Sunset Beach Resort and Spa: Good Family Friendly Resort

Had a good time with my family. The grounds we pretty well kept. All of the staff we met were friendly. Food was ok, had no trouble with finding things to eat. Ala carte restaurants were good especially the Jamaican restaurant. Kids had lots to doo. Waterpark is fun

If your looking for a quiet relaxing place this is it. Amazing People! Great food drinks pools and rooms. The beach is nice! We had a great time. I would also recommend the bob marley excursion.something to see!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing trip!!!!!

The rooms was pretty clean everytime, the bathrooms was really nice. Also the food services at the restaurant was great and always served with a smile from the nicest employees. Our days at the pool and the beach were incredibly amazing!!!

Great food. Service was a little slow, but that is to be expected. It was very hot, the beach is beautiful and great swimming. The only disappointment was the on-going construction that went into the night.

The Oasis at Sunset: Great Staff

Staff are what made this trip really enjoyable! From Renee at the front desk at the beginning of our trip to Kevin at the end. Rooms are a outdated but they are starting renovations. Food is great! We had a great time with our 2 year old daughter (she loved the pool and waterslide)

Secrets Wild Orchid: Beautiful Holiday

The resort was immaculate. Service was warm and friendly. Staff were exceedingly helpful. Facilities were great. Food was consistently excellent. Entertainment was fun and very talented. Love the piano bar!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Happy with my stay - 22nd time to Jamaica

I was happy with everything about the hotel. The staff was fantastic and I love the property layout and closeness of the patrons due to the size of it. The new property beach acquired recently is going to make this a gem!

Riu Negril: Quaint resort

Small area, makes it easy to get around. Beach is okay but lots of seaweed. Resort is clean but could be updated. Landscaping needs some TLC. Priced well for location. Food was average, nothing special.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Truly a AMAZING resort

The resort was luxurys and very clean, the employer were super social. I had the time of my life and will deffenately be back again. They was zero problem and I was amazed by how perfect my trip was . I highly recommend it .

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Loved it amazing resort and staff

I loved my trip the beach was beautiful the trampoline in the ocean was perfect for sunbathing all of the staff where very nice and fast with getting us our drinks the strip in front of the hotel felt very safe to walk on day or night I will most definitely be going back !

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: not what I expected.

I thought the staff were very rude, the kids had nothing to do, once you tip you never see the staff member again, no towels, the staff are always fighting eachother and when you ask for a drink, most of the time you don't see them. You get no cutlery for the kids and spoons are very seldom.

Sandals Royal Plantation: Best Vacation Ever

The Sandals Royal Plantation was the perfect fit of service, food, and facility. With only 74 rooms this is a couple paradise. The world class staff was at least 2 to 1 quest ratio and with the butler service everything you would want was taken care of. Being a smaller resort they only had 3 restaurants however this allowed the food and beverage team to go above and beyond and we experienced some of the best food we have ever had on vacation. If you are looking for a couples retreat that allows you to actually just sit on the beach and be pampered then Sandals Royal Plantation is your next vacation.

Riu Ocho Rios: Awesome Resort

We had an amazing time. Resort was very nice. We found the people very nice and accommodating. Lots to do. Food was perfect. Pool staff (bartenders, life guards) were very friendly. All around great time.

Secrets St James: Top Notch

Overall not a bad thing to say. The resort is labeled a 4.5 star i would love to know what criteria makes a resort a 5 because there wasn't anything bad to say about this place. Rooms, food, beach, pools staff all amazing. I don't think there was a blade of grass out of place. *****

Riu Montego Bay: great vacation

Went to the Riu Montego Bay June 17 -24. It was great. The resort was clean, food was good, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downfall was there weren't any umbrellas on the beach for shade, and you need shade its extremely hot.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: 5 Star

The hotel and ground are immaculate. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and made you feel like you were a part of their family. Food was exceptional especially at the Jerk Hut on the beach! ☺

Overall this was an "ok" resort for a couple in their early 20s. Although it is an amazing resort if you're considering going with family. Resort: - overall very clean - never ran out of beach towels - a lot of Mosquitos - make sure to bring bug spray - beach was clean - no seaweed, although looking at previous pictures there's a lot of seaweed, I think it depends on the time you visit - the gym is better than most resorts Food: - Steakhouse: food was cooked perfectly, everything we ordered wa [... read more]s delicious. Tip: order the creme brûlée - amazing! - Italian: service was superb! The dishes was either amazing or bland, the portions are a little bit smaller than normal - Japanese: overall from start to finish was very entertaining to watch - esp for the kids! Order the deep fried icecream - it's amazing!! - Buffet: just your average buffet, sometimes things didn't taste like they normally should. - Beach BBQ: the jerk sauce are made fresh daily so some days were spicer than others - which I didn't mind! The sides like the rice sometimes tasted stale, it could be because of the wind. Other than that, had the BBQ everyday for lunch! Service: - everyone was friendly, wasn't once given attitude - didn't feel there was pressure to tip - there's only 2 bars open at night so it got a little crowded and slow - Our maid wasn't the best, she forgot to clean one of our washrooms for the entire week. Overall it's an amazing resort for families, there's the water slides and the kids section. A lot of entertainment throughout the days to keep the kids busy. There's also a babysitting service for a couple hours if you'd like to take a break and relax. The nightly entertainment are fun to watch, very interactive w the entire crowd. Would definitely come back once I have a family of my own. Unfortunately we are in our early 20s so we got a little bit bored by the third day, but I understand why this resort got such an amazing review.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: My Honest Review

This resort was excellent for us! The rooms/grounds/pool were super clean. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The beachfront in front of the hotel was the nicest spot on the strip! The staff were amazing/friendly/helpful and the dinners we ate were well prepared and tasty (try the curry goat). Breakfast included was ok but you can order full breakfast for $5 US and beer/cocktails on resort are $2 US. This resort was amazing! A real jewel.
