Service was excellent Grounds clean and well kept Rooms clean Food very good selection Japanese and Mexican very good Italian not so good Al la cart reservations would be nice to book all in advance vs same day More food labels at the buffet needed Coffee/tea before 7 am would be nice for early risers Beach too much seaweed and garbage washing up on shore Domingo at the buffet was pleasant and very accommodating thank you !!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Always Excellent

This is about our 10th time to the Grand Bahai Ambar, Punta Cana. I have mobility issues and they always accommodate my requests. The food is excellent with many choices to choose from. The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful. We will go back again.

El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: Great resort

Very clean modern rooms lobby was stunning food was hit or miss ala carte were good. Swimup room was amazing waitresses come right up to the room. Entertainment every night lazy river was fun but bring your own floaties

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Good vacation

In general, we loved our stay. The buffet was good. A couple of la carte restaurants - also good, but not all. Nice beach, but a lot of wrack in October. The hotel does need to improve the sound isolation between rooms and the hall. Noisy neighbors returning to their rooms at 2-3 AM were a real problem for us. It would be also fun to have some variety of music, not only ten latin songs playing on repeat. Rooms a clean and the staff is nice and polite.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Never Again!!

Be Live Collection Punta Cana…so much potential. Food was good, a few staff were nice and the resort itself isn’t bad at all in terms of the grounds and appearance. We had hot water, great cleaning services and plenty of clean towels (those who travel can appreciate this statement). The first 48 hours we found ourselves wrapped up in a situation with our stroller being stolen, which we were able to get back after offering up money and making enough stink for them to realize it wasn’t wo [... read more]rth it. We have a written filed report, resort videk they provided us and phone numbers of the rep who called us and charged us money to return the stroller. It was a whole ordeal. The last three days we found ourselves scrambling for food and spending our time in our resort room. The resort allows their locals to stay Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It was a very difficult experience as many of the locals were rude, completely took over the pool and dining areas and we were left with a terrible experience. We will never visit this resort again and very saddened to have experienced such a horrific time with our family. There was no management of the accessible spots and therefore we could not access the beach with our baby stroller or areas specific to accessibility.

Everything was great at this resort, from the grounds, rooms staff. The only thing would be they need more garbage cans around the property, not enough around. Our butler Alexander was amazing, he deserves a BIG raise for all the stuff he puts up with. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites: Iberostar Selection Bavaro

This is an excellent resort to go to. The beach is expansive. Cleaned daily. Plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas available. The variety of foods available is incredible. If you do not gain any weight than you must be running miles and miles daily. We have been here before and plan to return next year God willing..

Small to medium size resort that had a very nice decor and many nice features for you to enjoy. Fountain in the lobby and in the courtyard. Lots of seating in the lobby with a bar to boot. Very clean and well maintained grounds. Rooms were larger than expected. Very clean inside our room with balcony to enjoy morning coffee or a late night cap. Huge pool in the centre of the resort with lots of loungers to enjoy your sun, pool, and pool bars ( one swim up). We were a party of ten and never had a [... read more]ny problems finding loungers together by the pool or at the beach. Beach was beautiful with lots of sand and a long strip to have walks on. The water had an abundance of seaweed in most spots trying to enter/exit wasn’t ideal. The hotel had a crew to clean up the seaweed everyday off of the shore. They only had three ala carte restaurants italian, Japanese, and Mexican and the main buffet was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also had a buffet lunch by the pool and one day we had Mexican at the beach with some great drinks at the beach bar. Staff was remarkable. Probably one of my best vacations with the staff at this resort. From first registration and bell hops with quick courteous service. Waiters, waitresses, bar tenders and kitchen staff were top notch with service, gratitude, friendliness that kept up for the entire stay. Unbelievable that we had not one issue with any staffing whatsoever and that’s with a group of ten. The staff by far make up for the little flaws or inconsistencies of the resort. The choices for breakfast lunch and dinner were good with many choices for all types of palettes but were very repetitive. On most occasions the trays with food were not labeled at all. Our ocean front view really wasn’t but should of been called palm tree view looking through the palms you could see the ocean. But like I said before the staff were amazing and that definitely outweigh the minor flaws.

