Tryp Cayo Coco: Fabulous cuban adventure!

Tryp cayo coco Resort was fantastic! The food was good. Al la cartes were fabulous! The rooms were clean, the grounds were beautiful and the pools were kept clean . Activities were great! The shows at night were fun . All in all it was a wonderful family vacation.

Hotel Camino del Mar: In need of Renovation

The plumbing for this hotel should be completely replaced.Hot water is not always available in the afternoon. Renovation is needed and we have proof that things get broken,but don't get fixed.The transat representative suggested to all that you should put the toilet paper that you use to wipe yourself in the garbage can instead of the toilet as you might block the toiletThe A la carte restaurants are quite good. Sol Cayo Coco: Beautiful wedding at Sol Cayo Coco!

Just got back from a lovely vacation/ wedding at Sol Cayo Coco! The wedding coordinator was excellent organizing our special day. That day was perfect! Friendly and helpful staff! Went to amazing Pillar beach about 45 minutes away from our resort. Beautiful beach with white powder sand. The beach at Sol Cayo Coco had the best beach of all the hotels along the strip. Kid friendly resort with a kids club. Nice pools also! The food was really good and lots of choices! Definitely did not go hungry!  [... read more]Hotel lobby was very nice. Lots of bars to choose from. Best bar tender was Orlando! He's amazing! Some areas needed some fresh paint and heard a couple rooms has leaked when it rained but they were moved to another room. Great hotel if your on a budget. It's not a five star but still nice. Guests can visit other hotels in the area. Close enough to walk to. People we stayed with enjoyed the pool bar at a nearby hotel.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Great resort

This was our first vacation to Cuba, this resort is great. Beach is fantastic, pools are great, the room needed a little work and the staff was awesome. There was one waiter in the buffet "Oscar", his service was outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and the grounds keepers who look after them are great. The food for the most part was great. Hotel Playa Paraiso: Enjoyable Resort ~ Pestana

Love the Cuba Hospitality! Everyone was so friendly and happy! Excellent room in Unit 4 - being close to the main beach was awesome yet it centrally located to the buffet and main lobby. Paying the extra for Junior Sweet Priority Club was so worth it in the end. "Jorge" (Sunwing Rep) was awesome with bookings and finding us a '58 Station Wagon for our Sat. night birthday tour to Lennie's Lobster Hut. Hotel Playa Coco: nice beach

We had a good time. The food was repetitive on the buffet. On going renovations our room was nice. Most staff very friendly. Yenny with customer service was awesome. The pool was a bit chilly but nice. The beach was beautiful.

Melia Cayo Coco: Terrific time!

Had a wonderful time at the Melia Cayo Coco! The staff are excellent and very helpful. No request is too small for them. The food is terrific at the buffet and at the 3 restaurants . What really impressed me was how clean the resort and beach was. Have been there 3 times and hope to go back there again.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Relaxing Family Beach Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised by this affordable vacation. The airport in Cayo Coco is small and elegant with a short bus ride to the resort. The seafood at this resort was excellent. I recommend the chicken cordon bleu at the Mediterranean a-la-carte. The smoothie princess at the buffet is an absolute delight. We spent a lot of time on the miles of peaceful beach. The water here is absolutely beautiful. The 5 peso double decker bus ride to Playa Pilar is a fun way to see the island and enjoy a s [... read more]tunning beach. Our kids (10&12) felt very safe at this resort and were able to find lots of food to enjoy. If you are looking for an affordable resort to relax in the sun you won't be disappointed with Memories Flamenco Beach Resort.

Muthu Colonial Hotel: Cayo Coco

Nice resort for a 3*, beautiful old architecture. Great staff, front desk, wait staff, cleaning staff. Meals - typically Cuban, nothing fantastic but sufficient. Room was nice, lots of space, clean. Sunwing counter staff at the airport put us in separate rows on the plane and the plane wasnt full. They let us move once the plane was all loaded.

Muthu Colonial Hotel: good bang for the buck!

beach was well maintained (raked) and pool clean rooms clean but walks and buildings getting need of repair food was OK and but you always got something good to eat and drink. bartenders, waitress, & cleaners ALL great!

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Great Getaway!

Lovely, relaxing week away. Staff were super...very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. Great food and entertainment. Would return to this all-inclusive for sure! And, would recommend to friends and family.

Sol Cayo Coco: cozy resort

This resort had the best food that I have experienced in my 3 times to Cuba. The quality of the staff and fresh food at the stations were excellent. I enjoyed choosing which station I would have my food efficiently prepared at.

Hotel Mojito: Dot happy

Rooms were clean but minimal, pools were average, grounds out dated and unimpressive, staff hit or miss, service 4/10, customer service very poor 1/10 overall happy that we got a decent price for this resort but would not pay more than $800/pp

Hotel Vigia: Wonderful resort

Clean, quiet nice people--everyone wanting to please you. Beach beautiful. Food and drinks good. It is a small resort that we really relaxed at. Saw lots of improvements being made while we were there. Hoping to go back next year.

Hotel Playa Paraiso: Nice resort. Compact size.

The beach is beautiful and clean. The food was alright with a lot of variety. However, the beach towels were not available to change for at least 5 days. Even the bathroom towels were not always available to be changed. That was a huge frustrating problem. The staff was very friendly.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Good resort

grounds were nice, public areas kept fairly clean, staff and management were friendly and helpful, rooms were maintained daily, pools were good, food was good, public toilets needed more cleaning, beaches ok, entertainment appeared ok, but only attended one night, good programs for children, room bathroom had problems when we arrived, but some of the problems were fixed throughout week

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Another enjoyable vacation

Just returned from our third visit at the Memories Flamanco we were pleased to see many improvements under way. Our room was clean always hot water and clean towels housekeeping was always helpful. Checked in was a little unorganized however the issue was corrected quickly. We enjoyed it the pools the most the beach is beautiful however way to many sand fleas for us also bug spray at night is recommended. We had a great vacation and will be back. PS add some light bulbs to the walking paths simple fix and will make many guests happy till next time.

Hotel Camino del Mar: Nice quiet & cozy small resort

Very clean, Staff & food is amazing. Smaller resort that is not over crowded with lots of room to enjoy your stay & to relax, this was our fourth time here. Beach is always extra clean with low waters but no big waves, excellent for kids. Can fish off the pier on the spot.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: good

beds were terrible as well as linens( stained and dirty) The towels were not replaced because of a laundry issue, The beach although beautiful is 3/4 coral and tricky to get into the water, The staff is friendly but the resort itself for being a newer resort is quickly going downhill with bad repair jobs in all areas. The food was fairly good for Cuba and the staff worked hard and most were friendly. Our family did enjoy our vacation but this is NOT a 4 star 3 maybe.
