Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Great place to be for family vacation
Resort is ideally located, very convenient to amanities in the marina and town. Resort staffs are very friendly and professional. Food is well prepared by all restaurants associated with the resort. Swimming pool has not been as crowed as other Mexican resorts we stayed before.
Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Great Resort
We loved it. Second time love the staff and area!!! Clean rooms. Clean pool. Beautiful views from rooms. Love morning walks on boardwalk Do not like having to sign for food and drinks but understand why!
Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Awesome Resort
The Barcelo Grand Faro Resort is an immaculate place, the grounds were manicured and everything clean. The rooms were large and in good condition. Our room had a king and double bed and was kept clean by our maid daily. We had lots of bottle water. The staff were great from the front desk to the maid and waiters in restaurants and at pool. Geremias in the Las Olas buffet was great, he provided excellent service. Jorge, waiter at pool was awesome helping us get drinks and providing information ab [... read more]
Riu Santa Fe: A Riutiful Holiday!!
Buffets better than a la carte. Beautiful setting. Shortage of bartenders and no drink service around entertainment or pool. Only one beer available. Rooms need upgrading..villa 7 quite musty and contents showed mildew. Staff fairly friendly. Great variety of entertainment and activities.
Riu Palace Baja California: Amazing
Had fabulous stay with outstanding service. Will highly recommend for adults. Breathtaking scenery and easy access to everything. Staff extremely friendly. For being so new was near flawless stay. Was a tonne of fun
Riu Santa Fe: Good experience
Resort was much larger then expected, with many huge pools and great staff. Food was a bit lacklustre for a vegetarian trying to find wheat free options. Entertainment was great. We couldn’t swim in the ocean at the resort, but if you walk down the beach towards the town there are lots of places to swim. I’d also recommend taking a few trips into town, it’s about a 30 min walk down the beach. The town is super welcoming and has some great restaurants and shopping.
Riu Santa Fe: Solid 4.5 *is
We are a fam of 4. We stayed for 11 days. We were a bit unsure how ot will all be given the past reviews, but here is the summary (and we travel a lot!) Good: easy check in, hotel is clean, grounds are maintained daily, happy staff, the pools are great too- there is a quieter area if u wish to sit and relax...but if you want a bit more lounder and entairtaining area, head down towards the beach. There are 3 pools there- one for singles, amd 2 for eberuone else! We stayed in Building 3- central [... read more]
Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Great Trip!!
We had a great time as we spent a week at the resort. The employees were great and very friendly! The food was good lots to pick from and the entertainment was great!! Would definitely return to the resort!
Riu Santa Fe: beautiful resort
excellent food beautiful pools great food The bartender at the lobby bar Desi was amazing at mixing drinks and making people laugh one problem is the amount of walking i wish they had the carts to take you around but lots of activities and great shows Thanks to maria at Trip Central for looking after all of our needs Going back in 100 sleeps
Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Decent Hotel
Great small hotel. Beds are good. Food is good. Volleyball is good. The beach is for walking, not swimming. Our housekeeper gave us an extra 2 waters (4 total), go across the street to the OXO if you need more than that. Coffee it's sub-standard, but there's a Starbucks 7 minute walk out the front door. Overall... good place.
Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Amazing resort
Beautiful rooms, tidy and spacious. Good staff and food was delicious. Alot of variety for food lovers. Beach isnt swimmable but they have very good swimming pools. Kids enjoy as well in kids swimming area
Grand Decameron Los Cabos: A Fun Trip
The hotel was small, as expected, but adequate. The beaches are gorgeous and perfect for long walks. The food is very good at both the buffet and outdoor restaurant. The drinks were disappointing since the mixes had an aftertaste such as artificial sweetener and the alcohol was rarely premium brands. We were not staying at the VIP Plus category and the price of $36 USD per day did not seem worth it. The staff were friendly and helped make the experience positive, especially Antonio in the restau [... read more]
Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Quiet resort
The hotel could use a face lift. It was not very busy when we were there. The out door patios really need to clean the bird poop off the chairs and maybe put up some sort of screen around the patios to keep the birds out. The food was terrible. The service in the restaurants was so so. Housekeeping was really good. Close to the town centre and grocery store. The lounge chairs could use a cleaning and repairs. Not sure if we would go there again.
Riu Santa Fe: Riu Santa Fe Los Cabos
Grounds kept very clean Rooms very comfortable and clean Hotel site very good Beach too rough for swimming Entertainment was poor ( we are seniors) Restaurants: - Baha California - very good -Caruso Italian - very good - Steakhouse - food selection very poor; kitchen food serving area untidy and many of the kitchen staff not wearing gloves when picking up food. -Pools were very good
Grand Decameron Los Cabos: A wonderful stay at the beach of San Jose del Cabo
We went with a group of seven people. The Royal Decameron is a perfect hotel for a group of people. It is easy to find places on the beach or by the pool to settle in for the day. It is within walking distance of a small town that provides art shows and music, and it is about a half hour bus ride to the larger city of Los Cabos. The food in the main eating is really good and varies considerably from day to day. The food in the Luna Restaurant was just okay. The entertainment each evening w [... read more]
Dreams Los Cabos: Great Customer Service
Everyone at the hotel provides great customer service except for the bartender at the Disco who looks like he doesn't want to be there. Otherwise everyone else is very happy to help and pleasant. More food options would be better as there was only 3 restaurants (only tried 2 because of limited menu options) overall food was good but not great. I would return if they increased the food quality and options. FYI best bartender is Jonathan in the Lobby.
Dreams Los Cabos: Great Resort
Hotel overall- very beautiful! There were some negatives and positives to the whole experience. Negatives - They don't give anyone bracelets (which was actually great), although it was a little confusing at first figuring out what was included with out plan vs the "Preferred" - While we were there, there wasn't an evening "buffet". All restaurants are sit down/full service, which was great, would have been nice to have a quick option if we wanted - Rooms were beautiful but there is no sound [... read more]
Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Adequate Hotel
The Royal Decameron Hotel was a bit of a disappointment. There is no elevator to the rooms in the building making it difficult to carry luggage or moving between floors. Lots of stairs. I would not recommend to anyone with mobility challenges. One main dining area and another smaller eating place were too repetitive. Quality of food not very interesting. Also there are 2 levels of all inclusive. The all inclusive Plus allowed more access to hotel amenities. Did not like the idea that som [... read more]
Riu Santa Fe: Just Amazing !!!
We have been to a lot of resorts but this one my wife felt completely safe to be by herself. The food and staff were great. Every where you looked they were cleaning, out door fans, floors etc.We would highly recommend this resort to friends and family. they had something for everyone children to adults. The sun wing staff were also super nice and helpful.
Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Clean and tidy. Nice food and room, bad wine
The room was nice, the shower was very nice. The cacti gardens were tidy. The buffet was abundant, always something appealing to eat. Great breads! There is only one other restaurant and it required reservations for dinner and the food was totally unpredictable. Eg.a Caesar salad once was a 2 inch square of lettuce with croutons and chicken the next time it was 3 Romain leaves served whole. The wine wasn't drinkable, extremely bad. They didn't have decaf coffee, they brought a jar of Nescafe [... read more]
