Riu Palace Paradise Island: Clean, Relaxing, great food

Great hotel, the staff are great. Extremely clean hotel, cleaning staff always cleaning. Rooms are big & clean. They do need more bartenders it took fair ever to get a drink. Beach is nice, cool, wavy, and tons of fish swimming by you. Don't rent the umbrellas on the beach, they do not belong to the hotel it's by locals and the charge $25 USD for one umbrella and 2 chairs just sit by the pool and walk down. Atlantis right beside you through the hotel to gamble and see the marina.

Riu Palace Aruba: Amazing honeymoon!!

The service was amazing! The food delicious! The resort and beach were super clean. Lovely spa:) nothing to complain about, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to anyone. Great vacation

Riu Emerald Bay: Wonderful resort-would definitely visit again!

The room was very clean!! The staff friendly and accommodating. A well maintained pool area. Great variety of food every day. There was a variety of entertainment the week we were there which was nice at night. Overall we were quite pleased with the Rio and would go back for sure. You can't beat the price we got it for.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Amazing resort.

The hotel was always spotless including the bathrooms. The food was amazing and there was always plenty to eat. The entertainment staff was great, very friendly and always smiling. The service was great at this hotel. A very pleasant experience. This was my first time staying at a Riu and it was simply beautiful. The only downfall is the beach, you couldn't really go for walks on it but the pools made up for it.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Great Time

Food was excellent, our room was good. The resort was clean and the beach excellent. Right next to Atlantis which was good. Were able to go the Aquarium easily. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Riu Palace Pacifico: 4th time here should say it all !!

Like the "smaller feel" to this particular RIU We have been to this property 4 times now and have enjoyed each visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is better than average and the Mexican and Japanese fine dining restaurants were our favorite.

Riu Flamingos: Great facility, ocean not so.

Very good, organized, clean, professional staff, great food... , Ocean had waves all the time with a lot of seaweed, unfortunately. Beach should have more shaded areas, $10/day for umbrella is extra expense people don't need.

Riu Palace Punta Cana: good resort but could easily be amazing!

Im writing on behalf of my parents and basing this review on everything they told me. The biggest concern was the elevator was broken, so if you stayed on the last floor...good luck. Everything else was what you paid for, it is what you make it. Also it seemed like a big party place.

Riu Palace Macao: Fantastic stay at the Riu Palace Macao

My husband and I recently stayed at the Riu Palace Macao and had a wonderful vacation. The people were all very friendly and there to meet all your needs. Food selection was plenty, well presented and very tasty! Beach is wonderful and the property was well maintained. Our room was clean and refreshments restocked daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

Riu Merengue: Great place for a vacation

Lovely grounds, nice room, good meals, relaxing place to vacation. Especially enjoyed the beach. Didn't use the entertainment feature, but did do the safari which was educational. Weather was great during our stay.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Very impressed with Riu Bachata

This was a last minute holilday with the girls, and we paid around $1000 expecting mediocre accomodations but it turned out to be one of the nicest places I'd been to. The food was good, beach was beautiful, and hotel rooms clean and large. The atmosphere was fun, friendly yet relaxing at the same time. Will definitely go back.

Grand Memories Varadero: a very bad resort

It is a 3 star but they sell it for 5 star , they dont clean the rooms evryday and when you ask for it they say we send some one and they do not com , they serve drinks in the msin loby in plastic cups and when you complain they tell you thst they don't have clean glases !!!! A totel disappointment and after 2 days we had to move to another hotel .

Riu Palace Aruba: Amazing!!

Hotel was clean, food excellent, check in was organized, in the evenings walking to town was safe and easy, lots to do. After reading some reviews we were questioning our choice on this hotel, but we (there were 4 adults in our group) all said we would recommend this hotel. We have all travelled to many islands, cruises and Europe. One day the beach was very windy, otherwise we sat everyday on the beach.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay at the Riu, location was great as it is right beside Atlantis so walking distance for evening walks. No shortage of food with all of variety, everything was very tasty. Rooms and Lobby were very clean. Bed was very comfortable

Riu Guanacaste: Yes it is a wonderful resort, I would stay there a

Example: What did you think about  this hotel? (grounds, public areas, rooms, dining, features, etc.) Grounds were very well kept, people were very helpful and friendly,everything was clean and upto par. Dining areas were neat and very nice.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Nice place, needs face lift

Overall good experience, good service and staff is welcoming. Rooms need a face lift, water was not coming up often (we where staying on the last floor) it was a problematic to take a shower or flush a toilet at pick time. Elevator to the last floor you have to wait and wait....Does are the only minuses. Food was delicious, great choices, restaurants where open long hours. Riu Palace Aruba: very nice resort

This was our 2nd visit to Aruba and at the Riu Palace. As usual, Aruba is a beautiful place to visit. The Riu hotel is also great, however it is starting to show signs that it is a little dated. Hotel wait staff are great and always friendly. Stay away from the hotel manager as he was not very helpful to us as we had an incident at the hotel with our daughter during our stay. Aside from that, Aruba is a wonderful island to visit and we cant wait to go back. However, because of our experience, I dont think we will return to the Riu Aruba.

Riu Palace Peninsula: "Disappointing "

The food was not good and the service not the greatest. We expected more from this place since it's a new built resort and under "Riu Palace" category. Pool service was horrible. The beach wasn't good to swim .

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Good resort

The first night of my visit I woke up to dirty tap water running from the taps, apparently the hotel was conducting work on the pipes, after I reported it they sent up a maintenance guy who couldn't get the water to run clear so they exchanged my room. The hotel grounds was rather small but the beach and food was good. The room was modern and the staff friendly. I had an overall good experience there.

Riu Flamingos: July 9-16

Amazing hotel-- always clean rooms -- great food-- and you have to go to the Marieta Islands if you're in Puerto Vallarta. It is worth the $. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Bring a waterproof camera or phone for memorable pics!!!