We enjoyed our stay at majestic elegance, food and people were fantastic. The view was spectacular Thanks again for wonderful cleaning staff and butler Henry that made our honeymoon the best We would hope to come back as soon as we can

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Lovely resort

The resort was esthetically beautiful and we had a lovely time. However, the Colonial Club pool, albeit a lot of fun, is in dire need of repair with many tiles missing and more falling off daily. The food was hit or miss but in general, a good selection and room service was quite good. The service was above my expectations and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The AC was way too cold until we figured out how to turn it off, an issue which other guests had also mentioned. Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful resort

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet was delicious and clean as well. We enjoyed all of the facilities especially the gym! The staff were quick to bring drinks and coffee during meals. Room service was exceptional! We had an issue with the first room in that it was 2 double beds and we were on our honeymoon. They changed our room to a king bed the next day and included champagne and chocolate! We will come back for sure

Playabachata Hotel: Great Resort

The food was great. We got the rooms we requested. Looks like they painted. Small resort but I liked that. No long walks to the pool,bar ,Lobyor ocean. Only real down side is no. Coffee maker or microwave in the room. This resort is kept very clean.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: excellent resort

This was a great resort; rooms were very large and clean with balcony. The food was excellent, Restaurants were very good, in addition to the buffet. This resort is totally paperless. A covid accommodation to avoid unnecessary touching even the restaurants have a QR code to scan for the menu. An app is required to book things, but there is also access on a standalone device in the lobby to use. There were lots of room at all Restaurants and we were able to try all 5 and some even twice. It [... read more] was a bit far from the airport, but once there you had no need to go anywhere else. The beach was a bit damaged from the recent weather , but every day they were out there working to clean it up. Life guards used the Flag system to indicate safety of water, Dark purple means jelly fish or other dangerous wild life , and was used effectively to communicate the conditions.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Loved our stay

Everything was great. The ocean and the pool were lovely, the food was amazing. Everything was clean and well-tended. The coffee shop deserves extra praise for the delicious coffee and cozy vibes. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: very good hotel

Hi , we like to inform you the hotel its very good, location, pool ,and food are . one thing our room smell musty very strong specials over night i talk to the from desk and they just spray something every where in the room .because we were close to my sisters room we didn't said anything .

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful Resort

Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar is a very beautiful resort, the grounds are well cared for, the rooms are clean, modern and large (we had a Deluxe Corner Junior Suite 2nd floor room 61208) it had a partial view of the ocean (that was an awesome surprise we didn't expect), The food was plentiful, hot and delicious there is always something for everyone to eat (the sports bar has very tasty chicken wings for a late night snack and well made Mojitos ). The Coffee Shop was a delight in the morning, the [... read more] pool has entertainment in the afternoon and quieting down around 5ish (especially loved the foam party with the balls ...that was a lot of fun) and the beach is beautiful with lots of palapas. The staff at this resort are very kind, they work very hard to make sure guest are looked after, they were always cleaning from scrubbing the pool area and the swim outs, to cleaning the walkways, washrooms etc.. we had a fantastic week

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Wonderful resort!

The resort and staff were top shelf! They made a few changes since we were there about 5 years ago and a huge Kudos goes to their efforts. Try he beach was always clean and finding a spot to tuck away was never an issue. Will definitely be returning!

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Was not impressed

The only thing i liked was the staff, i have been to most of the Caribbean islands, never have i seen a resort have no bacon , no real sausage, no ice cream. The bars close at 12 midnite, the beaches were filthy, the ocean had debri flouting around. The room had a leaky shower that soaked the floor when you used it.one of the taps had no water. The place was more of a 3 star not a 4. There you have it, cause you asked.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Awesome place!!

Everything about this resort was amazing!! The grounds, the food, the service was all excellent! Spend a little extra and get the level experience it was well worth the little extra$ Will return to Melia for sure

I had a great time , good food good drinks. Had more than 1 Saury special . The staff were amazingly friendly (Angel) we had a swim up room and upgraded to privilege. Used the privilege restaurant for breakfast mostly (best coffee). But this upgrade was not worth the $ . The lazy river is the best feature !! I did many laps .
