Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort!!

Our stay the first week of Oct'16 was wonderful!! The resort was truly beautiful. The staff were fantastic. Even the ride in the trains to the beach were both fun and educational. The food was great !! Great quality and variety. Our only complaint was there were too many bugs at night and I guess cause we were on ground floor in our room. But that's the rainy season for you😏. Highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful resort. We stayed on the adults only side and it was wonderful. Beautiful, clean rooms with amazing views. The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was very good, especially the restaurant by the beach. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: 5th Time and still amazing!

This was our 5th time going to the same resort; reason is that the grounds are great; room very good; staff very pleasant; beach (28km) of potential walking; pure white sand and absolutely in front of the hotel. The beach front for this hotel is one of the nicest on the coast. Although renovations were underway we had issues with noise.

The adults only resort was the way to go! We stayed and relaxed on the beach everyday we never had a problem finding chairs and the service was excellent ! We tried the pool once but it was like bath water If not hotter and murky.The beaches were constantly being kept tidy of seaweed. We took a walk down the beach and you could tell when you were off the Bahia Principle as a wall of seaweed was along every other resort. The fridge in the room was stocked every day and there was even a turn down service at night with chocolates left on the pillows. Rooms were clean and very comfortable! We never went hungry either the beach restaurant was amazing ate there every day for lunch. We tried the Italian and Brazilian al la cart restaurants these were also great. Each night at the buffet there was a new theme as well therefore wasn't the same food every day. I would definitely go back! We had an amazing time. The one thing I do recommend is be prepared to barter, they start their prices extremely high and have to be prepared to just walk away.

We vacationed at the Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar Don Pablo. What an amazing vacation resort. One of the most beautifully well kept grounds, very clean resort I have visited. It did not matter what time of day it was, every area of the resort was continuously kept clean from the lobby to the restaurants, from the beach bar area to the bathrooms. If you needed a chair there was always a worker there to get you a beach chair. The people working at this resort gave the most amazing customer service. They did not miss a beat. Your beverage was always full and they bent over backwards to make you happy. We travelled with a group of 10 and the a la carte restaurants catered to our every wish. I cannot say enough about the beautiful people that work at this resort. If you needed a shuttle they were available right away. The only suggestion I may have is that being such a big resort if they could perhaps just call out the stop as it can be confusing where to get off especially at night. The nightly shows were very entertaining and a lot of fun to see. Again the service at theses shows was amazing. There was always someone to get you a drink. We visited the Casino and again this was a lot of fun. Part of our group visited the disco and had a great time there. If you are truly looking for an amazing vacation whether it be a quiet romantic or for a group looking to have lots of entertainment, this is definitely the place to be. I am hoping to visit again in the New Year.

The food was well prepared and presentation fantastic at all our alacarts. The buffets had much variety of foods. Rooms clean A number of pools, large and clean Beach not so good at this Bhiah. Staff friendly

This resort is now my favorite resort ever. Clean, classy and so much fun!!! I will now and always be a loyal customer for all my travels. Service was amazing and the food at its best. I can't wait for my next visit.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: The Resort that makes you feel like going back

The resort was great...very clean and beautiful grounds. This was the 3rd time we were there. The staff are so friendly. Alex from the animation team reminds me a young Jerry Lewis. Some of the staff work both the buffet and the A La Carte's. They go out of their way to give you excellent service. koodo's to Alba from the Gourmet Restaurant she made sure that the next time we were going there for supper there would be Sambuca for us as our after dinner drink.

The grounds are beautiful, clean and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. This is the second time visiting this resort and once again we were just as happy as we were the first time. We would definitely like to re-visit.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great!!!

