Grand Palladium Punta Cana: great place to vacation!!

Grounds beautifully landscaped,lots of chairs on beach and at the pools. Amazing a la carte restaurants and the buffet offers an amazing selection. Say hi to George at Archery!! Santa Domingo tour was a waste!!

Grand Palladium Colonial: Great trip

The resort was very nice, well kept and clean. I was not expecting it to be so big. The three resorts are very close together so it feels like you are a one giant place. There are shuttles the take you from lobby to lobby but had a hard time finding any to take. Looked like there were more parked then out driving people around. Lots of options for food. Definitely didn’t go hungry. The beach was small but the pools were nice. The entertainment was just okay, it was the same dancers every night and it was obvious some of them didn’t know the dances well at all. Overall it was an awesome trip and would recommend to a family or group who are looking for lots of activities around the resort.

TRS Coral: Beautiful brand new resort in Cancun, Mexico!

We enjoyed our recent vacation at the TRS Coral, Cancun, for 10 days (Jan. 19-29, 2019). The swim-up room was beautiful, the staff were very friendly & helpful and the specialty dining restaurants were outstanding. We liked the unique feature of the key to our room being readily accessible on our wrist bands. And, the electronic button in our room which we could press for either 'do not disturb" or "kindly make up our room" requests. We had no problem finding lounge chairs as they were always available at both the pool and beach areas Another wonderful feature was the electric boats which ran through the TRS and Palladium resort. We used the boat a few times to get to dining on the Palladium side. Only a 10 minute walk but the boat ride was both fun and scenic. When we checked in we had requested that our swim-up room would face the TRS pool area and get the sunlight as much as possible. Our swim up was on the other side of Building 2 facing the Travel Club pool which not only was in the shade all day, but we faced their bar and it was very noisy. TRS Coral is the adult only part of the resort which we booked as we wanted a 5 star adult only holiday. Palladium on the other side is the family section. Four of the eight specialty restaurants are located in the Palladium or family section as well as the only sports bar and the outdoor theatre. And the only true buffet. We were disappointed that as we were paying for an adult only resort that we had to have some dinners with a number of children present in the restaurant. Particularly, the sports bar was very busy with children present even later in the evenings.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: loved it amazing place to go for a holiday.

Everything was so great the staff were so friendly they made you feel very welcome. They were always happy went out there way.They were great with the kids always making them laugh and a smile on everyone face

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Very Disappointing

Everything, Food, Entertainment, Beach were a long distance from one another. No nightlife, no bars, no atmosphere- nothing to do as weather was just terrible. Golf carts needed to get to places were in very short supply, especially when it was raining and had to wait around for one to pass - usually full. Beach restaurant and/or bathrooms too far away from beach area that was very crowed. Beach was very nice though, but had to be there quite early to obtain chairs and umbrellas. Supposedly "Qu [... read more]ite Pool" had many crying and loud children. The wait staff, especially Carlos, was very good and attentive. The Poseidon Beach Buffet restaurant was okay, but food choices limited and in short supply. Fuentes one of the wait staff was very good. The rooms were spacious and English T.V. Channels were available. If you took a room on the ground level, it was like grand central station with everyone passing your balcony area to get to he beach or restaurant. "The Village" restaurants were excellent and would recommend, altough getting to the Village you had again to rely on transportation there and back. In very short supply after 9:00 p.m. I would not choose this resort again. It was brand new, open just over 2 months previous, and not a full capacity. I am sot sure what it would have been like if full.

Grand Palladium Colonial: Highly enjoyable experience!

Went to Grand Paladium Colonial with my husband and five year old. Greatly enjoyed ourselves. The food at the a-la-cartes was great! The buffet was well-appointed with great variety. The grounds were lovely and well kept. The way the resort was situated was great too! In short distance, we had rather immediate access to the kids pool, the main pool and the ocean. The swim up bar was in its own spot so those who liked to drink a lot had their space. We had access to two other resorts as well whic [... read more]h meant that we didn’t have to eat in the same place twice. It is large but that was not a detractor for us. Having visited a few resorts, this was hands down our favourite so far. We’d definitely go back. Highly recommended!

TRS Turquesa: Best Vacation

The TRS Turquesa Palladium in Punta Cana was the best holiday we have ever had. We had room 5245 and it looks onto the main pool. The room was beautiful, with the only problem being some days we had no hot water in the shower. The King bed was very comfortable and housekeeping had the room cleaned before lunch. Service was supper good and the food at Helios was so good. I would definitely go back to this resort.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Palladium Vallarta Wows Again

This is our second time coming to Palladium Vallarta and we loved it all over again. We got greeted in the mornings by Antonio at the Breakfast Buffet and it continued throughout day with all the great employees there. The resort is just an amazing setting. We took an excursion to Vista Paraiso with our guides being Eric, Roberto and Papparazi photographer Ozwaldo on a 4 Wheeler tour of the area which was our favourite tour yet.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Grand Palladium Bavaro is excellent

We had a couple issues with the room the first day, but they rectified the issues and all was good after that. The beach was amazing, they bring a tractor and attachment down every morning to clean up any remnants of seaweed. The food was fabulous, especially the Ala Cartes, Steak house, Spanish, Mexican, Asian, Japanese, Italian and so on. The grounds are always spotless and well kept. My wife and I had really good time and will definitely go back.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: One of our favorites.

