Excelent hotel. Great food. Nice beach and entertainment. Friendly staff. Good transportation to the airport. Flexible hours for restaurants. Several small pools around the resort. Very clean and organized.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: the staff make the place

The staff at the Grand Lido are absolutely wonderful. The lamb at the cove bar were out of this world and the people at the cove were down to earth. We made a lot of new friends and will never forget our trip. The resort was nice and small which is what we like; you're not treated like someone on holidays but as a member of their family.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Elegant fun!

I had a wonderful time at the Riu Palace Tropical Bay. From our initial encounter with the front desk staff, to the bar staff, to the housekeeping and finally to the animation team....Everyone was extremely positive, kind, helpful and sincere. They made me feel like a valued guest as they often remembered my name and took time to have nice conversations with me. Sharon at the 24 hour bar was a gem, Jemaine in the dining room was charming and the spirited animation team (in particular Chicken and [... read more] Sweetie) really made each an every day. The dancers were phenomenal (Megatron , Chicken, Popsicle, etc.) as they are well trained by their very talented choreographer. The resort and grounds were pretty and the food was delicious, but the staff made our trip so much fun.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Entertainment at its best

Stayed Feb 11-15. Beautiful resort with plenty to do. The service and staff fantastic. The resort is huge a little to big for our 4 day escape As we felt that we missed out on a lot. I love along stretch of beach and the beach here was nowhere near what I had hoped for. During our stay there was construction all day making for a not so relaxing atmosphere. Catalonia Montego Bay: "My Caribbean Vacation" at a Holiday Inn.....

A typical Hoilday Inn caribbean style. Great for the kids , family , couples that just want to be home away from home. Everything is fine, but just fine , drinks are good food is fresh and plenty of staff to take care of you.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: So many options that it kept whole family happy!

We liked the resort. it was large and my teenagers said it was "posh". Rooms were very large - beach was lovely - food very good. Hard to get a reservation to sit down restaurants or a lounge chair unless you get up a dawn - but it was March Break!

Sandals Dunn's River: would go back in a heartbeat

the jewel was absolutely amazing, the staff were the best and always smiling and saying hello and asking if everything was good. the rooms were very nice, nothing to complain about, except for the shared balcony in emerald buildings, did not like those, should be private then would be awesome, loved my 2nd room in the diamond building, the grounds and the pools were very well maintained, the food, well, absolutely the best, loved everything i ate, it is a beautiful beach although a bit small ( b [... read more]ut i did know that before booking ) loved that it was adults only also.

Couples Swept Away: Incredible vacation

The resort was incredible. From the moment we arrived to the day we left. The staff were all very helpful, friendly, each and every single person from the groundskeepers to the concierge were kind and welcoming. I have never felt this way at any other resort and we have travelled to many all inclusive resorts in the past. The beach was the best we've ever experienced. White sand, which was raked up by a machine every morning, and crystal clear calm water. Sting rays swimming by daily. The floati [... read more]es provided by the resort made the beach loungers very comfortable and were a bonus to float on in the ocean! The only issue we had was finding chairs in the shade. This required very early mornings to "reserve" your beach lounger. The food was exceptional at all restaurants - Lemongrass and Feathers and Patois was amazing. The Seagrapes café on the beach had the most amazing sweet potato chips and dip as well as fish tacos! The rooms were always clean and very Caribbean flavour to them. Small and simple. The fitness facility across the street was incredible as well. My husband and I took full advantage of early morning tennis clinics, exercise classes (spin, bootcamp) and the weight room. A great resort for active guests. Our couples massage was also well worth the money, the staff was exceptional. The bar on the beach - Bamboo bar was incredible and fun times were had by all. Catamaran was included, no tipping which relieved the pressure was appreciated. We would definitely recommend Couples Swept Away to anyone looking for a beautiful beach, great food, fabulous staff. Well worth the money. I hope to return soon!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Beautiful resort

We spent an amazing week at this resort. It was a family vacation, there was 6 of us and we had 3 rooms, not one of us had a problem. Our rooms were clean, the food was great and the service at this resort was excellent. Tadine on the beach was a joy to see each day and always ready to take care of your needs.. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: ran down

This resort was clean, not alot to do. Buffet should be available for all meals. rooms were nice, but myself and friend had to share king bed, was never responded to in regards to another bed . unlimited calls to Canada awesome, wifi great.

