Iberostar Selection Varadero: Great Food

Third time to Iberostar Varadero and loved it as much as the first two times. My sisters and I love the pool, beach and activities. Very clean and great food. I will go back again next year. Donna from Hamilton On

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: More amazing the second time!

The staff made us feel very special. It was our second visit and they offered us an oceanfront room. We liked the ocean view room so we went with that. They gave us a bottle of rum and tee shirts for being a repeat visitor. Also on my birthday they sent me a cake to my room. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and buffet. The staff really make you feel at home. The beach and pool are breath taking. We can't wait to return to the Iberostar Rose Hall beach resort.

Hotel Mojito: Very good resort

The staff were all fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. The hotels are 3 stories so ask for bottom floor if you have a problem with stairs. The rooms were okay and always clean.. 1 pool with a swim up bar and another pool for adults only.

Hotel Mojito: Highly recommended resort

Beautiful resort conveniently located 15 minutes from the Cayo Coco Airport. Staff attentive everywhere needed through out the resort. Beach a little walk from the resort but worth the stroll-not much exercise during my stay so this was an enjoyable activity

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Relaxing vacation

I have been to Jamaica three times and this was definitely the best hotel yet. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Food was delicious and staff attentive. Over all excellent trip and would go again.

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Planning my return trip!

Loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and easy to navigate. The food was as good as you would expect and there was a lot of variety. Entertainment was fun and it wasn't difficult to find activities to do. Overall great experience!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Great hotel

Recently returned from a 10 day stay at the Iberostar Daquiri. Although half the hotel is being renovated you would never know it. Staff are wonderful and happy to help you in anyway. This was my second stay and I would recommend this resort to anyone. The food was excellent. My only complaint would be the number of no-see-ums which seemed to cause may to react to their bites. More fogging may need to be implemented.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: So so

The resort is nice, just remember it's Cuba. Bathrooms clean. Beds extremely uncomfortable but totally bad food. I know Cuba, been 17 times, lived with the Cubans for a mth every year and been in many hotels there. Same food every day almost. No reason they couldn't have oatmeal at breakfast and not as many veggie dishes and more real food. It's Cuba they should be overloaded with fish and chicken is cheap. Resort played same two songs every single day for 7 days straight. Change it up people, we love UR music. JENNY the pool waitress is amazing !!!!!! Costs 5 pesos for one hour of internet. YOU must log off to save minutes in card by typing 1.1.1.1 (no .com or anythibf by) in Iog out.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Very Good

My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience in every aspect except for the weather. Food, entertainment, and staff were all very good. The shower had very little water pressure when we first got there but one call to front desk and it was fixed by the time we got back from the beach. Would definitely go back just not during hurricane season, it rained everyday we were there :(

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: This resort is very nice.

We have been to this resort 4 times. We really like it. The grounds have been spruced up from the last time. They are working on some of the buildings. Our room was very nice. We were close to the main area. We had a second floor. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were checked and we let them decide if they needed to be changed. The food at this place is good. They had verity of food for breakfast including, pancakes, French toast, boiled eggs etc. The normal breakfast food. At lunch we usually went to the pool bar. You can order either hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza and French fries. We only ate at the buffet, there was always something to choose from. One evening they had roast beef, another pork tenderloin, turkey etc. Chicken pretty much every day. They had a station of stir fries. They had fish and sea food as well. A lot of it. They had two meals of lobster. Everyone seem to enjoy it. There was also a pasta station. The deserts were always very good. Their bread and buns were amazing. We did a trip to Veradero for the day. That was very nice. We took the tourist bus and we drove into the town. We went to flee market and the people were nice and they did not push you in buying anything if you did not want to. We had a good time talking with the people. We also bought some rum and cigars. Over all we had a good time. We love going to Cuba. We love the people. Some other people went to Havana for the day. We did not this time. We have been there two times and we enjoyed both times.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Beautiful resort!!

All of the grounds are very well cared for, all of the main areas, and washrooms were always clean. The food was very good and the staff very helpful. The entertainment at night was enjoyable, the lighting and sound were good as well.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: A week on paradise island

The hotel and grounds we beautiful and lovingly maintained. Food amazing and broad selection. Evening entertainment had variety and many talented performers. Staff were friendly and helpful, daily activities were fun, with no pressure to participate. Lots of areas inside and out to enjoy relaxation time with family. The perfect vacation my family needed to recharge!

Iberostar Waves Tucan: A resort in the midst of the jungle - Awesome

There are 2 resorts in one - the Tucan and the Quetzal both equally beautiful with and it isn't difficult to get lost in the jungle sights and sounds between them with the natural vegetation, running water and wildlife which includes peacocks, agouti, coati and howler monkeys. The food is good and the service was excellent. We met many people who have returned to this resort and I wouldn't hesitate to again however, not at this time of the year - maybe a month later as it was the rainy season an [... read more]d we did experience that. We had rain 5 of the 9 days there. I slipped on the stairs and unfortunately broke a bone in my leg on day 5. The resort staff were excellent particularly guest services representative Taskia and the resort doctor - Lucia. The hospital experience was also very good - we spend 3 hours there and the cost for xrays, consultation and casting (waterproof so I could still swim) was $1,200 US. The doctor (Dr. Corona-Gomez) was very thorough making a cut up the front of the cast to allow for any swelling on the plane home and providing me with anticoagulants to take before & after the flight to avoid a blood clot. Despite the fracture, we still had a very positive experience and would definitely go back again!! A hats off to Berenice & Laura of the Star Friends group!

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: still very nice but needs upkeep

I like it mainly for the location between two gorgeous beaches. The resort is quite nice too and the grounds and gardens are well kept. However, since I have gone there several years I now notice degraded upkeep in for example path lighting (half of them broken), mold on tiles in the room, when I switched on the patio outdoor light one night, the whole place went dark! Instead of tripping the breaker in the room, it tripped the building's breaker. I must say that it only took about 5 min for the [... read more] repair man to show up after I called the front desk.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Best Resort we have been to so far.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly. First day the food was not that good but for the rest of the days, the food was quite good. The only beef I have about the resorts is that smoking is allowed everywhere. They should start thinking about having designated smoking areas or non-smoking areas.

Iberostar Selection Varadero: Beautiful and contained

If you want to go somewhere to veg out, eat and drink all you want, lay by the pool and/or the beach, in a clean, safe, meticulously maintained place, and have more recreational activities than you can participate in, (from water exercise, to nightly entertainment) you can be sure you'll have all that here. The staff are over the top -- efficient and friendly. Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Loved It

Really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The facilities were very nice, clean, and well maintained. The resort is very spread out but with all the beautiful mature grounds it made it feel more secluded and private. We were located in Bldg 40 which gave us a short walk to either beach and the pool but the lobby and buffet were a long way away. Room was very spacious, loved the walk in closet and the huge bathroom.

Hotel Mojito: A luxurious experience

Clean, felt so looked after, felt like being on a large 5 star plantation. rooms were clean quiet great mattresses, staff went out of their way to make my comfortable. People so friendly you could sit down anywhere and feel welcome

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Amazing !!!

Amazing resort right from the time you check in. We upgraded our room to ocean front - was worth every cent. The facility is beautiful and the views amazing. everything was very clean - rooms and facility. As far as food - our culinary experience was exceptional - buffets and the al a cartes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Excellent resort!

Really nice resort, well maintained and updated, and giving the cozy, welcoming feeling. Staff was really nice, just there to ensure you are having a good time without being overbearing. Just right. The grounds were not too large to need a ride from one end to the other and spacious enough to not feel overcrowded. Again, a good balance. Food was good, and varied.
