Hotel Playa Paraiso: Family stay at Pestana Cayo coco

Beautiful people and wonderful services, wonderful variety of food: no complaints what so ever on the food. however, communication is very poor even on events scheduled around the resort. Need shoes for the beach too many rocks/corals.. Watch out for your towels, they magically disappear from your room and you need to pay fro them.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing resort and great service!

We’ve stayed at Memories Caribe Beach Resort resort in December and we absolutely loved it! The beach is picture perfect and this was one of the main reasons why we picked this resort. The grounds are very well maintained and the food was very good at both the buffet and a la carte. Everybody at the resort - from the General Manager and public relations people to the maids and the gardeners - is working very hard to try to make everyone happy! Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Lovely resort!

I loved the ocean, and the nature. Very beautiful place to be. The food was decent, and the staff were amazing. I also liked the gardens a lot. Doctor is kind of expensive, so you better carry a small first aid kit with you. Finally, don't forget your water shoes.

Starfish Cayo Guillermo: Beautiful location

Excellent resort for any kite surfer. Great location and shallow beach for launching. The people who run the resort are friendly and accommodating. The food was great - plentiful and well prepared. We are looking forward to returning in February 2016.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Great resort!

We really enjoyed this trip. The resort was beautifully maintained with lovely gardens. There was Friendly staff, good food, lots of activities, beautiful beach, excellent music and evening entertainment.

Hotel Camino del Mar: Not what I expected!

Beach and water good as well as the entertainment, however the resort is 2-3 stars the most. It is not my first time in Cuba such I know what to expect but this vacation was not really a vacation. One a la carte restaurant even they posted 3. The 'Italian'? Was in renovation and they were still booking even when painting and strong odour of paint. The Buffet was open but was not clean. My friend got sick from the second day. Be careful to the sand fleas. I never had a problem until this time. A  [... read more]terrible skin rash with hives in the last 2-3 days destroyed even the last chance of vacation. Bring hydrocortisone cream with you, bug repelant. The skin problem last 2-3 weeks after returned from Cuba. Food was reused! I do not recommend it.

Hotel Playa Coco: Crazy good value for what we paid

Hi! We were at Hotel Playa Coco from Dec 2-13th, 2015. Overall it is really great value for what we paid. The staff made the holiday, with going above and beyond the call of duty. They quickly remembered our drink choice, seating preference and more. The beach was very clean, lots of seating and not overly crowded. The food was good, we could always find fresh cooked to our liking and lots of fresh salads. We don't typically go back to the same resorts a 2nd time, but would consider going to this one, just for the staff!!

Hotel Playa Coco: Wonderful Expierence

This is a smaller resort and thus more intimate. Everything is walking distance and there is alot of construction going on. We all loved the resort and will return. Beer Garden was nice feature but is being renovated now, ice cream parlour was also pretty neat. Two pools were good but beach was rocky at the beginning. Hotel Mojito: nice place and nice service

very nice place near de airport, and hotel service is complet, delivery drink on the beach and pool! clean room, and toillet all the site. manny bar and resto, food it's Cuba is very nice. iberostar mojito is realy great palce. thank you offer this hotel in your choice.

Tryp Cayo Coco: Perfect as always!

Came back Dec 11 and planning to go back to Tryp in February! It was my 5th time in Tryp! Service, food, beach and entertainment is outstanding! Are you looking for a crazy parties? Tryp is the place to go!!!!

