Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Very Nice Place

Grounds were immaculate. Very well kept. Always saw staff cleaning and painting and upgrading. Rooms were awesome. Loved having the tub on the balcony. The kids played in it all the time. Bluetooth speakers, mirrors in the bathroom that swiveled to open up to the living area, and a rain head shower. The pools were large, water was kept very clean and warm. Really liked that there were 4 different pool areas to hang out in. Lets you mix it up. The kids water park was great. Could use a bar are cl [... read more]oser to it, but definitely gave some entertainment for the kiddos. The beach was OK. The restaurants were mixed. Mediterranean struggled the night we went. Food was good, but orders were wrong and took a long time to get food. Steakhouse on Secrets side was fantastic. Loved their food and service. Wish we could have gotten in to the Teppanyaki restaurant, but there was a wait just to get reservations and most of the line was there an hour before the reservations opened up. Restaurant was closed most of the days we were there as well. Not super convenient. Overall, one of the best resorts our family has been to with regards to food, service, and grounds.

JW Marriott Costa Elena Resort and Spa: Amazing Stay at Dreams Las Mareas

My wife and I stayed at Dreams Las Mareas for our 31st anniversary and had an awesome stay. The pools were amazing and our swim out room was beautiful. We like all the restaurants but in particular the Portofino and the Oceana. We would definitely recommend this resort and are looking forward to going back again.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Amazing Resort

Dreams is a quaint smaller resort with all the amenities that one could ask for. It still have a number of a la carte restaurants where the food is delicious. The grounds are immaculate with many winding paths to wonder. Would go back in a heart beat.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Great resort

We had a lovely time at this resort. The food and service was excellent. We did upgrade to a ocean view room in the preffered area however it was not ocean view. Be careful when they sell you this upgrade.

Dreams Huatulco: Dreams Hautulco is a Dream!

First let me say that Dreams Huatulco is one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed in! Tangolunda Bay is gorgeous. The resort was beautiful and very very clean thanks to the constant efforts of the cleaning staff! The service in all of the restaurants was remarkable! Pleasant and very helpful!! Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Great Location, Amazing Beach!!

Went to this resort for my brothers Birthday celebration. The resort had a lot of families and couples. The beach was amazing clear blue water and white sand beach. The sports bar had redzone to watch football. The night club was never busy, not a lot of people went there. It is totally worth it to go premium club as you get access to the 8th floor premium club and better access to premium alcohol like crown royal at every bar you go to.

Dreams Huatulco: One of the best resorts i have ever been too.

This resort was very clean, the help was amazing friendly, we couldnt ask for better weather. the food preperation was amazing, liked the idea of how many pools there were and at liest one totaly adult pool.entertainment at the lobby bar was good and lots of different kind of drinks, the washrooms on the resort were clean and working condition and the rooms were very clean. This resort is deffently a return one. LOVE MEXICO.

Dreams Huatulco: Dreams Resort and Spa - exceptional as always

We have been to this resort 4 years in a row. The people that work there are polite, hard workers and very friendly. We have made many friends in the past 4 years going to this resort and there are a lot of return guests every year which is nice to see. Dreams Huatulco: Perfecto

Very friendly staff, beautiful scenery, fun ocean water (waves can get big /strong). The food was also good all around and we enjoyed every restaurant. They clearly aim to please and succeed! The location was also great, with lots of fun things to do close by such as surfing or visiting the town

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Amazing trip

The hotel was wonderful with beautiful trees,pools around the hotel.Delicious buffet and very humble services.It was my first experience at resort and we had lots of fun.Me and my family enjoyed the buffet and shops at the resort.Kids enjoyed playing at the pool.

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Amazing staff...outdated hotel

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The resort is very dated...although clean. We were expecting more as other hotels in this chain are very upscale...this is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff. Food...buffet and al a carte...was just ok...not hot...just warm. Location is good for walking g around the marina with the shops and bars...but far from anywhere else. Included golf comes with many fees...was cheaper to book on golf app.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Best resort for a relaxing stay!

Our stay was amazing! The ambience at this resort is spectacular. The rooms, the view, the pools and drinks are all 10/10. The staff here are also so friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs- my favourites were Alejandro from the Entertainment staff and Enrique from the lobby bar. Overall, I really enjoyed this trip it felt like paradise! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Mexico!!

This was our first time at Dreams Playa Mujeres in Mexico. We had an amazing time! The resort/rooms were modern, clean and spacious. We vacationed here the last week on October and we’re pleasantly surprised that the Resort was not busy(it’s was their low season) it felt like we had the resort to ourselves...no line ups for anything! Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Small, easy to get about hotel.

