Hotel Mojito: Poor quality

Vero old and fatigued, employees try but cannot make shine an old building! Really could be renovated and make stay more pleasant. Some bed sheets were even cleaned, still have blood marks. Many Mosquitos everywhere. Our friends daughter had to see the doctor and pay $$$ for this reason. Again rooms we're smelling mild, walls fall apart.

Iberostar Selection Varadero: Fantastic resort and Staff

We were not 100% sure if Cuba was the place we wanted to visit as we heard the food was just OK!.We were proved Wrong.there was something for everyone at the Buffet and the specailty resturants had very good selections.The staff was exellent and tried to get to participate,If you did not want to the let you be,not like other resorts we have been to.the ground were well kept and the ground staff were friendly and often made little birds and stuff out of coconut leaves. Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Terrific Resort!!

Fantastic room, great food, beautiful clean beach with lot's of shade trees and an amazing beach bar!! Only downside was the entire outside of the building leading to rooms is ceramic tile that is extremely slippery when wet, which is more often than not....

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Not Impressed on First Impressions

We were supposed to stay at this resort for 14 nights, but instead left after just one night. We weren't fond of anything, the resort looked rather dirty, the room was in pretty bad shape, the bed was terrible, bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned in months. The food was just awful, no taste and just awful presentation. Felt like we were eating at a high school cafteria. Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Amazing! Had a blast!!

Had an amazing time, great friendly staff, everyday entertainment, great drinks, and a la carte. Must visit the Pillar beach, spectacular!! Aqua vida spa was exceptional. Second time there and will be returning again soon! Premium rooms, love it! Overall great small resort, which I enjoy.

Iberostar Waves Dominicana: Great resort!

We stayed at the Iberostar Dominicana from May 28 - June 7. We absolutely loved this resort and will go back. The service was great and the resort is very clean. Our room was nothing fancy but clean and fresh everyday. We loved everything about this resort and look forward to going back.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: It had its moments

I travelled with my wife and 13 yr old daughter to this resort. When we checked in, I was told the suite that we had paid extra for, was unavailable. I asked how that could be, and got a blank look back, and they said the suites were full for the next couple days, then we would be moved into a suite. Calmly I suggested that this was not acceptable, and they assured me the room would be nice, and they would send another bed up, as there was only a king bed. They showed up an hour later with a hom [... read more]emade looking wood slat, with a small foam pad, threw a blanket over it, and left. I went back down to the counter and suggested that this would not work, and they sighed and said that someone would make it right. I was then directed to our travel representative if I had any more issues. The Transat rep was quite upset at the situation and spoke to the manager, who offered up massages, and extra al a carte dinners for the inconvenience. A couple days later when we did move into the suite, we were much happier. Other than that the food was alright, shows were alright, and the service people were always smiling and super nice. We would probably return.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort!

We had absolutely no complaints with this hotel. It was super clean, so clean that we will be back with our children. Every staff we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic with several choices. The pool, activities and beach were amazing!

Hotel Mojito: Incredible experience!

My fiance and I went to this resort for a week at the beginning of May and the weather was perfect. It was extremely hot every day and never too windy. The beach was spectacular, that beautiful powder white sand that everyone boasts about when traveling to Cuba. We spent all our days at the beach as we couldn't get enough! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, always good service. The nightly entertainment was great as well. Food was extremely good, best I've ever had in Cuba, no complaints [... read more] at all. The a la carte restaurant were great too...especially El Malacon. Would love to go back just to see Yamil there! The rooms were clean and very well looked after, we enjoyed it very much. The pools were great and always clean, and the grounds were exceptionally beautiful. We will likely go back if we ever choose to return to Cayo Coco in the future!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Simply The Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The grounds were very clean with lush greenery. The food was amazing, many items to chose from at every meal. Staff was very accommodating and so friendly. Rooms were immaculate with a well-stocked refrigerator every day. Everything was top-notch. By far, the best resort I vacationed at and I've been travelling south since 1996.

