Melia Cayo Coco: Amazing resort

The resort is well kept. Grounds, clean staff work very hard all day long weather it cleaning, serving, always with a great smile. The hotel itself has a great ambiance , food nicely served even at the buffay . Plenty to eat.

Grand Aston Cayo Paredon Beach Resort: Best time ever!

Idk what other ppl were on but the food is so good! My family is vegetarian and we always had options. Licet our Air Canada representative was great and booked us in for our excursions. The tour guides were amazing and their English was easy to understand! Evening entertainment at the hotel was superb as well

Grand Aston Cayo Paredon Beach Resort: Amazing Experience

I had a wonderful stay and appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The modern feel of the space added to the overall experience. I would recommend considering a few minor touches to enhance the experience even further, but overall, it’s a great place to stay!

Melia Costa Rey: Short get away

We have stayed at this hotel now twice now. It is has improved substantially under the new ownership. The accommodate are nice, the amenities are on par for Cuba but what really made us go back was the staff. For people who live in the condition they do they come to work smiling, treat customers with the utmost care and attention and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Sanctuary White Sands: Quite Good

A nicely laid out resort where they try to meet all of their guests needs. The fresh grilled food is great. Most of the buffet food is cold unfortunately but lots of variety Nice drinks and delicious coffees

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: We had a great Vacay

We had a great vacation, beginning with our flight being comfy and on time. Snacks offered on board Sunwing were good although there is a limited in selection. Memories Flamenco in Cayo Coco is my new go to. Staff is incredible, food was tasty, plentiful and great selections in the buffet. Pizza at Bites was amazing. Can't beet the Ron Punch! Pool was stunning and always clean, beach ... Spectacular!

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Another fantastic trip

Everything was amazing this time around. Had a great junior oceanview view room on first floor in building one. Communication with the resort was flawless. All our needs were met. Great atmosphere. Nightly entertainment with theatre and saxophone player. If you want the disco there is cave club on sat (15 min bus ride) and Wednesdays, or u can go to disco close by, 2 mins by bus. Your fridge will only be stocked if u upgrade to premium. I bought wine from duty free to keep in my room. They do provide water everyday in your room. Definitely going back. Price is great for what u get. The ambassador dinner and Hemmingway was so nice, thanks for the invite Santa. Please understand and respect what the Cuban people are going through with shortages. Do your research and go with a positive attitude. Thank you Flamenco for an amazing trip.

Melia Cayo Coco: Lovely Resort

It is an older resort but it is well maintained. In my opinion it's the perfect place to unplug and just relax. It's not an oversized resort so you get to know the staff and they get to know. We have been here 3 years in a row and every time we meet new people and make new friends. The staff even remember us and welcome us like family. Beautiful grounds, miles of gorgeous beach and a terrific staff what more can you ask for. Oh and a very short ride from the Airport to the hotel!

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: A great resort.

Nice hotel, well kept grounds, very good food, friendly staff, good size pool. 24 hour snack bar, very convenient. Good entertainment at night. Buffet had a good selection. A La Carte restaurants were very good.

Sanctuary White Sands: Amazing resort

We had a wonderful time! My husband and I came here thinking it might not be as good because almost all resorts we’ve been on which is our fourth time in Cuba I thought it might not be as clean or low on supplies but honestly it surprised us all. The food was okay like anywhere else. I say okay because I’m picky with food but everyone else seems to like the food. And the hotel was very clean. No need to exchange to pesos cuz they only take usd and sometimes Canadian. We had a lot of water so water wasn’t an issue. I didn’t like that the room cleaners would just come in sometimes in the morning to clean if you are a late sleeper. Cuz they would just knock and walk themselves inside which was annoying. But overall very good resort. Lost of mosquitoes so take bug spray and flys

Sol Cayo Coco: A Lovely Vacation!

Very happy! Among several hotels considered for our first time to CC, I always came back to Sol. Great staff who are hospitable, work hard and go out of their way. Security staff found my lost sweatshirt. Grounds/building maintained well considering materials on hand and the beachfront is the best along that stretch of three hotels. Good food and service at the buffet. Beautiful clean room?

