Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great time

The kids had a wonderful time at the beach....sun and sand. Food was full of variety....esp breakfast..its fantastic. Rooms I especially like as they had the door between the washrooms…which means..no noise for those sleeping. Only issue I had was the elevator…it was very busy getting up/down, we managed. The coffee bar at the lobby provided the best drinks…and popcorn for kids. Best Ala carte was the Steak house!!! Yummm T-bone!!! Would highly recommend for everyone.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Amazing Rsort

All was Amazing. I continue to tell my friends about this resort and will return.I took my brother and his wife ,this was their first time outside of Canada,and they also will be returning. Staff was great. Meet some very nice people. I had only heard bad things about the food in Cuba, but i have NO complaints.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: fantastic resort

The grounds were very well kept. Huge resort, pools were wonderful and they had entertainment every afternoon. The people were very helpful and friendly. It was close to the airport which helps and the food was excellent. My husband and I loved this resort and would definitely go back.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Beautiful Experience

This was like a honeymoon experience for us. We stayed in the Villas, with valet service. Excellent service. The hotel is a bit back from the beach, but the beach is beautiful once you get there. Grounds were well kept. Food was very good at Villas (had lobster every day), however we did venture to the buffet at the main building a couple of times and we thought it was very good by Cuba standards. Takes some time to get to and from airport, but was worth the time given the value we received.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Great Resort!

We had a great time at this resort. The staff are excellent. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The gym needs an upgrade with the weights and strength training systems. The food was plentifuly and tasty.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: awesone family place

We loved how friendly the staff were and how involved everyone was with the guests. The rooms were clean and we always had hot water and cool air. My family had more then enough selections of food to choose from at the buffet. We would gladly reccomend it to our friends and family.

Hotel Mojito: Great value for the money!

Iberostar Mojito is an older resort and my room was proof of that. However, they kept it very clean and were doing lots of maintenance to the resort while I was there to keep it looking good. It wasn't a busy time of year at the end of May, so not all of the a la carte restaurants were open, which was a shame because it would have been nice to have dinner at more than just one. Going alone, I wanted to be sure I didn't get sick, so every time there was a cooking station open, that's where I went to get my meal, so they could make it fresh. My room was clean and the maid was very nice. But I was at the end of one of the buildings and when I walked out of my room along the side of the building to get to the pool, there was a used condom on the grass. It was there the whole week, and it probably is still there to this day. Totally gross. I certainly didn't expect more than what I got, but for $800, I'd say it was a great vacation. All the staff were very friendly, with the exception of one grumpy cigar shop employee, and I felt they would all go that extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. The beach alone was worth the $800! I couldn't believe how beautiful the beach was! And it was so great that it wasn't busy, because it was like having the beach all to myself. It was nice that the resort had people on the beach that would bring the lounge chairs to wherever you chose to sit for the day, and because it wasn't a busy time of year, there was always a cabana available. Would I go back to Cuba after this experience? Absolutely! Would I stay at this resort again? Yes! As a single person, it was very important to me that I felt safe and I certainly did at this resort. The security was tight at the front gate, patrolling the beach and the resort grounds.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Good value

The beach is really lovely, the staff super friendly. This is the second year we have been there and although is it still quite a nice hotel we noticed little things which indicated a little more wear and tear in the rooms. The food is ok but there was a lack of variety.

Iberostar Waves Punta Cana: Great Family Vacation!

We travelled the first week of May. In our family there are 2 adults and a 16 &19 year old. We traveled by Transat and love that airline. Checkin was very quick, we travelled with another family with the same age kids. I had emailed the resort a few weeks ahead and asked if all 4 rooms could be in the same building and on the same floor. The resort is very well layed out, not a far walk to anywhere. A great place for families with small childern.if you had to run back to the room it wasn't far. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are 2 buffets that had different items every evening. We only went to the steak house and really enjoyed it. We preferred the buffet though. The beach grill had nachos, fries, burgers, pasta and so much more. Perfect for afternoon snacking. We went on 2 excursions. The caterman and the dune buggies. We enjoyed both and would highly recommend them. We preferred the beach over the pool. There are lots of umbrellas and chairs. Youdo do have to up early to get the first couple rows of umbrellas. Housekeeping, servers, entertainment teams, lifeguards and all the staff do a great job. Thank you Iberostar for a great family vacation.!!

