Sol Varadero Beach: Great Place
This was my 3rd trip to Cuba and Sol Sirenas Coral was the best. It is a older hotel like most in Cuba but the amenities are great. The room are very clean like the rest of the hotel.the staff are very friendly and honest. The pools are also clean and the swim up bar in the main pool is fun. The food is not bad but it's Cuba. No I know it says all inclusive but tipping is greatly appreciated also little gifts from the Dollar store like toothpaste deodorants and shavers are appreciated and makes [... read more]
Memories Cayo Largo: Amazing resort
Our fourth time back, love the resort, staff are amazing and helpful and friendly. We have never had a problem with the food, there is always something you can eat we both managed to put on a couple of pounds, rooms are basic but adequate and clean. Hotel grounds and pool are kept up in good condition. work is ongoing through out the resort to keep it up to-date.
Paradisus Rio De Oro: Amazing resort
Forest around and cliff for ocean . Wonderful room service. Easy for borrow equipment such as fin stuff. Sailing boat is wonderful Excellent for Smokering Idea relax on the top of cliff Huge room
Melia Jardines del Rey: Stayed a week at Melia and was most impressed!
Upon arrival to the hotel, the registration was in a large room where your passports were gathered by the hotel management to confirm hotel registrations and begin check in. This was unusual but other than feeling like we were sitting in a classroom seemed fairly efficient. There was also an opportunity for us to exchange our currency during this time to make the wait a little more bearable. The hotel was quite accommodating. We needed their services a few times and they were prompt and kind. [... read more]
Sol Varadero Beach: Disappointing
The staff was amazing, very friendly and very sweet. The beach and the ocean were gorgeous. Otherwise, it was not a great experience. There is not a whole lot to do on the resort unless you are willing to spend a lot more money. The nightlife was a let down, the shows were not good. I know everyone says the food is bad, but I feel it's worth noting that it is almost inedible. I got very sick halfway through the trip which Im sure tainted my view of the stay but overall I was disappointed and [... read more]
Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Amazing Resort
I would strongly recommend the Royal Service. The suite was very clean and spacious, our butler Ernesto took care of all of our needs and made our stay exceptional. I look forward to returning. The restaurants were very good especially the French restaurant.
Hotel Vigia: Horrible experience. Not worth the price!
First of all, there is no beach seating. They are currently renovating the beach and there was no where to sit. The resort claims they advised all travel agents of this and that we should have been made aware. Very poor communication on behalf of TripCentral. Secondly, there was no hot water in our room . Our room was extremely old and run down. Thirdly, the resort was full of locals who were extremely loud and obnoxious. The food was horrible! We were forced to change hotels after 2 da [... read more]
Melia Las Antillas: Nice resort
We liked this resort. Nice size, the rooms were clean and nice and the food was excellent. If looking for an adults only resort we would return. The only thing I would complain about is that we had to wait to check into our rooms. After a very early flight we just wanted to get to our room and relax.
Melia Las Antillas: Amazing resort
The first time I laid eyes on the buffet I knew we came to the right place. It was colourful, tasty, and a variety of different foods. More choices of vegetables to. And the best was the fish, love fish. The lobby was nice and big. The pool was nice and at this time of year it was warm. We love the beach. My husband and I always walk the beach after breakfast and it was nice to be able to walk on a beautiful long and clean beach. Being a diabetic I like to go bare feet and not step on or around [... read more]
Melia Cayo Santa Maria: A nice place to relax.
The staff do an excellent job of making the resort comfortable and paying attention to the guests. From the gardeners through the cooks and the wait staff, we were always cared for and greeted with smiles. While the weather wasn't ideal the beach was still beautiful and great for a stroll. The room was well kept and the food was better than average. Gracias por unas grandes vacaciones.
Melia Las Antillas: Good time. Awesome beach !
Had a great time. Food was cuba good and no issues at all with it. Staff was unbelievably friendly and kind. This was my 4th trip to Cuba in 2 years so I have a bit to compare to. Hotel is a very small resort and everything and everyone was close by. I liked that. No walking for miles to get breakfast ! Hotel was rated a 4.5 star... Well maybe more like a 4 ! Rooms where big and comfortable but very run down and old. Was livable and we managed fine ! Very much worth the price we paid !
Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Cuba trip *Paradissus Princepessa de mare

Melia Las Antillas: Resort grounds Amazing
The grounds are amazing. The beach was wide, clean, great sand, amazing waves. Start every morning with a walk as long as you want on the beach. Staff was very friendly at every restaurant and bar. Quick friendly service. Rooms were fine. Bed was king size and comfortable. Our shower needed repair, but in a group of 12 we were the only one with a problem. Very close by cab to the town of Varadaro where you can visit the market and a great outdoor bar named The Beatles. What a blast.
Melia Las Dunas: melila las dunas
excellent location nice staff nice excursions good food and nice rooms I loved it and would like to come back soon..................................................................................................................................................................
Melia Cayo Santa Maria: Great Time Again
Once again we had another great time visiting this resort. There are numerous renovation projects underway. Opening of the lobby bar area with an additional patio area and removal of walls makes for more room and a much more open space with air movement. The beach grill is to be reconstructed making it larger, the gazebos around the pools have been rebuilt as well. Rooms in some buildings have or are being freshened. Renovations should be completed for the high season. The food was as always goo [... read more]
Melia Habana: Clean, quiet hotel
Well equipped quiet rooms. Beautiful grounds overlook the ocean. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Currency exchange at the check in counter. Clean pool and area. In a business area so lack of restaurants and shops.
Melia Jardines del Rey: not great
Grounds were not kept up, pool area and water dirty, food ok room service was poor water bottles not replaced always had to call for bath towels went there in March 2016 was great however tried again this October but resort is only 50% open which which caused all the difficulty not enough staff to keep vacationers happy.
Melia Las Antillas: Great Resort
Overall, this hotel met our needs for a quiet 5 day getaway. The grounds are very pretty with so many healthy palm trees and well lit paths. The surrounding mote is kind of neat with the fish and shark (yes, shark). It gets a little smelly at times, but doesn't last long (sulphur smell). The layout is great and lots of chairs and shade around the pool. The room was spacious and always kept very clean, but the bathroom fixtures could use some updating. The bathtub with shower curtain was mo [... read more]