Hotel Mojito: Beautiful beach

The hotel itself is mediocre. It's a little run down and dated, and the entire section of bungalows near the ocean are closed (due to lack of bookings according to staff). It was the same situation at Tryp next door - the flamingos are gone and a big chunk of the resort is closed down. There are no balconies and the rooms are not near the ocean, so no ocean views. We were given two rooms in block 18, and despite requesting the quietest section two times at check in, and reassured by the woman at [... read more] reception that it was a very quiet area, it was extremely loud. Much too close to the pool and entertainment with their booming speakers. That was a big disappointment, and we should have insisted to switch rooms. The food was much better than expected and all 5 of us were very happy with the selections. It's nothing fancy, but there was seafood every day and lots of meats, breads, fruits and vegetables. We would have enjoyed the entertainment a lot more if it was more in Cuban style. The dancing was well done but we didn't go to Cuba to listen to North American music. The beach is gorgeous with powdery sand and clear water. They clean the seaweed most days and there are a number of shade shelters that we were always able to get. Both times that we were in Cayo Coco it was extremely windy, and this time they would not lend out any kayaks, paddle boats, catamarans etc. due to the extreme wind. The staff was friendly, the resort was rundown but clean, pools were nice, and the ocean was spectacular. If you are going on holiday mostly for the resort itself, it's a 3 star hotel, and that's what you should expect to get. If you are going for the beach and ocean, Cayo Coco is 5 star all around. I don't think we would go back to Mojito, and after seeing Tryp would not go back there either (we stayed there four years ago and it has definitely gone downhill). Despite its good points we will look for something a little nicer next time.

Hotel Playa Paraiso: Awesome Stay at Pestana Cayo Coco

The grounds were well kept, the beach was beautiful, and the people were amazing. The rooms were cleaned everyday but there seemed to be a shortage of towels and we did not recieve a bottle of water everyday (we had to go ask the front desk). The food was okay, we always found something to eat. The best restaurant was the Portegese. The entertainment was amazing, best I've seen down south yet! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Best beaches

First time on the island loved the beach and sun food was average service was average. This resort offers peace and tranquility not much to do outside of resort in terms of night life but all we needed was sun and beach and that it gave you plenty. Many excursions out side of beach available but we stuck to the basics. The teenagers were busy at pool and meeting new friends so they were happy. And the booze kept flowing to make sure adults were happy. We had a great time.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Great Resort!!

This was our second time at this resort and we would definitely go back again. My wife and I and our 5 month old son went to this resort on December 11-19th. This is a very large resort that is one year old. The grounds are very well kept with gardeners working around the clock to keep everything looking beautiful! The only thing we would recommend is insect repellent, we went in December and the mosquitos were terrible! Also, there were tiny ants in our room but nothing too bad. All in all we love this resort and most definitely will be going back!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Nice Resort

Updated room very nice, excellent service. Any problems were fixed ASAP. Beach was beautiful! Bugs were bad from all the rain during our visit in early December. Have been in that area a year ago and no problem with bugs.

Melia Jardines del Rey: great resort!!

This hotel was a really nice hotel. It's very big which I like because it allows you to walk outside and enjoy the weather. There are so many different restaurants that you can make reservations at. I really think commend Aqua and the Asian food. At Aqua they have all u can eat crab 3 different types and lobster. And if you ask nicely they will give you two lobsters!! There are two main pools that are so huge and really great. One is shallow for kids and has a gradual walk in. The shows are nice [... read more] and are every night. The front lobby bar or the bar down by the beach make the best mojitos!!! If you walk down to the beach and walk all the way to the end it's very quiet and private and the water is very Sandy. The water is crystal clear!!!! I would totally recommend this resort to friends and family. Loved it!

Muthu Colonial Hotel: extraordinary moments

Even though it has an historical style the rooms are fashionable and clean , it is a prime location with adequate sunlight and shade .the beach is breath taking ,the water some days are so warm and comfortable and crystal clear .the staffs are very pleasant and make you feel at home .

Had a great time I like that's it's a small resort friendly people good food clean rooms it's cheap meet lots of people pools are nice slides for the kids kite flyers to watch I like the beach lots of activities to participate in

hotel was nice, staff very friendly and accomodating. It was my first time to cuba. I would for sure go back to this resort. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was good as long as you are willing to try different things.

Resort, location, drinks and staff are great. The evening shows where also much better then expected. Food was probably the only part that was below par and needs improvement. Was able to find something decent to eat most nights, but hopefully they are able to improve on this.