Clean, good food great value for the money beach is amazing great for families with small children and older people quiet and relaxing activities very reasonably priced will be back to this great place

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Nice resort

Where our rooms were we too far from everything, a lot of walking. We were right at the back of the resort. Memories has a shuttle that picks you up and takes you where you want to go if it's too far to walk. Food was excellent, a lot of variety. When we checked out early in the morning we had called for room service, three times. Finally we just LUGGED our own luggage. At that hour of the morning , everyone is leaving, and they only have one bellboy on service!!!!!!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Best anniversary vacation spot!

My husband and I have 0 complaints. The people, the food & drink, the service & cleanliness of the property were all above our expectations. We love Omar at the pool bar and Fernando at the buffet. We will be coming back here next year!

Iberostar Selection Varadero: Great resort

Being a very fussy traveller myself, I always thoroughly research resorts and hotels before booking and just hope for the best. Well I can safely say I was hugely impressed with the Iberostar Varadero. Rooms were always air conditioned, spacious and beds were large and comfortable. The resort staff were friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome. Iberostar Selection Cancun: Mexico Iberostar

Went to this resort in March 2014 with two children (ages 14, 7). We had a suite room with separate living area and bedroom and very large patio. Unfortunately, very, very window off the water and so not much pleasurable time on patio. The resort was very good for kids in that there were a lot of things to do in the pool every day. He met a lot of other kids from other places and really enjoyed that. The hotel provided two free internet accounts which was really appreciated. The connectivity was very good. It was very hot when we were there so we had trouble staying awake past 10pm at night (so never sampled the night life and never left resort). Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend to another family looking for a hassle-free experience that the kids will definitely like (especially the younger ones).

Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus: Fun in the Caribbean Sun

Loved this place - very laid back atmosphere - sea is calm & tranquil on this side compare to the atlantic side - room was nice with ocean view. We enjoyed to food and nice hospitality. The snorkling was just off shore and we could see many colorful fish.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Grand Experience!

We stayed at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in March 2014. We had an excellent room with lots of space to spread out. I love the bathroom with two sinks. The food was really good!. The resort was very clean. The staff was always pleasant. Must try the Jamica Smile drink!!

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Very excited to go back to Cuba

This year we were returning to Cuba after 5 years of exploring elsewhere but we returned for our fourth time. As usual, the beaches are fabulous and the sea to die four. This resort was clean and very well kept. All the pools are clean and inviting. We were there with friends this time and would go back again. The only negative thing to say really is the beds were a little hard. But everything else was great even the food was good. No complaints! I would recommend this hotel.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Average

Beautiful grounds, very well maintained. No grill on the beach, nor at the buffet. Friendly staff. Water gets very murky on windy or stormy days. Snorkelling area is very limited due to boat traffic at the pier.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Unexpected great resort

We travel every winter to warm places, we have been to Puerto Plata in the past in 6 different hotels and expected a high level of comfort as this is the highest rated hotel in the area.We traveled with 3 other couples who had limited experience with all inclusives but own time shares in several US places, they all raved about the location, rooms, food, entertainment, everything was perfect and the best value for the money. Iberostar Origin Tainos: A diamond in the rough

This is our 3rd stay at Tainos. The resort is small, and there are no crowds to fight for meals or for a parasol at the beach. We keep returning for one main reason. That is the beach. We have been to several locations in Varadero, Cayo Coco, and Santa Maria, Cuba. Also several locations in Punta Cana as well as Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The resort is starting to show its' age, but they are in the process of renovating the resort, and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms. It is absolutely lovely. The food in Cuba is certainly never the main attraction. That being said, we never have a problem finding something that agrees with us at this resort. in fact, the meals are actually very good ! To sum up, if you are coming to Cuba to relax on the beach, you won't find a better place. Everything else simply makes your ability to do this very appealing. Enjoy !!
