Riu Dunamar: Nice get away!

Hotel is very clean, restaurants are all good, buffet is plentiful! Rooms are kept up every day, we left the maid a note and got what we asked for. The beach is beautiful, with waiters bringing drinks to your chair. We would definitely return to this resort!

Riu Dunamar: Perfect Family Resort!

This resort is amazing, lots to do! They do an excellent job with maintenance. We had an amazing time. Nice that they separated the kids Waterpark from adults Waterpark. You don't need to reserve the speciality restaurants but its always full. I would suggest a bar on the beach. You always have to wait for the waiters to come around to order drinks.

Krystal Grand Cancun: Awesome stay!

This resort was awesome! Not too busy, amazing beach, incredible employees who went above and beyond. Food and drinks were great! The only con was the shower did not get warm or hot. I can over look a warm shower for all the pros this resort offered.

Hyatt Vivid Cancun: Very nice resort

Great stay! Very clean. Brian and Dania excellent service! Entertainment staff did a great job. Restaurants all good! Only complaint would be the buffet I wasn’t a fan but everything else great! Would return to this resort. Had a Spa day and it was amazing. Not very busy due to the time of the year which was awesome.

Senator Riviera Cancun Spa Resort: Wonderful Experience

Good food, good service, little away from main roads which makes it difficult to access outside cities. Overall great experience. Good and well maintained pools. Good staff. Good for 3-4 days, after that it might get boring.

Riu Latino: Amazing resort!

This resort was beautiful! It’s still fairly new. The beach is beautiful. No reservations are required for the a la cartes. Food is great and lots of options. Must try are the expresso martinis from the velvet lounge. The bartenders are great. Ask for top level alcohol and they will make your drinks with that no problem. Will definitely return. Beautiful part of Mexico :)

Riu Latino: Great resort

Very nice resort! Very clean and and rooms are very nice. Beach was great with no seaweed. Velvet lobby bar was great. Food was good except for the steakhouse. Only negative thing about the resort is they don’t have room service.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Great resort!

Great resort, clean and large spacious rooms. Food was good, but the buffet was really lacking. The restaurants were delicious especially the Italian and Steak house restaurant. We found the resort very quiet, and not busy at all. There was barely anyone at the beach daily - never had issues getting seats at the pool. We did like that they cleaned the beach from seaweed all day. Service was wonderful, and everyone was super friendly. There wasn’t many families with kids at the resort, we saw may [... read more]be 4-5 families with kids, they did have nightly kids activities at 7pm. We booked Aventour at the hotel to pick us up at the airport and they made us wait over 30min while letting two groups ahead of us who arrived after us. They kept telling us to wait, and it became very frustrating so we ended up taking another taxi. Wouldn’t recommend using Aventour through Majestics Website. Overall great vacation, loved the resort but did like the Royalton Cancun much better.

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Excellent Resort

We were really impressed with the quality of the food, drinks and the service. We will definitely come back to this resort. We had the swim out suite and it was wonderful. The staff were really great and we were impressed with the Spa, gym, night entertainment shows.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Dreams playa mujeres

Beautiful grounds Good food Gorgeous beach with almost no seaweed Good stuff, clean rooms. Disgusting pools :( Water in pool is never cleaned, you cannot even see the bottom. Infinity pools don’t work, the level of the water is not enough to get over the edge. Very loud at night - weddings every day.

Riu Dunamar: A wonderful Vacation

The resort was very good. Staff were polite and friendly. They helped arranging surprises for my wife's birthday. The rooms were clean, and food was amazing! They had the typical fun Rio entertainment events.Only far from the city.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Dont' Go To This Hotel

