Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort but
This resort was very big. lots of walking. he grounds are very beautiful but resort is a little dated. Definitely needs new furniture in lobby and lounges. Rooms are large but in need of maintenance. Our shower leaked, air conditioning dripped in room continuously (had to leave towel on floor until maintenance could come) ceiling pot lights kept falling out and dangling, Food and staff were excellent. Liquor was very limited no premium included. Had to pay for Canadian Club which was considered [... read more]
JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Fabulous resort
The service was fantastic with staff replenishing our bar and refreshing our room regularly. The resort facilities and our room was fabulous with very updated and luxurious facilities. The location was close to the airport. The view was amazing with ocean view from many of the rooms. It was a fabulous and relaxing stay and I would recommend to anyone!!!
Fun Holiday Beach Resort: Lovely resort
rooms were clean, food was amazing.Staff were absolutely amazing.the grounds were well maintained. Nightly entertainment. Cab drivers on hand to take you were ever you wanted to go. The beach was cleaned every morning .
Riu Ocho Rios: Best resort ever!!
Amazing food, service, entertainment and beach! Enjoyed my stay very much and will return, all though I found resort big and our room was far from beach. Next stay I will ask for a room closer to main lobby.
Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Exactly what we were hoping for!
This was my first all inclusive resort experience. We traveled with my sister, her husand and their 8 year old son along with my husband and 7 year old twin boys. The lobby was well laid out and we were directed to the Diamond club lounge for check in. The rooms were laid out a little different than expected but still spacious enough to accomodate our family of 4 very nicely. The food in general was amazing. Jerk on the beach each day and the buffet was well stocked with lots of options. The onl [... read more]
Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: fantastic vacation
We had a great time. The drive from the airport to the resort was 1 1/2 hours which was disappointing but it was worth the drive. The grounds and pools were amazing. It was a tropical paradise. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. All the restaurants were very nice with great views of the resort especially the outside dining. We had a villa up on the hillside with the butler service and private pool. The private pool was a disappointment. We had to call for someone to come and ski [... read more]

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Awesome place!
Gorgeous clean resort, friendly staff, lots of delicious food, and wonderful pool area. The only thing we disliked about the resort was the "sales pitch" and tour we felt pressured into doing. Other than that we would return again for sure!
Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great trip to Runaway Bay!
This was our 2nd time to this property and after our 1st time, we had somewhat high expectations. This time we stayed for 10 days which was the best! They met or exceeded all our expectations! . Staff was engaging, pleasant and efficient, Food was great! Room and view were amazing! We were comp upgraded to Don Pueblo side for our suite and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Always had towels and no issues getting beach towels either. The entertainment at the patio bar was fantastic every ni [... read more]
Samsara Cliff Hotel: Awesome vacation
We loved the resort, awesome view of the ocean and sunset. We had a 6-sided garden view room on the water side of the resort which was very nice, large and clean. The bed was very hard with no pillow topper available - staff were helpful in providing additional blankets to put under us - felt like the princess and the pea with 9 blankets under us! The large ceiling fan was sufficient for keeping the room cool and we end up turning it off by morning with just one light sheet under us. Staff were [... read more]
Riu Palace Jamaica: Excellent

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: The name Grand is absolutely appropriate
I got married there and it was amazing!!! The people were great and they really tried hard to ensure everyone had a great time at their resort. There were a few hip cups but even then the staff did what was needed to correct it. At times the staff were slow meeting everyone's demands but with that amount of customers it really is understandable. The resort makes you feel safe and appreciated. The only draw back is they should provide the safes in the room free of cost and ensure they rooms are e [... read more]
Riu Palace Jamaica: Amazing Resort!!
We went here for out honeymoon.. told them we were on our honeymoon, got upgraded to Oceanview suite! The room, lobby, restaurants, and beach was all awesome!! Also, I've never experienced such amazing customer service before - everyone was so friendly and nice (and would go out of their way to help us)! This was an adults only resort, so the people staying here were mature & handled themselves quite nicely. Me & my wife are in our mid to late 20's, i think we were the youngest couple there.. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Not a 5 star
The resort itself it very large. The rooms need maintenance in regards to the furniture, and bathrooms. We found the food in the buffets as well as the a la carte restaurants to be very good - lots of variety. The terrace has great nightly small bands that did not disappoint. However, we found the beach to be lacking. It just wasn't a 5 star calibre beach. The only thing that bugged me about this resort was the inconsistency of stocking coffee and the mini bar in the room. I need my coffee in th [... read more]
Toby's Inn: Grate Place!
Great place to go at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Location is Great. The public beach is 5 minutes away. hip strip is close with all the amenities you need. Will go back someday!
Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fell Short of Expectations
Resort is large but well laid out. Food only marginally better than Cuba but price a lot higher. Wine served is the worst we have come across. Constantly harassed by staff trying to sell spa and time share packages. Service staff were very good and helpful. Only went there because of destination wedding which they do a good job of. Would not go back as we prefer smaller resorts.
Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Beautiful spot
Everything was kept up nicely. Grounds were nice. People were great, always happy & smiling. Beach was beautiful. Pool could use more cleaning at times during the day. It was really nice to see designated smoking area's here.
The Oasis at Sunset: Relaxing, quiet, romantic vacation!
The hotel is adjacent to the larger resort but we enjoyed all the amenities. The junior suite was very nice and everything immaculately clean! Wonderful staff. Gorgeous grounds. Great food! Will return!
Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Excellent resort
Service was exemplary, food great, resort amenities wonderful. Beach side buffet night and entertainment was fantastic! Basic rooms were small but very reasonable accomodations. Overall, great resort with well balanced mixed of relaxation and entertainment.
Sunset Beach Resort and Spa: Poor value for the price charged
Grounds - OK Room - no minibar or even bottled water Food - OK but fruit assortment is poor Public areas - very noisy at night, most of the rooms exposed, hard to sleep (idiot guests shouting and laughing up to 3am; peacocks on the premises - bad idea, start yelling at 4:30am; employees start moving furniture at at 4am).