The hotel is my special Dominican Resort. I have stayed at hotels on the North shore, south, and many along the eastern coast of the island since 1984. Dreams Palm Beach is a hotel I have stayed at 24 times since 2009. My booked vacation in December 2019 will mark my 25th stay. Imagine. I do not own a cottage, but I can imagine going back to a cottage year after year would be as remarkable as me returning to my Dreams Hotel, without taking care of the property. JW Marriott Costa Elena Resort and Spa: Had high hopes, BUT

THE GOOD The resort is large and the grounds are beautiful, the pool area is kept immaculate and is very large with a variety of pools. The beach is above average The bar staff are very attentive, and the drinks were very good, they have unique drinks (try the green monster, as well as the Chili guaros The room was very comfortable and we’ll layed out The service in the restaurants were outstanding Room service was good as well as fast THE BAD Checkin was terrible, took well over an  [... read more]hour to get checked in and our room keys The food was below average in all the restaurants except for the Italian (which was excellent) The maintenance crew was very unorganized, We had an issue with opening our room door one evening, and it took them over an hour to get our room door opened and us into our room We had an issue with the unlocking mechanism the next night, and here we go again, they said it was fixed (which wasn’t the case, the door needed to be jiggled to make it open) The checkout procedure was unorganized as well, with no communication and we stood beside our transportation to the airport and no one knew where we supposed to go

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Rather uncaring resort

My sister and I arrived on the !6th of Sept and on the 17th my sister was sent by ambulance to the hospital and was in ICU for several days. She was released on the afternoon of the 22nd so she could fly home on the 23rd. I was rather surprised that the resort was completely indifferent and showed absolutely no interest in her health or even that we had both missed out on our vacation.

Staff was incredible. From front lobby to servers to maintenance staff, all of them knocked it out of the park. Resort is perfectly laid out and beautifully landscaped. Even though it's not an adults only resort, there is till large pool area designated for adults only. We used this area quite often. The swim out pool was very nice from our room. The only thing we could say non positive about it was the fact there was no privacy wall between our room and the next (Rm 2105 & 2104). Room was very nice and cleaning staff did a great job keeping that way without even knowing they were even there. Beach was ok. We spent most of our time near adult pool area just for simple fact that the beach is public and there are vendors on the beach that sometimes just can't take a hint that you are not interested even after repeating yourself several times. As stated before, resort is perfectly laid out. The trees and bushes dampen the sound from around the resort and is very relaxing place to be. World Café buffet offered something for everyone and the restaurants were decent enough. Only non positive thing to say about the restaurants is that we felt the service was slow even when it was not busy. Had to ask several times for the same thing from several serving staff until we got it. Not a huge deal, but when you are really hungry/thirsty, it would be nice not to have ask several times for the same thing. The Preferred Club lounge was very nice and we were quite impressed. Premium liquor and personalized service with a small snack buffet available just to get away from the majority of the resort and chill on their patio. I have already highly recommended this place to others and if/when I ever return to Costa Rica, this place made a lasting impression and would most likely return. It's a very large resort but feels small at the same time. Does not have a franchise feel to it and we enjoyed that. The resort is quite remote, so going on excursions involved a lot of travel. We wanted to go to Coco Beach for a half day or something to go to local bars and shops but was far too expensive to get there and back. Also....my wife lost her favorite hat on a Tuesday, reported it on the Thursday and the staff returned it to her on the Friday. She was thrilled and was shocked at the same time. Excellent service by the staff.

This was our 3rd trip to Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana and they continue to impress. The friendly, hard-working and accommodating staff make you feel like you are home and part of the family. Wilson Castillo and Yonattan Mercedes at the Preferred Club are second to none in the care they show for guests. At the Preferred Club pools, Jorge is the man and keeps you well hydrated. Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Great stay

This was my first all inclusive and Dreams is the one i choose  based on reviews.Me and my daughter had a great stay. It would have not been great without the amazing staffs. my daughter got sick and had to go to ER where we spent half a day and Larrisa from the conceirege were through with us in the hospital.She voluntarily accompanied us and was a great help as the doctor did not know english. my next thanks goes to the explorer club's Carole and other staffs for excellent kids activity plann [... read more]ing and execution. The next highlight was the entertainment team. This is par excellence.Especially Dilennys your performance  was so versatile and elegant. you stood out. Finally as other reviewers mentioned, though miner, the door locking issue were there in both of the rooms i changed during our stay. The hawker issue is annoying that was the very unpleasant welcome to us.my daughter was scared as it apeared to be intimidating to her. Only complain about food is there were no fresh coconut water..