The hotel is over an hour drive from the airport. Check in at the hotel took 2 hours, and we had priority check in. We were supposed to get a butler, which we didn't get. I never saw a butler during our stay. Food at the buffet, the bacon and sausage were cold each morning. The scrambled eggs were undercooked didn't taste good. Food at the French restaurant was overcooked. Poor selection of food. I had chicken which was a very thin slice of chicken with a very thick panko crust which w [... read more]as very dry. It came with mushrooms. It didn't even come with anything else such as potato, rice or salad. When I went to stand up, I put my hand on the table to stand up and the table tipped over spilling the drinks. It was a cheap table with only 1 leg. Food at the Steak restaurant was slow to get served and then rushed. We sat down at the table, and didn't get served for a long time. Then, when someone finally came to take our order, they brought the drink and dinner at the same time. It took a long time to get served and then it felt very rushed. The Beach has no bathrooms. It's a long walk from the beach to a bathroom. The Pool had cold water. Maintenance needs to be done on the building. Safety is a concern. Some of the tile floors are made of a very slippery material. Some of the pool floors are very slippery from water spilling over the side of the pool onto the walkway. The ramp going to the beach is very narrow and if walking at night or not paying attention its easy to not see the ramp and miss the step down and twist an ankle. I saw several people with crutches on the resort. There is no hand rail on several stairs. Entertainment is not good. It was boring. Some shows were worse than others. There were very few people who came to the shows and many left during the show. We had a flood in our room. Water came from the floor above into our room. Water was all over the whole floor and beds. The water was stinky (probably sewage) and went onto our clothes, toiletries and damaged my cell phone. I had to argue with customer service to get us a new room. They put us in a room with a king size bed instead of the 2 double beds that we had. Customer service said they would pay to replace the damaged cell phone. Despite several phone calls and emails, they have not paid for the damaged cell phone. It was not a relaxing vacation. I've been to many places and this was by far the worst.

Krystal Cancun: Good hotel

The location of the hotel was very close to the market and clubs. Food was fresh but not many choices . Mediterranean food was the best. Rooms were clean and all staff were friendly the best part was ocean . The made a Brooke water and everyone could swim in it ocean .

Iberostar Selection Coral Cancun: Wouldn’t return

My husband, daughter and I went for a week and boy what a disappointment. The grounds are nice and so is the beach. Other than that not much more positive things to say about this place. Food was a disappointment.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Absolutely Beautiful Resort

This is our second visit to this resort and once again it did not disappoint. The cleanliness is on point and then some . The rooms are beautiful with everything you could need . The ala carte restaurants are very good, all of them ,and the buffet always have many many delicious options. The beach is very nice but was quite windy this time so water was very rough. My only negative would be it is quite far from any and all activities so do anything at all is a full day affair. Which wasn’t awful I’m just saying. Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Good value

Small Resort - no pool for adults. Beach was nice and great service. Some poor operations - alot of small issues that could easily be fixed to improve resort. Buffet was not the best. Very unorganized. Restaurants were good. Some areas or the resort had amazing service and some areas had poor service. Rooms were nice and cleaning staff did a great job. For the price that I paid it was a great value but I wouldn't pay any more.

Riu Latino: Great resort

This hotel was very nice very clean staff were all fantastic and very friendly and all very hard workers. Anything we needed they were very quick at responding. Food was good. We always were able to find something at the buffet to satisfy us. Bed was comfy pillows were small but that’s what I like. Pools were all clean lobby was great. Beach was a little far. I think if they had a board walk to get there it would have been better as it was difficult walking through the deep sand to get to the be [... read more]ach. There were always chairs and shade available at the pools.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Great resort for the money

Rooms are a little dated but very clean and well maintained. Staff and service was excellent! Food was very good and lots of variety. Beach was beautiful and clean, however they could use more beach loungers and umbrellas. The pool is quite small for a resort of this size as well. Great experience overall and good value.

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Great vacation experience.

The food at PH was amazing. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of pools to choose from, plus they have a lazy river. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do like batting cage, tennis courts, basketball courts, movies theater, surfing, or just relax on a beautiful beach

Atelier Playa Mujeres: Stunning Resort

The rooms are beautiful. The grounds resplendent. Biophilia at its finest. The restaurants are all first class. But the service, ah the service, you will feel like royalty. The beach sand is soft and white. There are a ton of activities. The drinks are all top shelf.
