Stolen Time Saint Lucia: Great Stay

Service was amazing. Staff went out of their way to make sure you had a perfect holiday. Room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Food was overall excellent. The grounds were beautifully kept. Plans from the adjacent airport flew over several times a day but my wife and I enjoyed watching them.

Rex St Lucian: Great vacation

For a no frills hotel, we were quite comfortable. The room and facilities were clean and were kept clean during the day. The staff (from maintenance to administration) were all respectful and welcoming. I was impressed that no one passed without saying good day. The food was varied and flavourful with an infusion of culture at every meal, yum.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Beautiful, relaxing resort!

The views are spectacular, resort staffs are hospitable, drinks and food are delicious, and the atmosphere there is great. The only downside was the wait time for food at each restaurant. We went to 4 different places to eat at the resort and each place we went to on different days was the same experience with the service. There was wait time to receive menus, to order, to receive food and drinks, and even to refill water. Most times, I had to get the water myself. Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: I wouldn't go back

The resort itself was immaculate. The room was so so. I wish there were more food options. I didn't like the fact that there are things you have to pay for on the resort that I paid an ALL INCLUSIVE price for. I went for my first wedding anniversary and got a bottle of champagne- no personal touch whatsoever! He staff need some customer service training as they weren't friendly but weren't rude either. The speakers were either broken or they didn't want to disturb people who were "relaxing". In my opinion if you wanna relax go to the beach or stay in your room! The ocean was murky, I only went once. The pool was much better.

Windjammer Landing: Wonderful resort

The resort is beautifully situated on a hill. The view from our room was breath taking, overlooking the sea and mountains. The villa was clean and spacious and the hotel staff were courteous. We dined at all the restaurants, enjoyed the food in them all. The beach was very nice and we took advantage of the watersports. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and is a resort that we not hesitate to visit again.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: St James Club Morgan Bay - our St Lucia vacation

Trip to the hotel - it took us around 90 minutes to get to the hotel; drive is rough, although you can have a glimpse of beautiful island landscapes. Take a Gravol (or 2) to be safe, I did and still felt queasy. Check-in – very fast, packages prepped for our arrival, we were greeted with cool rum punch and wet towels to freshen up. I requested the [... read more] room with ocean view, on 2nd floor, and that’s what I ‘ve got..:o) The grounds – simply beautiful. Get your camera ready, the colors of the landscape are unbelievable! The hotel properties are positioned on the hill, opening towards the sea. The hill top swimming pool overlooks the bay, fantastic location to relax and have a glass of rum. The beach – not as beautiful as other location we’ve been to, this is my only negative comment, as we love to snorkel. The water was too murky to see anything, however full of life, fishes are bumping into you..:o). Having said that – we always got our chairs, not issues there at all. Lots of shade if needed. Drinks available easily – you can just wave the red flag to get service. Restaurants – we tried all inclusive. We skipped Le Jardine, as the food generally was very good. We liked Bamboo a lot, pizza restaurant on the hill top is a must! Pier resto was fine, the setting simply fantastic! Buffets – I’m still trying to lose weight….ate too much, wanted to try their local food, fishes, rotis, and of course sweets. Lots of choices, nice flavours, good soups. Coffee shop – our favourite stop after each meal. We got hooked on dbl expresso…. Entertainment – good, bands, djs, Wednesday beach party was a blast. Trips – we took Joys Cruise one day trip (volcano/waterfalls/Soufriere/sugar beach snorkeling between Pitons/lunch at Joy’s house). Joy operates his business on the hotel beach. This trip is a must. I have fantastic pictures to prove it. (Thanks to TJ for making this trip even better..;o). Service – hit and miss. In general, super nice people, the only issue we had were bar servers in main bar. They basically pretend you are not there. Hill top swimming pool bar staff on the other hand is really nice – Elijah was very entertaining and shared lots of fun info about St Lucia with us. Overall – Loved the island, although we travelled in their rainy season, the weather was sooooo good – 2 min of rain, then brilliant sun – that’s why the island is so lush and colorful. Liked the hotel, I would recommend it.

Rex Papillon: Nice resort

Nice hotel- Grounds and rooms clean. Buffet average. Beach snack bar good. A la cartes were good. Beach nice. Island is beautiful. Not much to do on resort. Only 20 other couples. One night of entertainment. Paid less than $1000 each. Would of been disappointed if we spent more than that. Would recommend but would not visit again.

Rex Papillon: Paradise in St. Lucia

Food was amazing - different soup and main course every dinner. Chefs cook with spice and flavour. Room was great, clean and spacious. Beautiful beach right there and snorkelling was amazing right off the beach. Make sure you have a massage with Spencer - he is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location - short stroll into Rodney Bay. Take local bus into Castries or rent a car nearby to explore the beautiful island.

