The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Beautiful

I have never written a review before but here it goes, an easy to follow description. The pictures alone are almost worth the trip. It is clean, the food is good, the people are friendly and helpful. They have good excursions, all good.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Nice vacation

I would like to say the resort was an old report but well kept. The staff were friendly but they were very pushy abiut selling their time share foe all the countries they are set up in. Booking through air Canada gave us a couple extras, like free safe for the week (would have been $29 US) and 4 a la care dinners instead of 3. We had our own rep Mr. H or Hipilito, that helped with everything from getting extra towels to helping get us a great deal on a family day trip. I was not pleased that the [... read more] hotel was hosting a high school trip and put the kids though out the park in with the families. They really should have set them up all together in one arena so they wouldn't bug the other guests. But having said that one the complaints came in from the other guests they posted security outside the rooms of the students. All in all it was a nice vacation but because of the time share people I don't think I would go back. Dominican is a very nice country to visit perhaps a different city and resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: My second home!!!

Had and excellent time as always as this is our 2nd visit! Simone our Butler (yes you heard right we had one no charge) Created a date night for us bubble bath lavender scent in our room and yes a bottle of champagne! Also 24hr room service (no charge) had a great margharita pizza, ceasar salad and nachos at midnight after partying all night on the private balcony lounge by the front lobby! It was a blast congo line and a full band played till 11:30 there was a disco after but we retired to have [... read more] our snack! I love the people here as they treat you like family there was even 5 of them that remembered us from last year which blew me away! That is how much they care about there guests. Shout out to Garfield, Becky, the beach Bartenders special bunch of people everyone actually made our time here memorable! Looking forward to my next visit! Can"t wait. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting a private adults only experience.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Fantastic Resort!! Great Service!!

There is lots of chairs/lounges around both pools and the beach. You never need to reserve a spot. The food was great at both the buffet and the newly opened gourmet restaurant. Service in all the dining areas is spectacular. The entertainment staff are very friendly and engaging with all the guests.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing Resort

Hotel was extremely hygienic, very friendly staff, amazing food. Their drinks and cocktails; delicious! They had a kids club, which kept the kids entertained on the poolside and evening time. I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend Atrn, since I booked the trip for our group. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing stay

First off, not enough could be said about this amazing resort. The food was top notch whether it be the buffet or the a la cartes restaurants. Service was also exceptional and a special thanks to Manuel at the buffet restaurant. He always brought a smile to our faces and felt as though he paid special attention to us. Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Third time a charm!!

this was our third visit to Luxury Bahia Ambar Green and we will be back. Everything about this resort is great ... food, service, staff, cleanliness. We can't wait to book our next trip to the Luxury Bahia Ambar Green.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: So, so.

After being at Bahia hotels many many times in Punta Cana, Puerto Plata Bahia was not a good experience. Atlantic side is NOT good. Hotel it self 3.5 star. ( 21 years old). Sea is not like Caribbean Sea. Windy all the times. Dark sand not pleasant. Hotel employees are very nice, polite, hard working people. They try to fix many of your problems. Food is good, bars are awful. (Not the servers). Hour and a half from airport. For us, never again.

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Beautiful resort

Wonderful resort, great services and facilities. Hotel small and great, staff great and helpful. It is a great place to relax in beautiful surroundings right on cliff side with all facilities on edge of water. Beautiful views everywhere. Very clean hotel. Will be returning next year for sure.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing Resort

Seeing the resort for the first time was breathtaking. The grounds were immaculate and everything was very well maintained and beautiful. The lobby of he hotel was awesome with the ocean breeze coming in from the far end. The staff at the front desk were efficient and very helpful,they made sure someone was available to take us to our room. Our room was clean and probably the size of a hotel room in Canada, definately not oversized but sufficient. The food at the buffet was good, there was definately something for everyone. The a la carte restaurants were also very good, a nice change from the buffet. The pools were awesome and plenty of them, the beach was nice not the perfect beach but nice to walk on, swimming in the ocean not the greatest as the water was rough and there were barriers built to stop the erosion, which didn't look terribly attractive. Still loved this resort, many of the people we met were talking about booking this resort again they were so happy with it. I too would go back to this resort and I'm not one to go to the same place twice. I would definately recommend this resort without hesitation. The staff were ALL very helpful and friendly.

very nice rsort, thought I had paid for the best room and not sure I got it, would have liked a corner room with a better view, ocean front and could not see the resort. there were other rooms you could see the pools and ocean. room was not ready until 4:30sh, water was rough

Everything was perfect The oly think I brought might golf clubs for nothing there it's no public golf course close to the resort. The one I was planning to play turn private and no body mentioned When I book the trip I was specifically ask for that. But besides that all good Tks.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Incredible resort