Hotel Mojito: Amazing Staff outweigh any shortages you may experience

My husband and I stayed at the Mojito Jan 24-31, 2024 and although we did experience 2 days without coffee, bread and air conditioning, we really had a great time. This was due to the staff. Yorbelys in the bar was HANDS DOWN the nicest, most friendly bartender we have ever had! He spoke amazing English ( as well as 3 other languages) and was a wealth of information and went over and above in meeting our needs. If you are a person who needs a fancy room, and scalding hot showers, then no, this wont be the place for you. But if you want peace and quiet and relaxation, and can deal with minor inconveniences / annoyances and the price is right, then you will be pleased. * There are some dogs there ( including a mom that just had pups) if you can, in your checked baggage bring some kibble or treats, I feel they are relying on scraps, and for me, this was hard to see...

Hotel Mojito: Not so great

The hotel is very old and not maintained well and is very run down. There is a lack of food and drinks and options in general. I would recommend to go somewhere else if you can. Glad we experienced but will never go back

Nous avons été absolument charmé par le personnel, la propreté du complexe . Rien au niveau nourriture n'a manqué. Nous prévoyons déjà y retourner l'année prochaine. Même la plage était très accueillante !

Iberostar Selection Esmeralda: Very nice resort. Much better than I expected.

The area was nice as well as the grounds. The buffet restaurant and the a-la-cart were everything you would expect. The two pools were excellent, however new chairs are needed around the pool. The chairs at the beach were much better. The beach itself was excellent . I just can't say enough about the staff. They were always there to help. Food was good for Cuba.

Hotel Playa Coco: Amazing Beach walk miles on sand bars

I was a solo traveller t I was happy not to pay an extra fee because of being single I felt completely safe. The resort was extreme like clean and while taking care of very basic sword, beautiful for children the pool access for children is wonderful. The beach access for children and older adults that have a hard time walking in the sand. Also great you can walk for miles out to sandbars. The food was quite sufficient breakfast. Melia Cayo Coco: Top Notch Everything

You CAN come to Cuba for the food - if you come here, especially at the a la cartes - very impressed with the menu, the food and especially the service. Cleaning was fastidious. The beach goes on forever and exceeded expectations. Remember that its Cayo Coco though, so the wind can come up and stay all week. Iberostar Coral Esmeralda: Best beach but not a 5 star resort

We just returned from our 9 day vacation at Coral Esmeralda. I must say this is Defiantly not a 5 star resort as you indicated. We were very disappointed with the description listed in your site and with one staff member there. The good. - Beast beach I have ever been to. White fine sand on beach and in the ocean. No need for water shoes here - Our room was huge and beautiful. We had the roof top suite - Massage at the spa are perfect. Great service and prices. Keylin and Ernesto are amaz [... read more]ing. - Lunch at the beach BBQ and the snack bar where the best meals on the resort. Freshly cooked and cooked to perfection - Waiters, cooks and bartenders are always friendly. Even if you don’t tip The Bad. - On the second day Ariel the butler manager made a racial gesture to my wife 3 times even after telling him the first time it was offensive. This set a negative tone for the rest of our stay and really spoiled our trip - Beach has no washrooms and you have to walk over 3 minutes to get to one - Lack of supplies (that’s all Cuba) - Told there was turn down service when checked in but never happened (had to go change beach towels every day to the non-Coral side) - No VIP Dinner at the resort's best spot as stated when we checked in - A la carte dinners are pre made that always come out warm not hot. Better off at the buffet - No Complimentary hydrotherapy access as stated when we checked in and according to the booking agreement - Butler service was not really there as we have had at other resorts. - House keeping was really bad (shortage of towels every day, room not made a few days until after 5pm) - Shower for the pool and ocean to wash up were mostly broken (non on the beach worked) - Maintenance at this resort are slacking with multiple items not working - Room towels are old, non-absorbent, and smell like feet
