive. Fresh papaya and pineapple daily were delicious. Wish they would [... read more] have had flan more often. Husband happy with bacon from grill (if he asked Virgilio.) Cornelio and Miguel both outstanding waiters, some of the other staff could be more attentive. Coffee was terrible, very weak, it used to be so delicious there! We started to get cappuccinos instead. Usually, they were better. Snack bar no longer was a buffet, but rather was cook to order. Keira and Luisa happily took orders and food was fresh and quite tasty. Loved the shrimp quesadillas. There were some special meals, like a fish fry one day at lunch on the beach with live music and one evening there was a Mexican night at the Gran Salon. I wish we would have known about these in advance, as we missed these special meals a couple of times. Beds as hard as ever, which is my preference. The hotel itself requires repairs, which repairmen are seen doing almost daily. I enjoyed interacting with the activity staff. Excellent Spanish lessons and stretching classes, from Iyuli and Alonso, and Juanita and I taught each other. Gabriel refereed the very fun pool volleyball, which I loved! They also did a fabulous night show with lights and shadows. I especially loved the shadow dancing! So talented, Iyuli! The hotel has a policy of cutting off armbands at noon, even if the guest's flight is much later. This is a very poor policy. Hopefully, the management will reconsider this. Also, apparently smoking is no longer permitted in public places in Mexico. (I am surprised by that, I would be surprised if that won't affect tourism.) We had an amazing time, a very enjoyable 2 weeks. I would love to return.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Wonderful resort

We just spent a week here and enjoyed it very much. The grounds were well kept and the rooms although a bit dated and needed a few repairs were clean ! The food was awesome as was the friendly staff. The only downside we found was the lack of communication for some things We had to go everyday to make a dinner reservation and didn’t find out until our fourth day that there was an app to book them. All in all a great family resort !

TRS Yucatan: Had a wonderful time!

We stayed at TRS Yucatan Feb 6-13. This was our 3rd time staying there but the first time since Covid. It is a great experience if you want service excellence, great food and peace and quiet. We did notice a few changes in service level since pre Covid. You have to pay for the dinner theatre and the food was awful. The show was fantastic. There also was nothing happening at night. They used to have artists performing after dark but this seems to have been cut out. The a la carte restaurants are [... read more] good and the concierge service is superb. We give the experience a 9 out of 10.

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: very good

we had ocean view with balcony , very nice , food was great at all the dinning places. Pools were clean and lots of activities. Staff was very good to us as well. Menus and reservations are on QR codes that work great. Good deals in the resorts store as well. The shows were very good to. Love the wildlife there as well.

Crown Paradise Club: Decent resort

The grounds we well kept and clean. The rooms are slightly outdated, however housekeeping did a great job keeping them looking as best as they could. The buffet was ok. Unfortunately they would advertise theme nights that never materialized. The service was excellent, friendly and courteous. Beach and pools amazing. Overall this is a great place for family and a quieter more relaxing vacation

Royal Solaris Cancun: Good resort

The resort is really good, you don't get bord from the beggining of the day until the night even when it's raining.The entertainment team are doing a great job even. The room are beautiful but the wi-fi is si bad, and because our room was a connected one we could hear the person snoring from the room next to us. The food is very good, plenty of restaurants to choose from and not a long time waiting before you get seated. Overall we love our stay and would recommand it.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Amazing family vacation

Amazing family resort. Beach and pools were phenomenal. Snorkeling was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was okay - need to plan dinner reservations better. Perfect for families and very accessible throughout resort.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Resort was very good

The resort was good the place was clean and staff were friendly. The booking went as planned no complaints. We would stay here again if we went to Nuevo Vallarta we will also tell others of this place.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Great location!!

Location was amazing and staff was amazing. We got a standard room and it was a little room in a corner, nowhere to put our luggage. If you are going here upgrade your room. Buffet was small and not much options. You need to be up very early to get a chair as there is not enough and people reserve by 6am and door come back down until 10am. There is no beach and the little beach on the north corner is rocky. So if you love beach then this is not the place for you.
