Playa Luxury Cayo Las Brujas: Wonderful resort

We loved this resort the beaches were great and the rooms were clean and spacious, the food was very good and my favorite thing was the great staff. We had 4 a la carte reservations and the food was really good, the buffet was pretty good too. The resort is small and was not full so it was quiet which was ok for us we needed to relax and unwind. The drinks were good the only thing they didn’t have was tonic water for gin and tonics. The coffee at the lobby bar was so good.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Santa Maria: Love the vibe!!!!!

We had an amazing week at Santuary. The staff were all wonderful and we met so many wonderful people. We would love to mention Pablo from the pool bar, Lily from the lobby bar, Danyel from Nativa bar and our butler Javier from block 59.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Good resort!

We visited this resort beginning of February second time there we love it! The beach the pool the services wonderful. People working hard in the resort to accommodate the guests We will go definitively again! I recommend the place!

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Disappointment.

Regarding the hotel, our impressions are unfortunately not the best. In our case, we got a room with the door to the garden closed permanently, without the possibility of opening it, but where the two doors meet, we had a gap allowing insects to enter the room. We sealed it with duct tape. The air conditioning worked because you could hear it, but the humidity in the room was higher than outside. Everything in the room including the sheets was damp. We couldn't change the room because the hotel [... read more] was full. It wasn't pleasant to go back to it or sleep in it. In our opinion, this room shouldn't be allowed to use by hotel guests. The Beach is situated beautifully. Of particular interest is the shallow sea near the beach. That's the only big plus. Beach-land (sand) nothing special, not very wide, or clean, people sitting very densely, close to each other (big minus). The food is normal, just like in Cuba. Breakfast was good, the rest is ok, and no one goes hungry.

BeLive Los Cactus on Varadero exceeded our expectations. Lovely beach, pleasant room, lovely staff, Attractive grounds. Plenty to occupy us. All service from Sunwing check in in Toronto to flight home went smoothly.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Super amazing resort

quite elegant and prestine resort. Gorgeous infnity pool overlooking the sea with in pool side bar. nice rooms with modern walk-in shower - ocean view For the next time i would choose building no 9-more ocean front. Iberostar Origin Tainos: This is not a 4 stars Hotel!

We stayed at the Iberostar Tainos for a week in February 2023. The site and the resort are very nice: nice pool, well maintained garden and nice facilities. The beach was very nice. The service is courteous. The room was the equivalent of a 2⭐️. It needs some serious renovation. The bathtub and the sink focetts were rusted. The water pressure was pretty bad, especially late afternoon when guests are back from the beach. The furniture was old and outdated. The beds were comfortable though. Hotel Tuxpan: TUXPAN 2023

They were trying their best. There were shortages of some food - potatoes, butter, jam, cheese. Overall food was tasty and shortages could be replaced by other products. The staff was mostly very helpful. The best is location and beautiful beach. The hotel is old so rooms are stinky and tired but kept clean.

Playa Vista Azul: Amazing resort!

Beautiful people and resort. Grounds are well kept and so is your room! Pools and beaches are stunning 💕 Always feel so safe in Cuba 🇨🇺 Not so fond of the currency of USD being pushed though! Would highly recommend🥰

Hotel Tuxpan: Very nice resort!

Hotel Tuxpan is very good resort, beautiful location, friendly service, nice entrainment. great cuba coffee plus +vine, make Tuxpan unique taste. one thing is need to improve is the water(cold and hot) and coffee service should use automatically machines instead people serve, it will be more convenient for customers.

Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar: Love this place!

This hotel is in such a beautiful area, water is so clear you can see all the fish, Baracuda, stingrays, needlenose fish, etc. Playa Pilar is a must do. The staff try so hard to please us with everything, yet people still complain. Shortages of food and supplies are real, but maybe if people didn't waste so much food, they wouldn't be running out! People also leaving their dishes and glasses all over the place, clean it up! Staff have enough to do. Gran Muthu Imperial: Quiet Vaca

Hotel amenities were fair. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Husbands bathing suit went missing. If I went again I would request a room on 2nd to 4th level. Food was so so. Beach was so so. Lots of bars but they all carried different drinks. Communicating with staff was difficult. Snack bar had horrible food.

Grand Aston Cayo Paredon Beach Resort: Great New Resort!

It’s a great new resort that’s is moving forward and growing. The grounds are very nicely designed and well groomed. The pools are well laid out and very functional and clean. Although the beach area is well groomed, it shows the effects of recent weather extremes. The dining areas were adequately sized and well staffed. Although quality of the food was good, variety was definitely lacking. Being a new resort the rooms were modern, well appointed and clean. Melia Peninsula Varadero: Amazing

Just came back from a 5 day vacation at Melia. Had a great time and kids had a blast. It is a clean resort with the majority of the facilities working except for some of the hand dryers were not working in some of the common area toilets. Some of the toilets run out of tissue. Room was clean but dated, air-conditioning was cold. The food was the same everyday, but you will never go hungry. Pleasant staff. Overall, it is an amazing resort for what Cuba has to offer. Hotel Vedado: Friendly staff

The hotel public place and room were very clean. The hotel name should be Saint John’s not Hotel Vedado. The breakfast had natural fruit juices. Eggs, omelettes and assorted vegetables and fruits. One day we just got a plate of cheese and bread.

Valentin Perla Blanca: February Getaway

For the price we paid for 10 days ($1139), expectations were actually exceeded. The weather & beach were fantastic so that was another bonus. Pools are great but the cleaning of them & frequency could be improved. Only half the resort was open but plenty of selection when it comes to food. We always found something good to eat although the selections were the same pretty much each day and items cold on buffet. We had some standing water issues in our building just down from our room and thousand [... read more]s of insects covered the entire floor for the entire 10 day stay. We notified the front desk but only two days the water was mopped up. There were a couple of unused rooms leaking water out so the water just returns to the hallway each day and then thousands of bugs sit in the water, it was disgusting! Pros: beach, pools, selection of food, huge buffet, nice friendly workers, Cons: bugs, wifi, food-basic, no vodka the entire week, no beer a few days, lots of smokers everywhere, dirty pools, rooms basic,

Melia Internacional: Disappointing

Beautiful property, many things didn’t work in our room, horrible food, no communication, no vodka or tequila or gin or white wine. Sunwing because of ANOTHER “mechanical” breakdown cost us 1 day of our vacation (flight delayed by a day) and again, NO communication from Sunwing either. Last time we book with any of these entities.

Club Kawama: Beautiful Varadero

The grounds, dining areas, gym pool areas were fine and I enjoyed the beach and friendly and helpful workers. In the downside there was no toilet paper one day, and the decision to cut trees very early in the morning requires examination from management. I hope to be back again one day

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: Disappointed

Hotel is spacious, public areas clean, staff courteous and helpful. Bedroom is a good size, cleaning staff is mediocre. Dining room is large, but is infested with house flies that are on food, place settings, very few of the staff provide good service, all that is required of them is setting table serving liquids but it is hot and miss. Same menu for my 2 wk stay, overcooked ad mushy. Beach is nice, a lot of chairs are broken, will not return again.
