Grand Decameron Montego Beach: got what I paid for

The staff were great everything else was just ok. The room was old n plain. The bathroom needs work tub and tiles had stains. On thursday when I went to shower the water stopped running was told this happens each week. The light went out numerous times. Food was not impressive for Jamaica. The beach was good. Entertainment was ok. Location was great close to activities/clubs/restaurants and walking distance to the centre of the town. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing resort!!!

The resort was fantastic, people were very friendly , amazing pools and beaches, shows were very nice. The whole place was beautiful and i would go back again . It was a huge place the biggest resort in montego bay

Riu Montego Bay: Very enjoyable time,great hotel with ex service

All activities available and close ,beach,pool,dinning.service was great and 99 / were very friendly. The hotel was spacious with lots of meeting places.the staff was great at helping to solve concerns,

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Old resort reopened!

This Resort was terrible, it would not suite many vacationers who are used to a real resort. This is an old resort which was closed for 13 years and re-opened about a year ago or so. It appears money is not being spent on the resort, lacking beach and pool towels, cushions for beach chairs, toilets constantly running, patio doors have broken locks, lack of fruit for drinks, no bandaids etc. The management was awful, dishonest and ignorant. You may be searching for your own cutlery to eat with at this resort. I would not recommend this resort, it is not worth the savings. The positives: The yard was kept clean. Some staff were exceptional, the pool attendant was excellent for service considering he was working with a shortage at the pool. The manager for the food was above exceptional dealing with guests. Wayne the server was excellent. He is a server in which other servers should inspire to imitate. The rooms were slightly below average, BUT the toilets constantly run!!!!!!!!!!

Riu Montego Bay: Beautiful,clean and friendly

The Riu Montego Bay has the cleanest rooms, washrooms and rooms that we have ever stayed at. All the staff were amazing, always smiling even though they work such long hours.we made many friends that we will hopefully see next year when wr go back We went on the catamaran excursion to Margaritaville and had the best time. Definitely the best $50 ever spent! The weather was beautiful with a little rain two evenings for about 10 minutes. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Awesome Resort!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton has really impressed me. The service, people and price well surpassed my expectations. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone I know. Amazing resort and people!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Overall, quite impressive resort!

The food in general was very appealing and quite good. We had a very charming room with a fabulous view of the ocean. The room was clean and maid service adequate. We met some very interesting people and the staff were pleasant.

Sunset at the Palms: Wonderful resort

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sunset at the Palms. The staff was amazing, Mr. B, Craig, Shemoy and Kenroy were fantastic. The food was great. The only thing I did not like was the spraying of the grounds at 4:00 p.m. The smell was strong, but if they had not sprayed I wonder how many more sand fly bites I would have. I found the sand flies very anoying and I am still itchy 2 days after coming home. The beach was really good.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Very nice resort

The resort staff were friendly. The pools were really nice. The DJ at my friend's wedding was awesome. All the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The only complaint I have is the beach is not great.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Iberostar Rose Hall suites

Great fun resort. Good food. Most rooms have some type of ocean view so don't pay extra for the ocean view. Take the Chukka horse back riding experience. Excellent fun. Tip the staff and cleaners and ground keepers well as they make only $50.00 us A WEEK

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Very Good

Have to go with Don Pablo club for premium booze.. adults only was great, not crazy busy, always lots of room, large resort, beach is not good.. wedding venue was great, have construction around hotel

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: amazing stay

Everything was great. People and resort were good. I would recommend to anyone. Was great with kids. Kids club was entertaining. Was disappointed in the selection and presentation of the drinks. Not much to chose from.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great resort!

Great staff, beautiful location, good snorkeling right off the resort, entertainment staff was good and not too invasive (which was really nice), spa massage in the hut over the water was truly amazing. Loved that they had clamato juice to make caesars...if only they had mint to make mohitos. Would definitely go back.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Not suitable unless you have kids.

Amazing beach. Rooms average and dated. Sliding glass door in room 1138 needed both hands and a ton of force to open it 12 inches. Swim up bar is in the kiddies pool which makes no sense. Had 2 rooms. First room kids above us awoke us each morning at 6am running around. Changed rooms. That room had an infant next door and had us up at 5am crying each morning. Gave up after that.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Best All-Inclusive in the Caribbean

Unbelievable food, easily surpasses anything I've had at 5+ star resorts in Mexico. The beach is incredible and the rooms all have beautiful views.The staff is also very friendly and its great that everyone speaks English. If you love to lay around at the beach, swim in the ocean, enjoy the pool, and eat a ton of great food (especially jerk chicken) then this is the resort for you! I will definitely return!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: not good enough for money spent

Hotel in general was beautiful minus the leaking ceilings. Entertainment was awesome food was just average. Drink selection was ok. Very poor customer service. You would have to ask 3-4 time to get what you wanted. Alot of lazy servers. I wouldn't go back for the price I paid. I would not consider 5 star maybe 4.

Fun Holiday Beach Resort: Average resort.

This resort was definitely not a 5 Star resort but if you keep that in mind this place is wonderful! The food is average, rooms clean, friendly staff and the best part is the beach :) The only annoying thing is when staying on most resorts on Negril beach is the beach vendors... They hassle you soooo much to the point it kind of makes you angry on your own vacation. So beware when walking up and down the beach

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Made our wedding day shine!

As the sun rose on the morning of Jan 22nd on the beautiful beach, I watched in anticipation as this was going to be the best day ever! Wedding was so amazing and we all had fun! Can't wait to go back! The staff was there for us every step! Our meal, wedding cake, preparation and reception was perfect! Only sad part was when it was all over and had to leave.

Riu Ocho Rios: Always a winner!

A beautiful (albeit a little dated), resort with clean beaches and turquoise water. The staff at this resort work hard to get to know each and every guest and make them feel welcome. Rooms were moderately clean, but improvements could be made. Kids Club is lacking one important thing - other kids. My 3 year old and 1 year old wanted to play there daily but there were never any other kids there. Front desk could do a better job of letting their guests know that the kids club exists. Great selecti [... read more]on of food at the buffet. Jerk chicken/rice and peas on the beach is a winner! Disappointed that the Junior Suites area has now been made adults only. The pool there is quite exceptional and was always a lot quieter. Disappointed that wifi in main lobby is only free for 90 concurrent minutes a day now. Third visit to this resort and celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary (we were married there in 2010), and my 34th birthday and the front desk/management did not do anything to recognize this. My husband informed them at check-in and at another point and despite their promise to recognize nothing was done.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very Nice hotel, but rooms need some work..

The hotel was great, as were the people who work there. Everyone was friendly and easy going. The food was good, and the buffet had a great options! The bartender halfway down the beach is worth the walk everytime! Only issue is we all agreed that the hotel often band aided problems and didn't fix them. Our toilet was broken for 4/7 nights there, another friends air conditioner leaked everywhere (a giant puddle), the bathroom tubs were a bit dirty.... But Overall, good experience
