Disney Port Orleans: Fun place to stay

This was my families first trip to Disney and the resort was a lively fun place to be. The rooms were clean and spacious, the grounds very lovely and the pool was a hub of activity. We especially like the size of the resort, after walking in the parks for 12-14 hours it was nice to come home and not have a lot of walking.

Holiday Inn at Universal: Great deal on airline ticket and hotel

Overall it was not bad. I got a good package deal on hotel+air fair. Tripcentral agents very cooperative and responsive all the way, even on phone. I even had to call them 4:00 AM in the morning and was able to talk to a live person. But the fact that they have a a live agent to deal with you alone makes them stand out from the rest. Hover, it was disappointing that the hotel did not provide a free shuttle from the airport (It was Holiday Inn near Universal). I had to find/book a rental car rig [... read more]ht from the baggage claim (which was also not bad, but I'll write about that elsewhere). The hotel was moderately OK. Hallways were not very clean. Room had a microwave and small fridge (good, good). Phone calls were outrageous expensive. I was charge $20 for 3 calls within US/Canada, totally ~10 min.

Disney Pop Century: Great Resort

This was our first trip and it was execellent, the staff and people in general where top notch, it took us a little bit to figure out our dining plan, but otherwise every thing was great. very clean .

Vacation Homes: Amazing trip

... I am so happy with our travel agent..,. We will diffenitly book with vacation homes again... We weren't able to use the pool for 2 days due to trying to get levels all good..everything else was great with our house we booked

Sheraton Vistana Village: excellent resort

We travelled with our one n half year old son and we greatly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The pools were great but sometimes not warm enough. The restaurant on site was a little lacking but if you have a car then there are tons of other restaurants nearby. The housekeeping was great. The crib could have been a little bigger as my son was hitting his head during the nights. The full kitchen was a huge help as well as the bbq available downstairs.

Sheraton Vistana Resort: Average

The room and pool area is very nice however there were a few issues that made me feel like they were not paying attention to details. When we checked in we found a spot of blood on the back of the bathroom door. We found some hair around the toilet area. The dishwasher did not run on normal cycle. The kitchen table was missing a few bolts and when you leaned on one end the tables would flip up. The washer was very noisy. We were offered to move to a new room but it was the last night so we stayed and just moved the bed. Would have thought they would have offered a little more. Most of these complaints were called in but the hair in the bathroom was still there when we left.

Doubletree by Hilton Hollywood Beach: A great vacation spot!

The service was great. The pool area was beautiful. Clean, well maintained, plenty of seating - sun or shade. Employees around the pool were wonderful. Would recommend as a lovely vacation spot. I hope to return!

Disney Pop Century: 3rd time and would do it a fourth.

Hotel is nothing fancy but is all you need for sleeping. All rooms are very close to the main building which includes a cafeteria style restaurant, a gift shop, laundry facilities and hotel staff to answer all the questions you have. Transportation is great because you get your own bus for Pop, if you stay at one of the other Value hotels you have to share the bus between he 3 hotels making it a long wait some days. We have stayed here twice before with no issues but this trip was a little bumpy. Our tv didn't work the entire 10 days we were there, 5 maintenance calls and they would get it working for a couple hours and then it would crash again...not good with 3 kids. The air conditioning didn't work properly in the evening. It was chilly in the day but got quite warm at night. Overall we would do it again, least costly resort to stay on at Disney and so convenient to access all that Disney has to offer.

Sheraton Vistana Village: Great resort

This resort was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very family oriented. Was a pleasure to stay here. It's central location was great as we were close to shopping and disney. Restaurants close and easy to access Information and other services required are easily accessed from the staff at the main desk of the lobby.

Vacation Homes: Nice Enough House However Needs Upgrading

Our house was nice enough with a nice pool however furniture, specifically the beds, need upgrading. The matress on our bed was not very good and the furniture and appliances were not what we expected for an executive house. Other than that, nice neighbourhood and overall I'd rate the house as in between average and good.

Sheraton Vistana Village: Perfect!!!

