Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Restful Week

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Will return again. Night show at the Disco needs more space and chairs. Other than that everything was beautiful. Loved the beach. The food was really good. Nice renovated rooms

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Memories Flamenco Cayo Coco

Would not recommend this hotel. The food was the same every day and also was very cold. The staff were excellent though. The beach was very nice and the al a carte were also okay. Giovanni the man at the front desk was awesome and so was Lucy the Assistant Manager.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: 5 star beach and a relaxing atomospher

The staff was excellent and the food for the month of April was overall good and the Cuban and Mexican meal was excellent ..the fruit was off season so missed out on mangos. The grounds was easy to get around for walking distance of 5mins. We disliked our outdated room and had it changed to a newly renovated room. This is a 17year old resort and they need to spend money to update the washrooms the internet room. Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Had a great time

Great facilities, beach, pool, lots to do. People were friendly. Sunwing messed up the paperwork, but that's not the hotel's fault. Most of us did pick up a stomach bug from somewhere, but it soon passed.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Not as good as last year

The hotel and location was awesome. The hotel staff was great. The food was no where near as good as last year. And I ended up with over 70 sand flee bight on my body. My wife only had a few but this is the second year and the second and our last trip to Cuba.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing reaort

This resort exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reaort size was perfect not to big but not to small. The staff are incredible! There truly is no reason to leave the reaort everything you need is all there. The beache is spectacular. The food was better than my previous trips. The only thing I can even speak negitivly on is that I wish they would change the sheets in our room. If you want to purely sit back and relax this is the place to go. If your looking for adventure you may want to consider another area in Cuba. We enjoyed total R&R.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Good Value

We enjoyed the resort, though very large, it was well spread out. Staff were great. Very good entertainment in the lobby at night. Only half the buffet was open, which was ridicules for the amount of guests. It made for a very bad dining experience. The Ala cart restaurants were very average, and a little disappointing too. We don't go to Cuba for the food, and we didn't come home hungry.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Perfection.

5* no doubt! An amazing place! Great service, grounds and staff. Food was very good, both variety and quality. Beach is very long, stay to your right, paradise awaits you! I strongly recommend this resort to anyone, we will be returning very soon!

Melia Jardines del Rey: Beautiful pool

Overall this is a beautiful resort ,friendly staff beautiful pools and great drinks. Buffet was very disappointing to say the least. A la Carte restaurants were good all around. Rooms very comfy and kept super clean. Evening entertainment was impressive for Cuba .

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Fantastic resort and staff!

The resort was well maintained and clean. Our room was very nice and always clean. The food was good and the drinks were plenty. The staff, was by far the best and will bring me back next year. Thank you for a great vacation!

Muthu Colonial Hotel: Beautiful

Stayed in building 14 and the location was perfect. Close walk to everything. Room was spacious and comfortable. Had an issue with a flashing light in the bathroom. Was fixed the day after I mentioned it, but started flashing again. Pools and beach were amazing. Always lots of chairs. Friendly staff. Food was fine. Loved that at breakfast the carafe of coffee was left at the table. Never had to wait for a refill. I would recommend the resort but NOT Cubana air. Our flight was cancelled last minu [... read more]te without much explanation and the whole ordeal was handled terribly by the airport staff. Lost a whole day of relaxing in the sun. If Hola Sun and Cubana air don't have representatives working on Sundays, then they shouldn't fly on that day. I left my house at 1am Sunday morning and didn't get checked in to my room at the resort until 5am Monday morning. Not a good start to my hard earned vacation!. Hotel Mojito: Amazing staff, good beach, fun experience

The best feature of this resort is amazing staff. Bar staff are great, always greet you with a smile. Sandros, Aireio, Axle, Freddy are great. The other vacationers at this resort are very friendly and fun. Beach and water are very good. Resort is in good sharp, rooms are ok, should be updated. Pool area is good. Breakfast buffet is ok, Omlete station is good, lack of meat and often potatoes. Lunch and dinner buffets also just ok. Pasta station is good, grill station is ok. Always the same thing [... read more]s, should have theme nights with different items. The a la cartes are ok, not good. Entertainment is ok. Overall the resort is very good for the price. The great people make this resort. Many returning vacationers. However, do not travel with Cubana Airlines. Our flight from Toronto, scheduled for 6:40 am, departed at 12:15 am. Delayed by 20 hours with no reason given and no communication.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Awesome resort

This resort was more then we expected. Great ambiance, courteous friendly staff. Very very very clean resort. The entertsinment was fantastic. The food could have been a bit better but overall the place was amazing.

Hotel Playa Paraiso: ok, resort

Grounds were well kept. Food was just ok. found it to be very repetitive after the first 2 days. No entertainment for kids, very little night life. not a lot to do on this resort. ok if you are going to relax and do nothing. staff was very friendly. Rooms were nothing to boost about. Overall would not return to this resort.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Nice resort, great to explore.

Enjoyed, weather was nice, beach was sandy-water shoes a must for swimming. Pools nice. Cobble stone walkways nice-but could pose a tripping hazard. Fairly clean. Food OK-not enough staff at buffet to keep up with demand. I felt bad for the staff. a'la cartes good. disappointed disco not free every night as is so most resorts. Changing their currency to accommodate upcoming US visitors-but its mostly Canadians that have visited Cuba for years, its a shame we are not given the same curtseys. Had fun all in all.

Melia Cayo Coco: Loved resort, but took home a gastrointestinal bug

Excellent and friendly service, clean rooms, very good food at the Melia. The lagoon upgrade worth the extra cost. Need to reserve shade on beach by 7am. Beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles. Some snorkelling by the cliff. Pool is not very large, mostly shallow, and chairs of short supply especially on red flag beach days. Excellent entertainment and drinks offered in lobby but watch out for biting insects- they can cause an uncomfortable inflammatory reaction. Several of our group deve [... read more]loped a gastrointestinal illness the day we returned home. Not sure if it was food related or some type of virus. Sunwing changed our flight and we lost the last day of our vacation-probably would have been sick anyway.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: 5 out of 10

The motel was very clean the stafe was nice the beach was not that bad rocky the food wasn't the best I no in cuba the food is not the best but this is not my first time in cuba and the food in this motel is not good and if you send people in this resort they wont go back to cuba and it my first time in any resort we went to there only one type of beer and had to buy the type like crystal or president so I wouldn't go back.

Starfish Cayo Guillermo: My Favorite Cuba Resort

Food was very good. We have traveled many times to Cuba selecting Four Star accommodation or more.Due to price restrictions on our part & reviews we chose this resort this year.. rooms were comfortable & very clean..We loved the fact that we did not have to reserve chairs in the morning. we could always find chairs on the beach at any time in the sun or under Palm trees for shade. Never a line up at the bars or buffet.. Great resort for those with mobility issues as everything is on one level ,no hills or long walks. The beach however goes on & on so we could get our long walks in when we wanted to. The staff were amazing & were willing to do anything to make us feel at home.We met many people who are repeat guests Ten times or more & we will become one of them.Kite sailing was amazing entertainment while lounging on the beach.Many guests enjoyed fishing with great results ten minutes walk down the beach.

Hotel Mojito: Good value, service top quality,

You pay less but still get a great vacation. 5 star beach, top service not a new resort but still great. We are not familiar with all the bar drinks so it would have been nice to see a list of the tropical varieties. We traveled as a couple and met many happy vacationers.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Awesome

Loved it so beautiful and a wonderful pool and people. There is lots of night life and things to do . Lived just relaxing by the pool and having a drink or two. The excursions were awesome as well and a lot of fun