The St James Club was fantastic value for the money. Me and my wife are not the all-inclusive drop and flop sit on a beach vacation type, but we needed some R and R. St James was fantastic for that. typically all inclusives don't have the best food, but St James was surprisingly good. the lunch buffet was different countries of the world every day, and rather tasty. My wife (it was actually ou [... read more]r honeymoon), wasn't feeling well one night, and the manager of the Bambou was good enough to package up the full meal from their restaurant, put it on a golf cart, and bring it back to the room for her. Also rare for an all inclusive resort - waterskiing, boat rides, were included as well. Typically that is stuff a resort charges extra for. All said and done, it was a great vacation.

Rex Papillon: Awesome Trip

Went on a very last minute vacation to the Papillon. Its a small resort with 110 rooms. I was told by the travel agent that it was small and not to expect a large marble, shiney, glitzy entrance and he was right. It was small but, lovely and clean and the staff were amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The resort was only maybe a third full so there was no problem with pool towels, chairs around the pool or on the beach. The beach was lovely and very clean. The rooms have been renovat [... read more]ed and are spacious and very clean. The bathroom was only small but worked for us. We had a room with a shower and no bath. The sheets and towels were changed everyday. The buffet resturant was very nice and the food was very good. The Italian resturant was not my favorite but it was o.k. They really need some decorations in the resturant as it was very stark and had no atmosphere. The Asian resturant next door at the sister resort was very good and we ate there twice. All in all we had a great time, met lots of lovely people and would go back in a heart beat. The only complaint I might have is the long and winding roads to get to the resort from the airport. Thank you Trip Central for sending us on a great trip.

Rooms - excellent and very clean - food is good-nice choices on the menu - Bar Service is fine - could use a bit more staff - Front desk staff is excellent - over all this property is excellent. Definitely I would go back.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: most memorable holiday

Rex St Lucian: Great Location

This hotel has a great location right on Redditt Beach, however the hotel needs some TLC , it looks tired, the room was OK, room 406, ,the AC worked well, however the bed was hard with an old mattress with coils that protruded through in some spots , the bathroom fixtures had been updated , but new tiles and grout did not match the old . The fan in the bathroom did not have a screen on it so the mosquito's and No see ums had easy access . The buffet restaurant was quite small , but that wasn't really an issue as the hotel was very quiet. The food was typically Caribbean which for us was not a problem, we only saw French fries once during our week which was great !!!. The choices of dishes at times left one wondering what to have to eat, however the salads were wonderful. We were able to get a last minute deal, we wouldn't pay full brochure prices for this hotel.

Rex Papillon: Amazing stay!

Very cute very well kept little resort for a great relaxing time. Food could've catered a bit more for vegetarian eating. The staff was amazing and incredibly friendly. The ocean and the beautiful he's we're incredible and very very enjoyable. Deff recommend great price for a great place in the caribbean.

We booked this hotel last minute and loved it! The staff, the location in Rodney Bay were excellent. Would go back and would also recommend this spot to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday that is also close to nightlife, shops and restaurants. The beach is lovely, can walk for quite a distance down the beach. The water is super clean and no sea weed or rocks. Can't say enough about the staff. Lesley at the swim up bar was a lovely personable young lady who took care of everyone with a smile.  [... read more]It was nice to see the management everyday interacting with the guests, makes for a well run hotel!

Going to keep this short- The staff here was very accommodating, very friendly, and truly were genuine in wanting to help and make your stay enjoyable. The food was incredible! The all you can eat buffet was top notch, every meal we had was very enjoyable. The best meal was the Wednesday night Beach Party! Unbelievable quality in food, service, and entertainment that night. Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Great Resort

The resort is older, but very well maintained. The staff were great and always working hard to make sure you were happy. We stayed in an oceanview room which was very clean, bright and spacious with an amazing view. Food at the buffet was not all that great, so take advantage of your unlimited a la carte dining options as they serve good food. The beach and pool were nice with plenty of lounge chairs and shade for everyone. The water at the beach was quite murky so don't expect crystal clear blu [... read more]e water. The resort offers a lot of water sport activities that everyone is able to sign up for every morning for free. This is a quiet resort so it is great for a relaxing vacation. Overall, this is a solid resort that pleased us from the beginning to the end of our vacation.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: wonderful holiday!

We were very pleased with the entire resort. It was our first time to this island and we will certainly be coming back. The service was great, everything very clean, and the food great, particularly the pastries! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the cafe in the afternoon and listening to the live music each evening under the stars. Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Awesome All Inclusive

Resort: Rooms are not ultra modern but fresh and tropical looking. Extremely clean. Food: All restaurants had great food! The buffet is a bit smaller than some AI but could always find something to eat. Activities: Excellent water sports - staff very helpful. Have never been to a AI resort with some many water activities included.
