Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Huge resort!

This resort is stunning! It is very large with friendly staff an a lot of restaurants to choose from. The steak house was my favorite! We had the t-bone which was superb! The barbeque jerk chicken in the beach was also amazing! The only downfall at this resort is that the beach area is very big but there are several beach areas. We would definitely stay there again.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing Resort

Resort is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and helpful always asking how we like Jamaica and the resort. Rooms were very spacious, grounds very well maintained. Food was best we've had so far. Will definitely return.

The Oasis at Sunset: excellence in friendly staff

Truly relaxing vacation. All staff were amazingly friendly and it was great to have no language barrier. Rooms and whole resort were kept very clean. Food was good and there were lots of free activities available. Not so posh as to make you feel uncomfortable. Only pleasant memories and a smile on my face returned.

Sunset Beach Resort and Spa: wonderful resort

Majority of the staff at the resort were wonderful, we had an issue with our room and they were very accomodating. The food was AMAZING the view was spectacular. Lots of activities to keep the whole family busy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Catalonia Montego Bay: All of my needs and expectations were met here!

For those of us who prefer to spend our travel funds exploring and sampling the culture of the places we visit, rather than blow it on glamorous accommodations, H. I. Sunspree more than surpassed my expectations. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast and lunch buffets were great, but some of the evening buffets could get monotonous, so we tended to book an a la carte restaurant almost every evening. The filet mignon (Italian a la carte) and the "browned" red snapper (Seafood a la carte) as well as the mussels in a tomato and wine sauce will live on in my memories for some time. Top rate chefs at the a la cartes! BTW: I met several guests who were vegetarians and they said that they were very happy with the food at the buffets. I am an avid foodie, so I will give the buffet service a 4 out of 5, which is saying a lot for resort food. I have often thought that resorts should prepare some basic beef or chicken stews, and have pots of different broths or sauces on the side so that people who love curry can jazz up their stews. I often took the broth from a curry dish to jazz up the rice or veggies on offer. Loved the kids bar when I was yenning for something basic: nothing like chicken fingers and fries to fill my tummy after too much indulging the day before. The kids had a huge secured playground and excellent pools to play in - I never used the pools, opting for the amazing island across from the resort. This resort has several beaches so you are never exposed to the noise of deliriously happy children frolicking about in paradise if you don't want to be. They never bothered me: I am not fond of Adults only resorts. Snorkeling was amazing in the island area. I would highly recommend this resort, especially for families, but we singles had no complaints, either. Thanks to all the staff at Sunspree for one of the most memorable vacations of my life. Irie!

The Oasis at Sunset: Wonderful time

We had the most wonderful time at the Oasis at Sunset. It was a much smaller resort than we're used to and we were a little apprehensive about that at first. What we found was that it was much easier to meet and talk to people there than the larger resort. We met some great new people. The food and service was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. we also enjoyed the ability to go over to the larger Sunset side of the resort to enjoy the pools and entertainment there. There was no wai [... read more]ting for non-motorized equipment (kayaks and paddleboats). The snorkelling off-shore was pretty good. Lots to see. There had been a large storm the week prior to our visit so the beach wasn't in the greatest shape, but was being cleaned up and improved during our visit. We celebrated a wedding anniversary while there and had a beautiful, romantic dinner on the beach, served by our own personal waitress that was memorable.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great Resort! Third time back!

Once again we stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. As usual, the service was great and the accommodations were also great! The are doing some upgrades to the garden (tile replacement) area so it will be very nice for our next trip.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Happy but sad

We had a fantastic time and the Grand Lido. It was our first time and unfortunately our last time, they are demolishing it on April 26th and rebuilding a new one. Great staff, great food, awesome beach

Couples Sans Souci: Jamaica 2015

Staff were great. Get up early if you want a place by the pool. not enough umbrellas around the pool. It is a very quiet resort. 5th time to Jamaica will not go back to this resort. Ended up with food poisoning. If you are not a returning guest and it's your first time there you don't get treated the same. Loved the spa treatments. Did not feel it was worth the money we paid.