It was our second time staying at the Grand Palladium Vallarta. We will be back again. Its a nature lover's dream. The grounds are spread out, which we feel is a bonus when you eat and drink at an all inclusive, its nice to be able to move around to get from point A to point B. The infinity pool and Mexican restaurant balcony are by far our favs. The beach is awesome if you love to play in the surf. And the staff is always ready with a smile.

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Great resort!

This hotel is great! Very big! Food is excellent...friendly staff our weather was not the greatest but made best of it..there are few kinks to iron out as its a new resort.. quite large but they have gold carts to take you around

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Beautiful resort

The resort is lovely! It is spred out with beautiful landscaping, covered walkways and great pools. The food was good, the service was great and the rooms were big, clean and quite nice. This was my second time there, just as nice as ten years ago.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great Resort

Beautiful well kept grounds. Lots of choice for dinner - good food Rooms are large and clean, only complaint about the room was originally had a room that faced the parking lot. I booked well in advance to get a room with a better view. I went to the front desk the next morning and was told they "might" be able to find me another room. Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing resort

Resort was amazing with all the facilities and staff, I would definitely come back again to it if I have a chance to The resort is so relaxing and it have so many places to stay at and chill for a vacation Only thing we were not happy with is the room, it was a bit old and the room was dammed and the AC was not working properly, room service did not change the towels as requested and required is to call on many occasions to get the new face towels

Grand Palladium Palace: Gorgeous surroundings!

We really enjoyed Punta Cana. The beach was spectacular! You could take long walks and swim in clear water, free of rocks. The pool was refreshing and shady spots to sit and relax were plentiful. Massages at the spa were great! We would go back!

TRS Coral: Lacking Attention to Detail

We stayed at TRS Coral in January for 10 days. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and most staff members work very hard to make your vacation memorable. Our butlers were helpful with anything we needed including making our reservations. Our mini fridge was to be restocked daily with water, soft drinks, snacks and water, but we were lucky if it was done every 2-3 days. We often had to call our butler to get water for us. We also asked if we could have different brands of  [... read more]alcohol such as Bailey's in our room instead of vodka, but was told no. We later met other guests that got Baileys no problem. We had asked for a room on the sunny side of the resort in building 1 or 2 and also to be away from the elevator. Our room was in building 1 on the shady side and right next to the elevator. If we wanted a room with sun, they wanted $500 US extra for the 10 days. This was not advertised on their site. We decided to stay put rather than have to pack and unpack again. The "Travel Club (aka timeshare) reps were very pushy at arrival and called us several times for a free tour, which we declined. The highlight of our trip was the Chic Cabare. It's a 3 hour dinner show full of incredible singers and dancers. Our waiter Israel (aka Brad Pitt) was a pleasure to deal with. It was frustrating to have to make reservations for dinner so far in advance. On the TRS side, we enjoyed Tapeo and La Boheme for dinner and Capriccio was only open for breakfast. Helios and El Gaucho was a big disappointment. The best way to describe it was chaotic. There was a long wait for dinner to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong order. Our white wine was served room temperature as well. The Grand Palladium dinners at Grand Palladium side were excellent with attention to detail from the wait staff. The TRS pool had plenty of loungers available and no need to play the towel game, but the beach does. The pool plays the same techno tunes all day from 8am to 8 pm and in the afternoons there was some entertainers who performed for a short while, who were very good. But the DJ's just played the monotonous tunes louder in the the afternoon with no interaction with the guests in the pool. We've been to Excellence Resorts and Couples and so far this resort does not stand up to the customer service and attention to detail that they have. Some day it might be considered a 5 star and a "World Leading Hotel" as they advertise, but at this point it is definitely not, especially the price we paid.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Beautiful resort but..

Gorgeous resort with lots of pools, loved the flamingos! The beach was ok, lots of seaweed hard to walk the beach if that's something you love to do (also smelly). A lot of the resort staff had a hard time understanding English which was frustrating when trying to ask questions about the menu or even make a drink order. They also seemed to be short staffed the bars usually only had one bartender and it was busy and would take forever to get a drink. Not being able to use things that you could before just because your not a member is pretty disappointing. I dont appreciate constantly trying to be sold on being a member, not sure I will ever visit another Palladium resort just for that reason alone. I did love how large it was and how beautifully it was kept. Would be a great destination for a wedding, we watched lots of them. It was awesome you could eat at an al a cart every night after doing buffet for breakfast and lunch it was a really nice touch.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Had a great time- Family friendly

This was a great spot for our family vacation with several generations. Clean, friendly, helpful, good food, lots of variety, so much space, lots of pools, nice beach etc. Would go back again and I'm not typically an all-inclusive type person. The only downfall was the distance from the airport, but that is also what made it such a nice place to be.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Beautiful Resort, Adequate Food

Overall, the grounds were sprawling and beautiful. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was enough to do at the resort to keep us occupied. We loved the idea of adult nights only at certain nights of the restaurant. The only drawback is that the food was lukewarm at best and the quality varied significantly from different areas, with the restaurants at the White Sands Resort being significantly better.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Lovely resort

Lovely grounds, great food with lots of variety, nice size - not too big, not too small. Awesome staff that are ready to serve. Lots of activities although we chose to spend most of our time reading and walking. Resort is on a cliff, so be prepared for lots of stairs to pools, restaurants, beach and different locations in resort. No elevators. Resort is located 45 minutes north of airport in a remote area so very quiet and away from towns or other resorts. Pools are nice but wish there was [... read more] a larger one for actual swimming. Pool bathrooms were in need of more frequent cleaning. Resort is in a cove so the beach is not large and there is little opportunity to take long walks along the beach Great opportunity to watch or try surfing.
