Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Resort for all ages

hotel room is clean. all the staff is very helpful. we could let our 3 yr old kid stayed at the kid's club and enjoy our drinks at the pool area. the hotel has 5 pools so that the pool is not crowded up.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Amazing Resort!

This was our second visit to the Iberostar Costa Dorada. After our first visit, we knew we had to return. We were not disappointed. From our return customer bottle of rum to the great staff/service there, everything was great. The beach was not crowded so we could find a palapa any time of the day. Food was very good with different variety daily. Not the same old, same old every day. Theme nights were fun. Grounds were kept immaculately. Great place to visit.

Everything was very clean, staff very friendly, room had amazing view, loved the contests at the pool, the beach was breath taking. The shows every night were so much fun and we had the best trip ever

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: great resort

Really great resort. Rooms really nice and private. We stayed on the "childrens" side to be closer to the beach. No problems at all. The beaches very clean,waves a few times then dead quiet for the rest of the week. Really nice for long walks. Lobster on the buffet twice! Boiled first then grilled(very large) Always many choices with no problems finding something we liked. Surf and turf twice at the seafood restaurant..excellent! Lots of walking..by choice. Very large resort with well maintained [... read more] walkways and carts available if you don't like to walk. We are planning to return.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: A resort you will never forget

we visited this resort the first week of April 2014 it was wonderful the staff were great the grounds were very well maintained and beautiful the food was delicious and an amazing quality to choose from you sure are not gonna walk away hungry!!! the drinks were refreshing and tasty....They always had something to do the entertainers are very funny and keep you busy they really do know how to keep a crowd excited...

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: What's not to like?

A little piece of heaven at the end of a long ride. ( about 90 bus ride from airport). We were welcomed with a glass of champaign and recognized our repeat visit. Reception was fast and friendly. Golf cart took us to our clean and ready room. Each day buffet had plenty of choices. Beach is outstanding. Pools clean. Staff every where were friendly. Gardens were luscious. We liked that there was a child friendly pool and separate adult pool. We plan to return in February.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Great Place, Large and staff ready to assist

Great resort! We really enjoyed the ease of this resort. Everything was kept simple. The resort is large and lots of walkin so bring comfy shoes. I didn't mind since the grounds were beautiful and well kept. Beach was big and gorgeous with lots of loungers. The breeze was perfect and we didn't over heat once. We reavlwd with a three yr old and found the staff very eager to help. Loves the fresh whole fruit at the buffet. Room was clean and maid service amazing!

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Trip of a Lifetime!

First of all this hotel, staff and surrounding landscape exceeds anything we have ever seen and we have travelled everywhere in the world and never have we been so delighted with the attention staff paid to us when we were there. The pools are spectacular and landscape immaculate. Upon arrival we were greeted by a cool glass of sparkling champagne, quick registration right to our hotel room and then a plunge into the pool with a swimup bar. The food was superb and each chef willing to prepare whatever we requested. It is truly a spectacular place to unwind and get the king/queen treatment. Go for it and you will unwind in fantastic style.

went to puerto plata, dom rep, through trip central, great prices, easy to navigate website, and overall great customer service, the staff at the resort were great, weather was nice, food was pretty decent, great nightly entertainment, highly recommend!

Hotel Mojito: Good value

The Iberostar Mojito, for the price we paid, is a great resort. The staff are incredibly hard-working and friendly - a few we spoke to were professionals who had decided to work at the resort because of the tips:) (Can't blame them) The beach is nice although a bit of a hike along the boardwalk across sort of a swampy area, which was okay since we didn't have anything better to do, being on vacation. The drinks in the lobby bar varied in quality, depending on which bartender was working. We had  [... read more]a couple of interesting frog visitors during the night - we were in one of the "four-plexes" to the left of the pool area. Nightly entertainment was about like other resorts, but the band in the cigar bar was very good, and very popular (doing songs all the tourists knew). We didn't realize it was necessary to rent a car to travel across the causeway to visit the mainland, (there's no bus) and we left it too late. Others who did go said it was so hot in the town that it wasn't worth it.

Rooms were kept very clean, Bathrooms everywhere immaculate! Food was good Drinks were inconsistent unfortunately-One bar could make a certain cocktail but the others didnt make it the same way....Music every night in the lobby and also at the pool was wonderful!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Amazing Resort

The staff was fantastic, whatever we needed, they were quick to get. The resort always had activities going on, tons of stuff to keep kids busy through the day as well as great shows every night. Food was great, lots of choices.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Best vaction ever

The kids club staff were awesome. The beach was perfect. Not rocky and the waves were not too big for a 4 and 8 yr old. Food and room were good. Somehow everyone at the resort seemed be positive. Overall a very relaxing trip. No bad surprises is the key concept.