Hedonism II: resort was ALL we EXPECTED

WE have been to Hedo 3 times so no surprises there....People there are genuine and so welcoming that you love to arrive and hate to leave. The real bonus here was tripcentral.ca Tammy was wonderful everything was as smooth as glass...with NO hiccups...and no unexpected surprises. WE will book all future travel with them...they were helpful, patient and accommodating (not to mention the best pricing we could find in CANADIAN $) thanks so much

Grand Pineapple Beach: perfect resort for beach lovers

This is the perfect resort for people looking to enjoy the beach. The resort is basic. The pool is small and usually empty because of the beautiful beach. No entertainment but the accommodations, beach, food and service was excellent. Staff always greeted you with a smile. A perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Happiness comes with excellence

This was our second stay at this resort and although we noted a few changes, overall the quality of this hotel is excellent. The grounds are well groomed and maintained, buildings well cared for, public areas very clean and rooms well cleaned and supplied well with everything we needed. He was so respectful and so energetic, a very amazing young man. The whole entertainment team on this resort is amazing. From sports to evening entertainment, just excellence. I have only one complaint about this resort. The service in the buffet dining room at times was not the best. Very few of the wait staff introduced themselves and did not engage in any form of conversation. At times did not remove dirty plates between courses. It didn't happen at every meal but this is the one place I noted a change from our last visit to this resort. Some of the wait staff was amazing but you could sure feel the difference when staff enjoyed their work and when they did not. Not really sure if there were a lot of new staff or what was happening but it did not feel good. The food was just as amazing as ever. Hot food was hot, and cold food was cold. The other thing I noted was little to no hand washing by the staff. It kind of worried me as dirty dishes would be handled and then back to clean dishes with no hand hygiene. Overall I still have to say this is one of the nicest hotels and I would highly recommend it to others.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Great time at the RIU Tropical Bay

The Hotel is beautiful as you enter from the front. Reception was well organized and prompt. Our room was a standard room but with a king bed. The room was small but suited our needs. The room had a full bar, with mini fridge and coffee maker. The beach was marvelous and there are plenty of loungers. The non motorized water sports were great to have and I would recommend everyone to bring their own mask and air mattress for a leisurely day at the beach. The dining and buffet rooms were great. Th [... read more]e food was delicious and there is a great variety. The evening entertainment was standard, comparable to any other resort. Visitors should be aware that this resort does not have a disco so things are pretty quiet late at night. The only disappointment was the pool area. The pool is small and can be crowded. The loungers are quite close together and the area can get noisy. But the beauty of the beach makes up for it. And I should also say that the sunsets are the best in the world.

Beaches Ocho Rios: Fabulous resort

Room was execellent and very central. Loved the service and the pool. Great fun for all the family. Lots of choice with meals.The Creperie was everyone's favourite. The week was too short but we all got to relax.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Fantastic Vacation!

Lovely resort! It was small and the service was amazing. It had the feeling of being intimate that you can't get in a big resort. The grounds were manicured to perfection. The food was very good and the drink choice was plentiful. Hoping to go back next year!

Sandals Caribbean Cay: Lovely resort

The hotel was lovely. The staff were great! The food and drinks were fantastic. We had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed taking the free shuttle (10 minutes) to the Montego Bay Sandals for dinner twice during our week.

Couples Negril: Friendly staff, lovely beach,, good food

Grounds were kept very nice and the staff were friendly. Beach was very nice, although not as nice as beach at Swept Away. Rooms are a bit tired, but were clean. Food was excellent, although my fiancé and I both got "Rastas Revenge".

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Excellent resort

Resort is very well maintained & very clean. Excellent service from friendly staff. This Iberostar location is WAY better than the equivalent Iberostar Laguna Azul in Varadero we stayed at last year. Only complaint is that waitress service at pool could be better.

Coco La Palm: Awesome holiday!!!

We have stayed at Coco La Palm before in the original section but were not as thrilled about the new annex. We would like the opportunity to select the area we stay in when we book online. Otherwise, the staff was great as always, the food was great and the holiday was excellent overall!!! Thanks to all at Coco La Palm and we will return!!
