Sheraton Vistana Village: Lovely Resort!

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Vistana Village! We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and laundry. The screened in balcony was great for getting some fresh air (without getting bugs!). The children's play areas were great for our kids and the heated pools meant that we could get some pool time in February!

Bahama Bay Resort: Great Facility to Unwind

Very pleased with Bahama Bay Resort, the condo unit we stayed in was 2 bdrm and was exceptional. A little short on kitchen products. The grounds were well manicured, amenities such as pools, hot tubs, splash pad and lobbies were plenty and very clean.Would definately return.

The Betsy South Beach: Wonderful Stay!

We were only able to stay one night at this lovely resort!! A whirlwind trip to Miami, and so happy that we chose The Betsy! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is bustling and fun, and the hotel, definately iconic! Lots of fun history! And steps away from that beautiful beach was a plus! Immaculate in every way, our room was very quiet, bed wonderful, everything decadent, and yet still so cozy! Loved the unique bathroom supplies, robes, slippers ........ beautiful! Disney's Coronado Springs Resort: Great place to stay!

Beautiful place....reminded me of being in Mexico. Service was great too. Kids had a wonderful time. There was ALOT of walking to get from place to place. But couldn't be happier all in all. I would recommend this place to friends.

Holiday Inn Harbourside: Stayed 5 of 7 Days

We booked this hotel through Sunwing based on the lovely photos on the website and the fact we have always found our Holiday Inn stays to be enjoyable. This property is not up to the standards of the other Holiday Inns we have stayed with and it seems that with the huge new hotel going up next door the days of this sad relic are numbered. Upon arriving, we thought the staff member behind the reception desk was a maintenance worker when we checked in – this may be a beach theme hotel, but han [... read more]ding our personal details to a person in a worn hoody with no identification badge was not a positive way to begin our stay. Our room had a moldy/old smell mixed with a strong deodorizer. The rug was stained and frayed and the bathroom cabinetry had molding falling off. Overall it was tired, worn and long past due for refurbishing. On a positive note the housekeeping staff did a nice job with cleaning and the beds were decent. The location of our room was probably the worst in the hotel – facing inward toward the mini golf course and above the restaurant/bar where cover bands blasted Jimmy Buffet, Neil Diamond and Tom Petty renditions until 11 pm. This was followed by various levels of noise (and fighting) by the bar patrons. We were denied another room the first night and were never notified when a quieter room was available. Considering that there is a massive hotel/waterpark construction project next door, perhaps there was not a quiet room in the place. If you are unlucky enough to stay in an inward facing room be aware that it will always be dim under the roof structure (no sunlight at all) and you will be keeping your privacy blinds shut as people will be passing within inches of your only window. We had no seating in our tiny porch area and could not find a nice sunny place on the property to sit and have morning coffee. Not at all what a Florida hotel should be like. We stayed for 5 of the 7 nights before opting to pay for another hotel where we could enjoy the last couple of days in a bright, quiet, well-appointed room.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House: GREAT! superior in all aspects.

This resort is beautiful! Lush gardens, amazing pool area, exotic animals all around, night vision was sooo cool. Restaurants were very good. Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay there again!

Disney All Star Movie: Great family experience!

Our family had a fun packed week at Disneyworld! Love the magic bands, transportation and more to see than we could fit into a week! Loved the themes at the resort, great customer service, clean rooms, good food.

Clarion Suites Maingate: great vacation

staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and well maintained, the pool and area was clean and well cared for, location was great lots of restaurants and stores near by would stay there again

Champions World Resort: Great place

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had A standard room which was enough only problem was the electrical plug outlets need to be changed. Location of the resort is most excellent as you can get in anywhere's fast.

Caribe Cove Resort: Amazing resort!

Staff are super friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and in great repair. Pool and hot tub are impeccable! Location couldn't be better, close to everything!! Our fifth stay and definitely not our last!

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort: Great, fun resort

The staff were wonderful. The kids had a blast. There were nearly as many activities there as at the parks. Highly recommend it! Clean, attractive, comfortable. Good food. Loved that it was villas rather than a massive multi-storey box of hotel rooms. Great atmosphere.

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort: WOW!!!!!!!!

amazing resort!! should be rated as a deluxe resort not a moderate resort. Great and friendly service from staff, loved the main pool area and also has a quiet pool area if you just want to relax. highly recommend. Moderate price at a deluxe location

Best Western Palm Beach Lakes: Great location!

Huge outlet mall across the hotel and you have also have target and restaurants within walking distance. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in your room, this is not the hotel for you. For sleeping, shower and go about town perfect. Staff very polite and place was very clean, I think they should get rid of the carpet.

Celebration Suites At Old Town: Erica Cruz is the Best!!!

Erica can help you sort out your tickets to Disney at Celebration. She knows her stuff and takes her time to make sure it is the best possible arrangement. It's rare these days to get such good customer service is why it is the most memorable thing about our stay at Old Town.Give her a promotion! PS> avoid Disney at the holidays if you don't like crowds and parks closing at 11am due to capacity fill.

Sirata Beach Resort: Know pkg includes and make sure you get it

The good and the bad: 1) we booked a courtyard and got a bay view facing right on to the main road. Not impressed 2) the one bed suites came with cabana included ($25 per day charge) which the front desk seemed to know nothing about. They finally provided it. (Don't know if above 2 items are vacation supplier or hotel issues) 3) the fitness centre is in fairly poor repair and the machines could use some serious maintenance at best, likely replacement 4) housekeeping did not replenish the water i [... read more]n the room the entire week so we went out and bought our own 5) internet was HORRIBLE. The wifi signal could only be accessed in limited spots in the room which tells me that their wifi router is not sufficient for the size and height of the building. I've had much better service in St Petersburg ................ Russia! On the positive side: 1) rooms were a nice size and reasonably well appointed although inconsistent. We only had a microwave while some we understand also had 2 element stoves 2) the compass grille has fairly good food a a reasonable price. The filet mignon I had was outstanding 3) the beach is very good as is the beachside service and cabanas 4) staff is friendly and helpful

Disney Art of Animation Resort: Awesome family resort!

We loved the food, and the rooms and grounds were immaculate! The pools were heated nicely. The front desk was helpful, everyone that worked at the resort were very friendly. The transportation was well marked and easy to use.

Doubletree Beach Resort by Hilton Hotel: Truly Wonderful!

My 8 year old son and I spent a week at the Doubletree Redington Beach and we had a fantastic time. Service was exceptional and everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, and the food was awesome. We will definitely go back, during our next trip to Florida!

Embassy Suites Hotel Kissimmee: Very enjoyable stay

We just returned from a week's stay at this hotel. Must say it was very enjoyable. Suites were clean, staff always polite and courteous an eager to help in any way possible. Buffet breakfast had a great selection. We would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Kissimmee area.

Disney All Star Movie: good resort.

Hair blower was not so good. no microwave in room. everything else were good. good cleaning service. friendly employees. Nice pool for children. Nice place for family with children. Good internet service.

Doubletree by Hilton Hollywood Beach: Highly recommended!

Hotel was lovely. Great location to the beach! Room was great! Beautiful pool - water great temperature - very warm! Food at the teaky bar was fabulous with great service! Shuttle to Hollywood beach was so convenient and only $1.00 per person each ride. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back to this facility!