Hotel Mojito: Beautiful resort

We were there in Jan 2014. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy. We did not swim as much as we would leave liked. The ground is beautiful. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was excellent and the entertainment was superb. We particularly liked the ambience atmosphere at the Cigar Lounge. We took only one excursion due to the weather and would like to return in the near future to explore the area.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Cute and Personable Resort!!

We loved this small resort with all the amenities within a short walk from your room to the beach and to restaurants. Loved the beach buffet for breakfast and lunch right on the beach and right out our patio door. The main buffet was wonderful with a variety of foods cooked to your liking by amazing cooks and without the long lines of a big resort. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The beach was amazing, one of the most beautiful in Cuba with snorkeling off the beach to the coral reef that was spectacular. We will be going back to this little gem of a resort again without a doubt.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Good Resort but not the best Iberostar

Awesome grounds, a la cartes, staff, pools & entertainment. The rooms were only average, at best. Breakfast choices were the exact same EVERY DAY, not enough variation. Buffet was poor overall. The pool bar staff were outstanding!!!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Fantastic Resort

Was at the resort for a family reunion. Fantastic beach. The hotel did an excellent job of accomodating a group of 17+ (including children) for dinner reservations each night. The food was excellent and the pools were a big hit with the kids.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Very nice resort

The hotel was just the right size not overly big and not too small,the room was spacious and close to the pool just where we wanted not to impressed with the view out the sliding doors we faced the neighboring resort. The food was good the people were friendly and the service was excellent. We did not venture off the resort because we just like to relax around the pool and drink and eat good food. There was food offered at all times.

the resort had warm,friendly,and helpful staff. We had hot weather with air conditioned rooms,thank you,grounds well kept,lots of food choices,ate too much dessert and gained a few pounds,i guess i had too many pina coladas too,entertainment during the day and evenings were fabulous,liked to play the pool side games but didn't win a bottle of rum, oh well had lots of wine,more calories,burned the calories doing pool exercises which were a lot of fun,played bingo didn't win the rum,shucks just ha [... read more]d a spanish coffee instead,yummy,i even had an awesome massage,actually it was one of the best i've ever had,and i have had a lot.walking the beach was beautiful and it gave me a workout to burn off the amazing food i ate.have only one complaint,the washroom just right of the main stage was smelly.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Wonderful vacation destination

We loved this resort and Jamaica in general. The food was outstanding, the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The facilities were clean and beautiful. This was our first Iberostar experience and we would definitely return to this resort!

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Great Stay!!!

This was my Family's first trip to an all inclusive and we could not have been happier with the resort. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the food. We didnt spend much time in the room and the room luxuries are not very important to us as long as they have all we need and are clean. The rooms had great storage, a safe, TV, beverages, lots of sleep space and were very clean. The buffet food was great and different every night. The strange part was the Buffet had a mexican theme the next night and the same types of food at the buffet were really good. The brazilian was amazing. I really enjoyed the layout of the resort. Everything was a very short walk away and you could transfer quickly between the pool and the beach all day. The pool was amazing. Great for kids. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. From the buffet and bartenders through to the Star Performers. They truly made you fell like a part of the family. The Star staff kept the entertainment going all day and all night all over the resort. They made sure the kids and adults were always engaged. I have nothing but positives to say about this hotel!!!

Iberostar Waves Dominicana: great winter escape

The grounds were very nicely kept. The pool and beach were incredible. It was always a tough choice to make..go to the pool? or go to the beach? The entertainment was amazingly well done, but it was all in Spanish. The rooms were dated, but comfortable and clean. All in all, it was a great place to go to do nothing :)

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing, amazing amazing

Hotel was amazing, service was excellent, food was always good, room was cleaned and maintained daily and bar fridge was always full. Staff were always pleasant and courteous. A must see. Will return for sure.
