Riu Ocho Rios: Nice but not a 5 star

This is an older hotel , but well kept. I personal don't have any complaints with the exception of external noise which came from off property. The room are neat , but dated and house keeping was regular. Premium Liquor was only found at the deluxe pool bar which I found strange and you needed to ask for it. Staff were friendly and polite .Nice beach, unfortunately we did not have the greatest weather , 1 day of sunshine out of 5, Feb 18-23, One more thing, the transportation from the airport to [... read more] the resort needs to be improved upon, 2.5 hour travel with a 1 hour wait at the airport once we arrived. Only 1.5 hour travel from resort to airport ?

Sandals Dunn's River: Peaceful

We enjoyed the resort tremendously, the staff was unbelievable, they were so friendly, helpful and fun, the entertainment group was simply the best. The food was perfect in every sense of the word, they made us feel wanted. It was to bad we had to leave

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: met every expectation

The minute we arrived we were impressed with our room...exploring the resort was great fun and the place was so clean and the staff were very friendly...professional and fun. Maid service very good. Food was great .beech nice but coral sand.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Very Nice Resort

Would go 4.5 if the option was available. Very nice hotel and grounds. Great staff. Minor problems with mini bar stocking at the start which were rectified quickly. Could use more loungers and shade makers on the beach but that issue is more a result of inconsiderate guests. All in all an excellent holiday destination.

Dreams Rose Hall: Great Family Resort

Overall this is a great family resort-we recently stayed as a 4 family group-11 people in total covering 3 generations. There was plenty to do for everyone and the waterpark was our home base every day-we thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river, and the waterslides and swimup bar were great too. The food at the restaurants was good but there could have been a better selection and variety for the vegetarians. The grounds were well cared for and all the resort staff were freindly and engaging. The rooms were what you would expect from a 4 star resort-fairly basic but clean and in good shape. The Oasis at Sunset: Lovely resort with amazing staff!

We were sad to leave this lovely resort and are still talking about what a great time we had! The rooms are clean and functional, all are close to the ocean and everything else on the resort. Our favorite place to eat was the terrace restaurant on the oasis side. The open air and beautiful view made every meal special. Good snorkelling right off the beach. Water shoes are a must on the oasis beach side. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade spots. If you are thinking about going, don't hesitate! Sandals South Coast: Beyond my expectations

The accommodations are second to none, staff was always eager to help and polite. The pools and beach was never busy, never any crowds to deal with. For any couple looking for a quiet, romantic get away this is the place to go. Definitely worth the money. Planing on going back.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: awesome

Great place to go to relax.nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly always smiling. Had a great week. Would definitely go again. Even after a windy night , when the seaweed was washed to shore. And I mean seaweed, More than I've ever seen, the beach was cleaned and raked ASAP. The staff did a great job.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Vacation

Gran Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay Jamaica is a great resort, good food, great pool area, large rooms. Some of the wait staff could be a little more welcoming but most are nice. A little far from the airport but a nice scenic drive, would go back again!

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Absolutely Amazing Resort

This resort was amazing. The employees treat you like royality and family . The resort is absolutely gorgeous and impeccably clean. The food was fabulous. There is always something to do or just sit back and relax.

The Oasis at Sunset: Second visit even better than the first!

The Oasis at Sunset feels like a second home. The grounds are well maintained, the food is incredible, the rooms offer every comfort but the reason I will always choose this resort when visiting Jamaica is the amazing staff. Sandals Dunn's River: Our vacation was truly wonderful.

Everything was so clean and well cared for. Food wonderful. Service top of the line. Drinks of the day and availability of bars very good. The beach was great lots of chairs and towels. Swimming pool cool at first then weather warmed up.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Relaxing holiday!!

The resort was very clean and the service was excellent for the most part. The food was very good, the pools were clean, the beach was very small, the drinks were plentiful. The resort is on the smaller side, as are the rooms and it often felt very crowded. But overall, it was a very nice place to spend a holiday in the sunshine!

Jewel Paradise Cove: A True Jewel of a Resort!

Beautifully kept Grounds,Good Food Choices at several restaurants,Great friendly and caring staff,This resort has it all.The smoothie bar on the beach is a great idea and the smoothies are second to none! The Oasis at Sunset: Wonderful spot

The best of both worlds as the oasis is within the Sunset Beach complex so you can have a more party atmosphere at Sunset or relaxed atmosphere at Sunset. The food at the terrace is wonderful, and the service is excellent. If you enjoy dining, taking your time and just enjoying your meal it is the perfect place. If you want a quicker meal the buffet at Sunset is certainly a good alternative. The service was excellent - the staff remember everything and make you feel like family. We were very impressed with all aspects of your hotel the grounds were well kept....the staff was very friendly and always helpful....activities were engaging...service was always given with a smile. ...we are even strongly considering returning next year for an even longer stay

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Excellent Stay - amazing food!

This is a VERY large resort, so lots of walking and stairs. Very good variety of food. Grounds are well maintained. Lots of lounge chairs. May not be prime location but lots to choose from. Well organized check in and check out.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great Resort

The resort was lovely and the staff amazing. Really enjoyed the facilities - the fitness staff were excellent and the food was great. Horizons staff were the only ones that seemed sort of slow and not so customer oriented but overall great place. Beach is okay but not a long one for walking.

Riu Ocho Rios: Wonderful resort

The room we had was large and comfortable. The balcony was large with seating to enjoy the view. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hedonism II: Great resort

The only thing bad I can say is the rooms are dated but they are clean. They are in the process of updating everything. We'll be going back again for our 5th time next year. If you don't like Jamaican food this is not the place for you.
