Ocean Blue and Sand: Nice resort

At first, it's very important to be accommodated in the renovated section of the resort. We only got transferred after complaining about the room in the old part of the resort. Pools are big and amazing. Entertainment team AMAZING. shout out to Nutella and Chocolate. Open buffet had great choices. Rooms cleaned twice a day. I enjoyed my coffee at the lobby every day. Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: sure value

Bahia Principe Aquamarine is a sure value resort. Grounds, beach, pool, food, room cleanest, activities... all around no complaints. People from the animation team are amazing and will keep you entertained during your stay.

Occidental Punta Cana: Great time!

We stayed at the Occidental Punta Cana for 10 days. Hotel is close to airpot- 20min. *Check in & out was so fast! We loved that *Room was huge, clean & great location. I recommend building 23,24,25 if you want closer to ocean. *Beach was BEAUTIFUL! always available lounge chairs- the only downfall is the people on the beach harassing you to take pictures with the parrots.monkeys or to buy something from them. if you say no they will let you be. *Grounds were spectacular & always well kep [... read more]t throughout the day. *Food I would say is a 3/5 .. there was always a variety just most times it became repetitive.. but we didn't complain- it was still above average! *Pools (3 of them)- lovely and always clean! 1 party pool and the other 2 were quiet. *Service- pretty good! anytime you needed something answered, help or whatever it may be someone was there to help guide you. *Vibe- this hotel caters mainly to latins. I could probably count the english speaking people at this resort- many tourists from columbia, chile, costa rica, peru and dominicans themselves (a few locals were there vacationing) Therefore the workers here don't speak the best of english if any at all. *This hotel caters mainly to couples & families. Not many singles if this is what you maybe looking for. Overall hubby & myself had a wonderful time!! We would rate this hotel a 8/10. For the price , location & gorgeous beach-- we hope to return!! =)

Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites: Amazing resort but

Hotel is amazing, people is great, food delicious, my only concern and we should be advise in this, is the traveling member ship they offered us. They made us waste our time with a “meeting” they said only 90 minutes, turn into 4 hours, while my kids were frying themselves in the sun without me to put sunscreen. Very pushy at this meeting, even though we told them since the beginning we were not interested. Travelers should be advise of this, so we know how to deal with this situation. Ocean Blue and Sand: Lovely resort and staff

if u stay in building 5, excellent rooms! Building 8, had very old and unclean rooms! A lot of activities, nice beach, beautiful pools and good food. The staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. Room service was a disaster and not at all available.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Fantasia

Hotel and amenities were clean and accessible. Lots to do. Food was good but service at buffet could have been much better but overall 4.5 star for sure! My children are 13 and 10. Water slides were not for them .. too old and too big but there was enough to do to keep them happy.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Started well, Ended bad

Rooms- free upgrade to building 1 right next to pool, very nice but bed bugs.. Food- great Entertainment - lacking Flight home - horrible, over head leaked the entire way on my back and no one did anything about it.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Amazing trip!

We spent the most incredible week at the Grand Bahia Principe Aquamarine. Everything from the resort, services, beach, pool along with the most professional and friendly staff made our experience beyond outstanding. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for the Aquamarine and our memories in Punta Cana will us last a lifetime!

I have been to this resort 4 years ago, and I will say it is well maintained. We had a few hurdles when we arrived. We were given a room that had a leaky ceiling in the bathroom. We called a few people in the reception and it took so long before someone came to fix it. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed properly due to the leaky pipe. We had to go to reception and ask them to switch our room. The facilities are in good condition. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them. I recommend taking advantage of the a la carte. Overall, we had a great experience at this resort and would definitely go back.

From the airport pickup, speedy check-in and wonderful welcome service to the room, restaurants, beach, activities and staff...this was a well-rounded WOW resort. Made my stay worthwhile and fun. I loved it!

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: What they offer online

What they offer online is not really what you get , you have to be vip to enjoy full service, when you order things to your room it is extra charge , if you go to sea food restaurant you have to pay for lobster, shrimp , when you go to buffet in the evening food is used for breakfast as leftover in different way

Everything good ,beach and room very clean .I like the restaurant on the beach ,buffet with excellent fruit ,i stayed so many resort but never seen before. On the beach they have passion fruit mix with rum so delicious.

Great resort that offers everything you need. The water park could use some upgrading and some washrooms near the the beach barbeque. Excellent food rooms and employees. Staff couldn't be friendlier. Keepp up the good work.

We arrived late due to 2!flight delays. The 6 days at the resort were outstanding. No reservations at the a la carte restaurants is a great idea. Food and service were great. Pool service was great. I certainly would go back and recommend to others. (Just find a reliable flight)

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Grounds were gorgeous, the food in the buffet was great. No complaints---5 ***** Rooms were always cleaned promptly, ocean huts and chairs were plentiful. Staff always very friendly

THis was the best 5* we have ever enjoyed! The grounds, lobby, bars, buffets, and a la cartes were luxurious and plentiful. The pools were huge and how could you ever go wrong with Bavaro beach...one can walk forever!! Our 2 buffets had huge selections of delicious foods...as good as the a la cartes..only more variety! The staff were hand-picked to make this a fantastic holiday for their guest tourists. Positive: Amazing service Animation around the pool and at night Huge resort so there's always something to do. À la carte restaurants very good (Italian and Peruvian especially) Negative: Staff started cleaning and making noise at 6AM everyday Need to watch for Privileged Club reps. Bahia Principe Explore Legend: First all inclusive for our family was a disappointment.

The first impression was bad, and they never really recovered. The visual appearance of the property is beautiful, however the service is poor and at times non-existent. The language barrier is very prevalent and at times caused us to receive nothing while asking for something or to be given the wrong service(s). I would expect there to be service people working the general areas that people congregate. However, on at least 3 occasions we waited for 60 - 120 minutes for anyone to ask us if we w [... read more]ould like a drink. I thought tipping would help us to receive better service, but that turned out to not be the case. The smoking is unbearable. it is constant and it is everywhere. There were cigarette butts on the pool deck, all over the grounds and worst of all everywhere on the beach. The beach was really just a giant sand ash try. My youngest daughter was going to dig in the sand, but it was nothing but butts under an inch of sand, everywhere. gross. Lastly, the vendors that come around and pressure you to buy this, or buy that. I get it, they are trying to make a living, but I paid good money to relax (or try to), and to be asked 20-30 times a day if I want to go on an excursion or buy some jewelry etc... is a bit much. Not to mention, in the market place the vendors are so aggressive my daughters were afraid to go there to look for souvenirs'.