The Oasis at Sunset: Warm, friendly, home away from home!

Food was amazing, grounds were always kept beautiful. The STAFF!!!! OMG above and beyond in customer service. Rooms were all you needed. Morning fancy, but we don't go away for the room. This resort was the perfect family getaway. From check-in to check-out everything was done with a friendly attitude and big smile on their faces. Way to many named to mention because EVERY staff member (no exaggeration) was to notch. We were all sad to leave.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Excellent Resort

This was not our first time at this resort and will not be our last! Love everything about it! The staff are amazing! It's very easy and convenient to get to the pools, beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend this resort!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: OK Resort

Overbooked, When we got there at 3 pm we didn't get a room till 7 pm. We booked 9 wks in advance, there were many couples who booked 3 days in advance and received their rooms and were settled in right away on their holiday. The room we finally got , 101 was right beside the dining hall. Very noisy nights (the entertainment and bars). Waken before 7 am with the dishes and dining room being prepared. The room was a temporary one till people left and we could get a new room. The shower handle woul [... read more]dn't stay on, shower curtain approx. 1 ft. off floor so water all over, no hangers, no towels. The door lock didn't work , we were going to show the manager the shower problems and couldn't get into room. Manager couldn't open lock either. So we went walking and manager fixed up the problems. Grounds were nice, public area nice, facilities were ok. Food in buffet dining was good. Food at a la Carte was very limited menu. Ate there a couple of times and all menu items were not always available. The remaining 4 out of 12 days in the 2nd room , we didn't receive towels and had to call for some. Entertainment, Not enough variety. Mostly young dancing and singing on stage and floor. Very repetitious. Not taking into account the older demographics 50 to 75 and providing entertainment. Kayaks were available, the paddle boats they had we were told none of them worked all were broken. For the most part the employees were vey friendly and helpful. Some were excellent, some younger ones need either more training or just smile. This was our holiday, we are not grumpy people and tried to make the best of it. We had good and bad times.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Absolutely loved it....can't wait to return!

Loved our trip to Jewel Runaway Bay...travelled the last week on January with our 13 yr old son. The resort is the perfect size and easy to get wherever you need to go. The staff are phenomenal from the reception, wait staff, bartenders animationcand maids - and a special shout out to Ash and Purple at the Teen Club...our son thought you guys were awesome. The food was great, rooms were super clean and comfortable and beaches and pool were amazing. Great family resort to relax and unwind - good entertainment at night but not a party place afterwards which was just fine with us. Highly recommend this resort and we will be going again next year. Sandals Dunn's River: The staff are amazing

I am extremely impressed with the service at this resort. We are taken care of beyond our expectations. Roger a bartender on the resort goes beyond the call of duty to make sure we are happy. Come one come all, this is a great resort.

Riu Montego Bay: Riuview

Great food, customer service, activities, shows, drinks, cleanieness. staff were very nice and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this place to either couples or families. Lots of activities outside the hotel were available for affordable prices.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort, great staff

Great resort, beautiful rooms, amazing staff. The beach was very nice but not long and walkable (although this is a feature of the area of Jamaica). Lots of options for fun activities and to meet people. Really no complaints. Great value.

the ground area was very big and easy to walk the room was big and clean and the dinning area was friendly and good they have a lot for food from difference cloture and it good to experiment other food we hade a good time

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Love Love Love

We are vegetarians and our main concern whenever we go to a resort is food. We were so pleased with the variety of foods day over day that were just in the main buffet alone. Awesome food - Awesome People! Staff were the nicest people people! We love Jamaica

Thought the overall experience was great. Food was really good. Staff was freindly and helpfiull. Rooms abit dated and some issues with weater pressure. The rooms however were clean and were kept clean.
