Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Wonderful Resort

What can I say about this great resort. Nothing but good things. We have been to this resort at least 12 times. We have stayed in all parts of the resort and enjoyed all areas. The resort is huge so put on your walking shoes. Lots of wild life around and wooden trails through the jungle. Pools clean and lots of them to seat by. There are the really quiet ones and then the ones with all the partying. Bars a plenty. Bartenders excellent. Buffets and alcarts great. The food never disappoints.

TRS Coral: Amazing vacations.

Everything was "over the top" . The service was exceptionnal. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The great choices of the restaurants, the quality of the food, the service ( and we were able to go without any reservation which for me was a bonus. I like to eat when I am hungry and not at a specific time). The room was simply amazing. Great spacious room with access to the swim up. Simply pricelesss. With the service of the butler and the 24 hours service for food, it was I felt like a princes [... read more]s. I enjoyed all the little details like the regular hair dryer, the essential oils body and hair products, the steam machine for clothes, the robes and slippers, the fridge always full of all you can ask, lots of water bottles. The Nespresso machine was a +++ for me. We were offered special treats at night; chocolates, Pringles, Snickers. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Great, amazing vacations. We surely will go again soon.

TRS Coral: Steal of a deal

The wait staff were amazing and prompt with service! Bellmens, conceirge, butler service, and housekeepers were excellt as well. Although, with some of the bars, and other buildings still being under construction we were not able to check out the Chic Cabaret (quite disappointing) or the theatre for live entertainment. Due to construction, we knew we got a steal! The room was excellent, the resort had a beautiful layout, and the food was just lovely. Come Christmas and then on, I'm sure the whole place will be fully finished, and will be even better than when I was there.

Grand Palladium Palace: Awesome resort!

Everything is close so it is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. It’s wonderful to not have to pre-book restaurants also. The beach is amazing! We have been there 4 times and don’t even bother looking for a different resort.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Nice Resort!

The resort is lovely , but very big. The beach is manmade on the poolside and not for for swimming. If you walk around the side of the lady Hamilton , you will find a much better beach with more amenities. Service was great, lots of people serving the bar area. I would have preferred to see more lunch type foods around the pool.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Poor entertainment/bedbugs

The food was great but they need better entertainment throughout the day. Had no Jamaican music playing (reggae or island music) and a few of us were bitten by bedbugs in different rooms and rooms spelled moldy. Awful experience!!

Grand Palladium Colonial: “Fantastic 3rd time”

My husband & I just stayed at the Grand Palladium Colonial from Oct 30 - Nov 9/18 and we had a absolutely fantastic vacation. This is our third time to this resort and will continue to return again & again. The service was above & beyond, from our check in at the reception to every other staff member at the resort. The food was fantastic in the buffet, so many choices. The only thing I would like to see is a better selection in the Mexican. I can have Tacos, burritos & fajitas at home. I  [... read more]am not saying that the food was bad just would really like to have some traditional Mexican food, something very different. The room was very clean and the fridge stocked daily. There was only one day where housekeeping forgot to leave us towels but oh well, everyone forgets sometimes. We met up with our friends from London who were staying on the TRS side of the resort. We went up to their room one evening and WOW! I think my husband & I and going to try the TRS side the nexttime, it is absolutely stunning! Overall I have no complaints about our stay in the Colonial. We had a fruit basket delivered to our room the day after we arrived which was a very nice touch. We spent our days at the Colonial Adult/Secret pool and had the best service we have ever had. Our bartenders name was Irvin and he was amazing! He never sat down, he was constantly coming around and getting drinks for everyone. I think he deserves to be rewarded for his wonderful service and friendliness. It is people like Irvin that make you want to go back to a place. Thank you Irvin and every other staff member that works there you all deserve a medal. The Palladium obviously has a very good training program as they are all very polite, courteous and very caring. Cudos to all of them! 🏆🥇 H & A Kanys

Grand Palladium Vallarta: One of the best we've been to!

The rooms and amenities were very good. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was excellent at all the restaurants. Special kudos to Effren and the staff at the Family Selections Pool Bar and Juan at the Hemingway Bar who made the best cocktails!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Huge Resort!

The resort is very big. There is something for everyone. The pools and beaches were well maintained. The jerk chicken was awesome, we ate it every day. Favourite meal was lunch at Sunset Cove, got a have the snapper. Travelled with a group of 8. Ages 15 to 50. We had a great time. We got lots of exercise. The rooms were huge and the bath tub was awesome. Staff were great, inparticular, the security and spa staff were attentive and helpful. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Excellent 2nd Visit

This was our second time at this resort. We travel at least twice a year and this is the first time we have ever wanted to return to a resort for a second visit. The food was excellent the grounds and public areas are very clean. Our rooms were always clean and housekeeping friendly. Majority of staff are very friendly and helpful. There is never a shortage of chairs around pools or on the beach. When calling reception for any maintenance issues be prepared to call again. When maint [... read more]enance does come out they are extremely helpful, I m just not sure they get the messages in regards to needed repairs. We did have to call regarding our shower several times before it was fixed.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Resort

This resort was amazing. Staff were very helpful and the food was great. Plenty of Ala carts with no reservations required. They have a food allergy program which was very helpful to us as my wife is gluten free. The chef would come out and explain what she could eat and even offered to make something extra. If you have food allergies this is the place to go. Nice beach although there were a few rocks getting in to the water but fine after that. Pools were good. Would go again

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Very nice resort. Beaches and water 2nd to none.

