Riu Palace Antillas: Not Happy
The palace closed the day we arrived and we where suppose to be able to use it we were never told of this. Food fair at best, but a staff member on beach named "Lord" was only willing to do his job for a tip. I spoke to the manager about not liking this, he spoke to his employee and then the guy confronted us and was threatening. We spoke to asst manager of resort again and brought witnesses to this, he assured us he would be dealt with and nothing changed. I was nervous to be at pool alone. Thi [... read more]
Riu Palace Aruba: Not so good hotel stay
The beach was okay, the staff was amazing, but the smell of mould was bad in our room. Then to top it off they started construction in the building where we were staying in. The noise was unbearable, we did not relax at all, we could hear the noise when we were in our rooms and when we were laying near the pool.
Riu Palace Aruba: Disappointing Rooms
My husband and myself just returned from Aruba. The grounds of the Riu Palace were great, the pool was amazing. Resturants were good, even the buffet was good. Enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The staff were good. But we didn't know that as of April 13th The Riu Palace is closed for three months for renovactions . So for the last two days of our vacation they started emptying some rooms. But the day we were leaving they had both elevators packed with furniture. So you had a long wait for the [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Excellent Service!
We found the Riu Antillas to be a well run, welcoming resort. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and well stocked. The pool grounds and beach are well maintained and clean. As with most resorts the process for A La Carte dinning reservations is annoying and the A La Carte restaurant's food quality was disappointing, not elevated above the buffet quality,(the food over cooked and coming a long distance from the central kitchens arriving cold (except the Steak House where [... read more]
Holiday Inn Resort Aruba: Nice Hotel
The food was delicious! Service was excellent the staff really took good care of you. Always pleasant and very helpful. The sitting area beside the ocean was very nice to sit and have some refreshments. The beachfront was very nice right out side the hotel.
Riu Palace Antillas: What a perfect place for vacation
Everything was fantastic from the beautiful white sand to the great food at the buffets and restaurants. The people at the resort and in town couldnt be more friendly and helpful and what a breath of fresh air to be able to go anywhere at anytime and feel completly safe
Tamarijn Beach Resort: A Bit Tired, but Still a good spot
Beach in front of our room needs significant and immediate improvement-----erosion is ruining it. Service staff excellent except for the front desk who acted like they were doing you a favour? Two on-site restaurants were excellent. We have been to the Carribbean 19 times and almost of the resorts we visited, they give you or have in the room upon arrival a booklet with the "do's and don't's"----other than a map, you are on your own-----so kept asking a lot of questions. Make sure you take the h [... read more]
Holiday Inn Resort Aruba: Really enjoyed ourselves
The hotel was very clean you could see employees constantly cleaning areas. The room were good comfy beds no complaints there. Food was good . Overall the only thing that was a bit inconvenient was reserving a hut for the next day.
Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino: Great stay!
Enjoyed the two pools, Bob's pizza, the grocery store so close by, a clean comfortable room, quick access to the beach, Cinnabon and Carvel's ice cream next door, the Arubus, Baby beach snorkelling and sunshine, sunshine, sunshine!!!
Riu Palace Aruba: Really nice Resort!
Amazing beach and pool. Service was really good. Buffet was amazing. A la carte restaurant was just "ok " ( also a maximum of 4 reservations per week is allowed; and we didn't know that prior departure. our room was just ok, no king bed and furniture outdated. (But they are doing some renovations right now) Overall, we were really happy of our choice. Hotel has a really good location and the Aruba's weather was perfect!
Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort: Expected much more
Rooms were great. Food was ok but definitely thought there would be more a la carte restaurants to choose from. Did not know this was NOT a private resort, meaning randoms and locals were able to use the facilities and restaurants !!! Price was definitely high for what was received. My husband and I definitely expected A LOT more from this resort for what we paid. We were disappointed but still tried to make the best of it. Staff were great!
Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort: Great experience!
The Renaissance Aruba is a great hotel. We stayed on the ocean suites side. The room was perfect for out family of four. My only complaint was the shower and water spraying outside of the shower because of the half glass wall. But put some towels on the floor and it's fine. The rest of the room was very comfortable and up to date. We did the all-inclusive plan and it was perfect for us. Easy when traveling with two small kids. We really enjoyed all the fresh fruit and amazing selection of fresh [... read more]
Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort: Awesome place to stay. You won't want to miss it!
Excellent place to stay from the rooms to the food. We could not say enough about our staff. The boat launch was so handy and so nice to ride across to the private beach on the island. The wild life on the island was so exciting and we go t so many photos to send to friends. We loved everything about our stay. We won't stay anywhere in Aruba but here from now on!
Divi Aruba Beach Resort: Beautiful and quiet

Amazing staff, easy check-in, it's a beautiful resort in every way, the beach is paradise, the food is excellent, Aruba is an awesome place to visit, I would recommend the Rui palace to anyone and I will definitely return again and again
Riu Palace Antillas: fantastic resort
My wife and I have travelled all over the Caribbean and found that Aruba was by far our favorite place to go. The Riu Palace Antillas was so amazing. You want for nothing and if you need it they will do there best to get it for you. The food was great and I liked that you could drink the tap water. It felt good to be able to walk down the street without feeling uneasy. People there will stop to let you cross the street. Tourism is there biggest source of income so they really appreciate you here [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Great Vacation
This is one of the cleanest resorts you could imagine, ALL hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food, drinks, staff were all so great. One of our better vacations. You will want for nothing at this great resort!!!
Riu Palace Aruba: Beautiful hotel!
Great resort. The hotel is breathtaking and very elegant. The rooms are a little outdated but I understand they are beginning renovations soon. The food is amazing and plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is kept very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here again.
Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort: excellent bang for your buck
We stayed at the Renaissance Aruba marina side from feb 25 - march 4/15. All inclusive - most of the people we spoke with did not stay with all inclusive package - thank god we did - it would have been quite pricey - i.e. $15 for one large beer and one pop. Definitely great all in price. Renaissance island was gorgeous. Hotel was clean, beds - comfy, room was on the smaller side but still ample space. Food was excellent. We did spend all of our days either at the island or pool on the ocean sui [... read more]
Holiday Inn Resort Aruba: Well run and clean resort
Our room was very nice, tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean. The grounds were very well kept and of all the resorts the Holiday Inn was the only one that groomed the sand in the beach area.