Had a fantastic time at the resort. Food was the best I've had at an all inclusive. The beach was perfect. Service above and beyond. Really enjoyed my time here and would return on my next visit to Mexico. Liked that we had full access to all resorts.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beautiful resort! Week in paradise

This resort is amazing, have returned 3 times in just over a year and still can't get enough! Each time we go and get more familiar with the grounds it gets better and better. Resort property is huge so it takes a bit of getting used too, best way to get around is the trolley service! You can pick them up at the front lobby or just as you are walking around. The Brazilian and le gormet are our 2 favourite. There are tons of excursions to chose from or hope in a 30 minute cab ride and you can get to downtown playa del Carmen for shopping and authentic Mexican food. You have access to this resort and also tulum (just take a trolley like stated earlier) so between the 2 you can change it up and go to different pools/parts of the beach all the time. There are kids splash pads and quieter pools for the families or you can go to the pools with the swim up bars, music playing and party games for the adults. The whole resort is kid friendly though. The wild life is my favourite part, no shortage of iguanas or coatis. The rooms are clean, well equipted and the air conditioning is nice and cool when you need to get out of the hot hot heat( yes it is extremely hot this time of the year). I have nothing to complain about this resort, staff is amazing as well. Don't forget to tip your servers for amazing friendly attentive service. Will definately return more then once.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: No Disappointments

Return visit and food and service was very good. Lots of great happy and friendly staff to help with any issues. This visit there were several staff asking and checking that everything was good and as expected. Grounds are keep very well and clean. Booked dinners at all of the restaurants with no hassles. Lots of different choices for food. Entertainment can be found at the various lobby's, stage, and Bahia Town. Always a pleasure to stay there.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Top Notch

This is my fourth time back to Gran Ambar. Fantastic value for the money spent. Staff is super friendly and rooms are modern and very clean. I have been to Dominican Republic over twenty times and in my opinion this resort rates as the top one for me. Special props to my Amigos at the lobby bar . William and Carlos (Rigoberto was away on vacation) who do a great job of taking care of you. Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Loved the staff!

The Esmeralda is a beautiful and well kept resort. We did have to wait until the 3pm checking to get our room. Not a problem. However the room wasn't really ready. The staff kept having to knock on the door to drop off towels or things for the bar fridge. Our room was to be decorated and have a welcome gift as it was a special occasion and the staff did that as we sat in our room and watched them. We ventured out to both French restaurants and were surprised that not only were they very close to each other, but had exactly the same menu. Couldn't see the point of that and wouldn't have booked both reatuarants if we had known. Lots of shops at the other resorts for souvenirs. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and clean. We did use the complimentary Butler service and we were so pleased that we did. Anastasio Antonio was absolutely wonderful. Charming, funny, endearing and efficient. I would recommend this hotel.

Me and my husband had been to the Mexican Resort of Bahia Principe and loved it, our expectations were so high that we were expecting the same or similar experience. The food was not great. Service was excellent if you paid for it (tip). I dont like that. Im not stingy. If I receive good service right off the bat I will tip you. If you expect or get pissed bc I dont. No tip. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Love this resort!

Great resort .. great food and wonderful view. The jerk chicken is amazing! Like the resort so much we have gone there three times and plan on returning annually for a regular rest and recharge vacation. I like the fact that the resort is more vertical than horizontal. Don't have to walk miles to get from room to the pool or beach or restaurants.

The grounds, rooms and everywhere else was clean and staff was friendly, but I (we) had a problem with seating around the pool and ocean. People were just leaving their stuff on the chairs by the pool early in the morning and going to the beach and then coming back to the pool after lunch or later, so going to the pool or beach we could never get any place to sit, we even had an occasion where there was altercation with some other guests who had one floater on one chair under an umbrella so we d [... read more]ecided to take the available chairs and went in the pool and when they came back they took all our stuff and threw them away in the shrubs, so it took us about ten minutes to look for our stuff, also I got sick from the Tuesday so for the last four days I had to live on medication and my daughter got sick on the last day, I think for such a big resort people should not get sick, the food was good but everything had so much salt, will never come back to the Esmeralda.

Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa: The high numbers of excellent and good reviews tells all

The group of buildings that surround the pool are so close to the amenities. It makes it very convenient. The beach is 1 Km away but the shuttle service is fantastic . Gets you there in minutes. Buffet food was excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.