This hotel is amazing!!!!!! We stay in the Sian Kaan part it was so quiet and we always found a seat at the pool! Rooms were great, food was amazing, great friendly staff!!!!! This was our second time, we will definitely go back in the future! Definitely worth the money :)

Nous revenons d'un séjour d'une semaine au Grand Bahia Principe Coba. Notre fille, qui a de multiples allergies alimentaires a été servie comme une reine par les chef des divers restaurants. Endroit chaleureux, ultra propre et personnel attentionné et très professionnel. Notre cote: 5 étoiles. Tellement satisfaits que nous y retournons l'an prochain.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: FANTASTIC RESORT

The Akumal has a wonderful lobby that opens into the pool area and beach in the not too far distance. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and care about your satisfaction on every level. Check-in was easy and friendly, with a ride to our room with our luggage after a sparkling wine welcome. The grounds are just amazingly kept and the work is constant in keeping it that way. Our room was lovely, clean, airy, with a stocked mini fridge that was replenished every day. No complaints about any [... read more]thing and the balcony was private and overlooked gardens. We were just a few minutes walk from the beach, which was where we spent most of our time, under a cabana, watching and listening to the surf, offered drinks whenever we wanted them, and just totally relaxing. The pool bar by the beach was exceptional in its food, drink and friendly service. The adults only pool had an awesome infinity pool overlooking the ocean, with its own bar and restaurant, and cabanas. The main dining room/buffet was varied and extensive and delicious. Everyone loved the breakfast buffet, which was always fresh and accommodated all tastes. Dinner buffet changed every night according to theme and was always delicious and would satisfy even the pickiest eater. Service was A-1. There are several specialty restaurants, and if that interests you, make reservations as soon as possible to ensure the time you prefer. They are amazing. Entertainment was good, usually musical and of course you always have the option to visit one of the other Bahia Principe hotels nearby for their entertainment. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we can. This is a very welcoming, friendly, yet luxurious hotel, with staff and service second to none.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: AWAY AWAY AWAY

The "express check in" was horrendous with 1 person issuing the bands for our wrists - approx. 75 - 100 guests; we were first ushered (felt like a cattle call) to one end of the lobby to sit in chairs squished together to receive our package and wrist bands. Then we were told to go to the front desk to check in - a very long line trailed throughout the lobby with only 1 person at the front desk; eventually 2 people were there to check guests in....however, that person began calling names out an [... read more]d issuing the envelopes with key cards in them. A lot of people waiting at the end of the line received their envelopes before people at the front of the line - took about 2 hrs. to check in! Check out was better. Don't count on wake up calls - sometimes they happen, sometimes they don't - no clock in the room so can't set an alarm. One day our room was NOT made up; garbage cans were overflowing with empty water bottles. We asked for extra water bottles in our room twice and no one came with them. On 3 separate occasions room service showed up at our room when we did not order anything. At 1:45AM, we received a call asking if we needed dirty dishes picked up - we never ordered any food via room service. Who calls a room at that time of the night?! We booked an all day tour and were never picked up. It was a waste of a morning to sort that issue out. We showed up for 6:00pm reservations at the various restaurants throughout the property and we'd be kept waiting for up to 25 min. before being seated. Food throughout the resort was amazing; the entertainment at night for the most part was A+; the native show was very repetitive and loud. Michael Jackson impersonator was out of this world. Hospitality is first class, although a sense of disorganization was evident throughout our stay. The activities need to be advertised on the television screens in the rooms. I believe they'd have more participation if this was done. I stayed at the LaRomana Bahia Hotel and it was exceptional - this vacation had too many issues. Staff are genuine and hospitable. Would not go back.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: A super Resort, Excellent Holiday

This is a wonderful resort and we have been going there for over ten years.. The staff is so friendly and treat you as family. There are activities going on all the time to keep people interested and happy. Good shows every night. great access to beaches, pool and shops. The restaurants have wonderful food and great service. I have recommended this resort to many people who have all loved it.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: great resort

It was well situated - no problem to get wherever we wanted with the train cart. Really enjoyed the entertainment - great shows every night. Food no problem and the employees were very qualified and made us feel very welcome at all time. Cleansiness impectable. The one thing I am not happy about -really not happy about is that we paid for 10 days and only got 8 days - I really think that those 2 days should have been added at the end of our holliday or at least received some refund or com [... read more]pensation for it. Between the 3 of us our trip cost 10,000.00 and only got to enjoy 8 days out of our 10 days. I think Trip Central should have done something about it or could still do something about it. On top of that we had to pay for 2 extra rooms one in Timmins 150.00 and one in Toronto 170.00 which I think trip Central should compensate us for.