Clean resort. Food good and lot's of choices. Japanese and Mexican a la carte restaurants the best. All staff very friendly. Rooms needed some maintenance - pull out bed broken, electrical plugs loose and not hold plug, fridge not cold. Staff fixed issues over a few days. Very helpful. Overall rating would be a 4 1/2 because of the required room maintenance and some a la carte restaurants not the best.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Top Notch

This hotel was is so big and had so many different options for activities that I can't see how someone wouldn’t find something to enjoy it. The location is great, sharing the beaches with only the sister hotel (Lady Hamilton). The grounds were very well maintained, there were always gardeners/pool staff/beach staff keeping everything clean and in good shape. In October, the place never felt crowded. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The first room we stayed in h [... read more]ad a connecting door to another room, and there was zero noise isolation. After a couple of nights we moved to another room without a connecting door and then we could sleep through the night. But the room itself was great, no complaints. The food was good, with tons of places to eat and a lot of variety. The specialty restaurants were hit and miss: the Mexican is not good, the Italian was great, with the others in between. I loved that no reservations were required! Too bad the Jamaican restaurant was always closed. The best food was the jerk chicken hut by the pool, delicious. There are 3-4 beaches to choose from, all beautiful, no waves, and clear water. The main pool is enormous and really beautiful and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Archery, Mini Golf, Kayaking, Kids Pool, etc. We also loved the smaller pools closer to the rooms. I found the drinks to be very inconsistently prepared. Depending on which bar you were, it would go from delicious to not-drinkable. The main bar above the pool was always the safer choice. That said, if you were having something like a beer/wine, then it didn't matter. Wi-fi was surprisingly good, but there was only one place in the whole hotel where we didn't have a signal: on our bed, which was unlucky (the other areas in our room had a signal). The downside of having wi-fi throughout the hotel is that a lot of people are just looking at their phones all the time, which obliviously is their choice and not the hotel's fault. Finally, we made good use of the mini club for our toddler and the service there was always good. The ladies there were lovely to our son and we were very comfortable leaving him there every once in a while. We even used the babysitter service, which also worked well. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone, as there were all types of guests there (families, couples, children, elderly, weddings...), and they all seem to be having fun.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fantastic time

My husband and I just returned from this resort and had an amazing time. The grounds were kept immaculate. The pool was the best part! It was so large and clean. It never felt crowded. We loved the food and all the staff were amazing. We would definately return!

TRS Yucatan: Amazing Resort!

We had an amazing time at TRS. Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The infinity pool was incredible and the food was top notch. The only thing we didn’t like was the beach, it was nice enough but you definitely needed water shoes which we didn’t bring. Other than that 10/10 we will definitely be going back!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Superb Resort

The whole experience at this hotel was amazing. Good, servers, rooms, beaches, service, every last thing. I will definitely be back to this resort!! I can’t believ how many a la cart restaurants there were that were Included!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing Resort

We just returned from a week stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort and Spa, it was our third time in three years and we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Romance Villa Suite because we love the outdoor shower, proximity to the beach and La Jarra Beach Bar. Rodrigo our old friend and new edition Bermont are lovely people and great bartenders who always made us feel welcome and made us laugh and smile, no wonder we spent so many hours there. This is also the nicest part of the beach, where the sand is soft and white and the water blue. There were always lots of beach chairs available and it’s quiet and peaceful. The sargassum was an issue but the employees worked so hard every day to remove it. The food at all restaurants was good, the meat dishes are a bit on the salty side. Our favourite was sushi, the service was fantastic at all restaurants and we weren’t frozen by the A/C this time around. Cecilio and Israel are our favorite drivers that always welcomed us with smiles and were very helpful with getting my boyfriend around who had an ankle injury and needed assistance walking. The evening entertainment in the colonial lobby was fun and we liked the mix of live bands after the show. I have to mention Hemmingways where Luis makes a wonderful mayan coffee. We love this resort and can’t wait to go back.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Wonderful family holiday!

The resort was everything we’d hoped it would be. The amenities were excellent, the rooms were modern and clean, great choice of pools, yummy food and excellent service. We traveled with a toddler and had a great time. Would definitely visit again!

TRS Turquesa: Perfect place to be pampered

Beautiful resort, delicious food and friendly staff. All was perfection. Place was recommended by Jean at trip central and it was the perfect place and vacation for us. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Would go back for sure.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort Mayan Riviera Mexico

Resort was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Although, I personally like a smaller resort, and one closer to the airport, this one took us over one hour to arrive, and one and one half hrs back to airport. Took me a couple of days to (sort of) find my way around. Food was plentiful, but hot food was luke warm. We (with the exception of once) ate at the buffet.