I chose this resort because of the beautiful freeform pools (including one with a pirate ship that my 5 year old loved!), it's location (international drive, close to outlet shopping for my 16 year old, and grocery store), and the modern amenities within the suites (granite countertops, full kitchen/bath, balcony, etc). I was not disappointed at all with this resort. It had something for everyone. Waterfalls, freeform pools, hottubs, 3 fenced in playgrounds, (in each pool area). 3 modern fitness [... read more] centres (one with sauna and steam room). A market (grocery items, souvenirs and ice cream). Bridges and paths for early morning/evening walks. BBQ stations for grilling, hammocks for lazing. There were birds, ducks/ducklings, giant fish, turtles, etc which made going for walks an even more enjoyable experience. Memories to last a lifetime! I would highly recommend this resort for families of all ages, as well as for couples, or singles looking for a great location for a girls shopping/sunshine trip!

Disney Art of Animation Resort: just like the movie!Incredible

hotel was amazing.i loved how they put so much detail into every inch of the place from the seashells in the flower beds to the rooms.the pools were also very alive with details especially the music playing under the water!the service was great and I would go back again anyday!

Sheraton Sand Key: Sheraton Sand Key

The Hotel and grounds were kept in excellent condition. We were greeted by friendly staff who were always willing to help and offer advice on places to eat. Service at the hotel restaurant was always friendly and very efficient.

International Palms Resort Orlando: International Palms Resort Orlando

Lovely staff, so helpful, kind, attentive. Hotel was tired, but improvements are being made daily. Perfectly acceptable value for the money paid. Pool area was beautiful, fun staff, lots of chairs, not enough shade but we worked around it. Central location, walking distance to Universal, restaurants etc. Would stay there again knowing that the rooms are decent, clean but not luxurious.

Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa: Good Value

Location was ideal. Staff were friendly and attentive as this was our first visit so we had a lot of questions that all the staff were all willing to help us with The only real improvement I would like to see is with the Sports Lounge. It is in need of a serious update. TVs, decor etc. Full makeover.

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort: Elegant & Family Friendly Disney Resort

The rooms were a good size to accomodate my kids and I. I liked the pocket doors that closed off the dressing and vanity area and also liked the seperate room for the shower and toilet so that one of us could be showering while others could use the sink area without getting all steamed up. The grounds were incredibly beautiful - Gorgeous gardens surround the massive lake and everything was so clean and pristine. My kids loved the Dig site pool - the water slide was a huge hit and the activity pr [... read more]ogram kept them busy all afternoon. The bus service was also terrific. If we didn't feel like walking to the main part of the hotel we just hopped on the Disney buses and it dropped us off at the lobby.

Rosen Inn International: GREAT RESORT

The resort was clean and the property was very well maintained. We though it was great that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We absolutly loved our stay at the Rosen Inn International and plan on staying there again next year.

Disney Port Orleans: Very nice hotel

Port Orleans Riverside is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and sufficient for a family of five. The hotel employees were very nice and helpful. I would recommend the Port Orleans Riverside to anyone.

International Palms Resort Orlando: Don't be scared of bad reviews!

Simple hotel with great pool. Nina at the front desk provided exceptional couatomer service! The hotel is very run down. But it was affordable and clean enough and close to absolutely everything you'd want or need. We Would defiantly return again. Fantastic spot for a young family. Other reviews of this hotel are awful. I would recommend making your own conclusions and to take negative comments with a grain of salt. I am used to staying in very nice hotels and was pleased with the value of this [... read more] one. No, this isn't the park Hyatt and don't expect it to be but it served it's purpose. If you are going to stay here request busing C or D.

Florida Holiday Homes: Rental Home Orlando

The house was in a very lived in neighborhood. (We are used to being in a gated community when we come to Orlando ) The house was clean but very basic. Minimal utensils in the kitchen. Very few pots and pans and not a lot of silverware.You need to run the dishwasher constantly. No small appliances ,except a toaster and a coffee maker. (Would be challanging to cook a big meal.) The pool area was a disappointment as there was a massive tree blocking the sun for the better part of the day. The Home [... read more] next door had a pool that was not working and looked like a swamp. Full of algae,and I think this may have contributed to the crazy amount of mosquitos. I have never in all the years we've been going to Orlando,experienced this amount of mosquitos! We could hardly sit poolside in the evenings. I purchased bug spray and sprayed the whole lanai area but nothing seemed to help. I understand this is not the homeowners fault but it did effect our enjoyment of the house. We have rented several home in the Orlando area over the last few years and I'm sad to say this was the most disappointing.
