Ocean Riviera Paradise: Loved the resort
My 8 year old daughter had a great time, we loved the hospitality and the service is prompt. Rooms were cleaned everyday. I highly recommend this resort for kids. Many restaurants for option. I would not give it a 5star I would say it’s a 4star property
Breathless Riviera Cancun: INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
Me and my wife had the best time ever visiting this hotel... We met some amazing people and were treated like ROYALTY! Food was amazing, people were so generous and caring we will certainly be back. I want to extend a special thank you to Xavier our bell hop who was super accommodating and helpful and to Pascal our amazing server who made us feel so welcome and special! I wish I got everyone's name because there wasn't one bad experience for us The staff at breathless are just so kind and wonder [... read more]
Selection Riviera Cancun: Just what we needed
We were a group of 9 from 8 months old to 66 yrs. This was an ideal location for us. Every staff member was friendly and each made our needed holiday special. The pools were great for the kids. Staff and fellow tourists were respectful re: covid risk issues. Rooms were bigger and more equipped than we expected.
Breathless Riviera Cancun: Nice resort
Nice, but wouldn't return. Pros. Staff amazing, nice pool close to beach. Cons, No indoor lobby bar, rough pool bottom (it hurts), cold food served too often. A little dirty in hallways, Wine was served warm often. Been to many resorts in Mexico and this was middle of the road.
Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Great place!
We truly enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the main centre area of the complex & further the ocean. Meals were very good & the beverages were refreshing. We missed not having nightly adult entertainment but found things to keep us busy. Covid may have still been an issue. Looking forward to our next getaway. Thank you Karol for your attention, prompt responses & making this trip happen for us.
Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Nice Rooms
We had a great vacation! Our room in the Tulum section was great! We had a 2 bedroom suite- which was a huge room! The resort was busy- only one place to get the breakfast buffet, so it made it difficult to get food. Only able to get 3 al cartes for the week. The food there was much better than at the buffet. Snack Bars- The food truck was ok- food always came out cold. Andale burger was better!! The beach in Tulum was nice. However, It was very rocky and had lots of seaweed. We enjoye [... read more]
Barcelo Maya Colonial: Great family spot
This hotel was great for our young family with lots to do for two kids - 2 and 4 years. It was a large resort and we could never have done it all. Beach was the highlight for the kids. Food was good at buffets. Disappointed we could only get one a la cart reservation at a ‘decent’ dinner time - we went to make reservations as soon as we arrived and could only get 9:30pm options. Hotel was almost fully booked but not staff accordingly. This didn’t affect our stay but you could tell the staf [... read more]
Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Excellent resort
We had an idea excellent vacation at Bahia Principe Tulum. The food was very good, the weather was great! The staff is very friendly including Eduardo at the quiet bar, Juan at the buffet and Gretel as one of the entertainment hostesses. Everyone is helpful there! The rooms and the grounds are very clean, thank you to all!
Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Excellent Vacation
We had one of the best vacations at this resort. It was very clean and the staff were excellent. The location is perfect. Close to everything. The food and drinks were very tasty. Staff were so professional right from the doorman, Omar to the maid. We will definitely return. They were always cleaning too. It was so much fun.
Ocean Riviera Paradise: Very nice hotel
As for Covid masks were required in all restaurants and in the lobby although lobby was not really enforced. The food was very good. The pools were excellent. The rooms were large clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Beach was not great so if that’s what you are going for I’m told go further south towards peurto adventurous. Overall this is a legitimate 4.5 to 5 star resort. Would highly recommend and definitely would go back (I’m not a beach person). The reason I said location [... read more]
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: My favourite all inclusive to date!
So many good things to say about this resort but first let me dispel some negative comments. The staff (Fatima our fav) were amazing. Extremely polite and very attentive to any requests from the restaurants , bars, front counter etc… in 7 days, we never seen or had a negative or rude interaction. We received the same service if we tipped or didn’t, keep in mind the tradition of tipping is at the end of the service. Bring lots of US $1 bills. The staff make about $12 -$18 USD for a full [... read more]
Catalonia Riviera Maya: Great resort
Just like the first time we stayed the resort was great. The room was clean, the food was good and the staff were very accommodating. The staff followed the Covid protocol and ensured you had a mask on when e eye ring the Buffett or the main lobby, they sanitized the tables between guests. We stayed for 10 days which was the perfect amount of time. The only negative was the smell of the seaweed some days. The workers removed the seaweed on a daily bases but it seemed like they couldn’t keep u [... read more]
Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: My happy place! 😊
The staff are very professional and seem genuinely happy to work there while working extremely hard to please all of the guests! The grounds and pools are very well maintained, along with the public areas and washrooms. The food was great, and the desserts were amazing.
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: 10/10
This was our first time in Mexico. This resort was absolutely amazing. It was so clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The beach was a bit of a disappointment because of the size and the coral. But it was also very clean. This will be our destination for years to come
Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Beautiful Resort
We stayed at the Krystal Grand April 5th-12th, 2022 The resort is beautiful I loved the size of the hotel, the options of the pools, adult only, family pool and activity pool that was a infinity facing the ocean. The beach you could walk for miles and walk into town easily on the beach or a safe path. Workers were friendly but still understaffed, breakfast buffet had lots of options, lunch BBQ was great and 2 of the three restaurants were great. If night life is what you want this is not you [... read more]
Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Half and half
Awesome location, staff, beach, buildings and restaurants food. A lot of people, bars, pools and plenty of space when you want a chair. Be prepare to pay for any extra you wish i.e. brand alcohol, shisha bar, a la carte menu etc. Bars on the family side of the complex did run out of beer really often. Found it special to be told that I could not walk or use the pool on the '"adult" side of the complex when myself is over 30 and that a different bracelet was required, again with extra cost...
Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Great location! Amazing service!
Thank you to all the staff at The Royal Decameron Los Cabos. What an amazing time we had. The room was big and clean. The service was incredible by all the staff. We loved our week. Thank you so much!
Barcelo Maya Riviera: Wonderful
We loved our stay at the Barcelo Riviera Maya- Adults only. The hotel was fabulous, clean and very impressive. The Covid "policies" were masking when you approached a bar, front desk staff, walked around the buffet and being escorted to your seat in a restaurant you were to wear a mask. When walking around the hotel masking wasn't required. The resort bus also asked that people masked. The property was huge given that you could access all 6 hotels and amenities, impossible to do in a week. [... read more]
Riu Dunamar: Could have been good....
The resort was Fully booked and from pool chairs to food services the hotel was not able to handle the amount of people in the resort. We have been to many RIU's and this is not what we were expecting. School breaks in the US and Britain had the resort crowded with families. Set our alarm at 630am to get a beach chair otherwise you were out of luck, as they literally could not find another chair for you! Empty serving dishes everywhere at the buffet for both breakfast and lunch every day for [... read more]
Riu Palace Riviera Maya: wow great resort
From the reception desk, to the room, bar, restaurant , beach ,pool everything was great, well maintained with exceptional staff all around. planning to be their next year for our 40th weeding with the family. would suggest bringing water shoes as some rocks swimming at the beach and bring your travel mug to keep your favorite drink cold.
