Iberostar Rose Hall Suites was fabulous! Beach service was the best that I have ever experienced!!! Rooms were clean and spacious. Food abundant and tasty. Beach lovely! I would go back in a Heartbeat!!

Absolutely perfect. Impeccable service from every person I encountered during my stay. Incredible food. No desire left unfulfilled. A beautiful resort that was worth ever penny. An amazing experience.

we had an incredible wk at wild orchid and are excited about going back next year! The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay!! The resort is a true reflection of being in paradise!!!!

Catalonia Montego Bay: Clean and comfortable Holiday Inn

Rooms were clean: good was standard (I'm not a big fan of All-inclusive. The service was impeccable and never questioned. The drinks were flowing, smiles all around, and families having a grand time. The night time does were OK with some surprisingly good talent on some nights. Weather was fabulous. Jamaican people were great as well! Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very nice

The resort is very nice. The food tasted good and there was a good selection of food. The rooms were clean and very nice. A few hot water problems, but as long as you weren't to picky about shower time it wasn't a big deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Because had nearly enough spots for everyone to sit, but the sand was nothing special. Nothing was close so I wouldn't suggest it for people who don't like to walk. The water was good to play in especially on the far left beach. We felt safe at the resort and nothing got stolen. If you have the money I'd suggest you book a private shuttle, Just worth it! Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great Resort

Food was very good, rooms were clean, pay the extra for the white bracelet it is worth it. Had a great time. Would recommend this resort to anyone, even has an adult pool with its own bar area. Main pool is huge.

Secrets Wild Orchid: AMAZING

Very neat and clean, breath taking view of the ocean, awesome staff, delicious food. Excellent fore vegetarians. Love everything about it. Will go again and again. If you think you deserve the best then go there.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Perfect spring getaway

First time in Jamaica this past March at the Grand Bahia Principe and wouldn't change a thing about this experience! From the shuttle ride to the poolside bars and even the store vendors, the service was impeccable! The quality and variety of food was endless and rooms were always clean. Only one complaint but minor in my opinion; the bell men upon arrival to the resort were MIA and I ended up dragging our luggage to our room. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Jamaica

Overall we were pleased with our stay. However I would not return for a few reasons. The man made beach was very disappointing and the rooms (especially the bathrooms) were run down. The staff were awesome and friendly. I would definitely go back to Jamaica, just not this particular resort.

Great Jamaican hospitality, This resort offer amazing location, good beaches and delicious food. Although property is huge in size yet very well maintained and managed. Superior drinks selection and cleanliness around is added bonus. Must visit places are Water Falls, Luminous lake and Ricks cafe in Negril.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: 2nd Honeymoon

Great time, good food, nice beach and glorious Jamica. We have stayed at the Bahia Resorts 4 times now and each experince was excellent. Keep up the good work! The hotel is beautiful and we were happy with the Don Paublo service. We are looking forward to reterning in the fall

Sandals Negril: Best resort I've ever been to!

This was by far the best experience I've had at a resort (and I've been to about 6 before). The service was top notch, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was unreal. My wife and I are both personal trainers as well so we always try to find a place with a good fitness centre and we were floored with what we found - good equipment, lots of dumbbells, and quality cardio machines as well. Overall the experience was amazing.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Wonderful Resort

This was our first visit to Jamaica and we will be returning. We visited this resort in March with another couple and had a wonderful time. The staff were courteous and friendly, the grounds very well kept and clean and the food was excellent. The resort is small and well laid out with everything quite convenient. Although this is an older resort, it has been updated nicely. It was good value for your money. We would definitely stay here again!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Not Really a 4/1/2 Hotel

This was our second visit there and I feel it is loosing ground overall.We request a block of the hotel where we wished to stay . The hotel did exactly the opposite of our wishes.Then told us that the room we wanted was an up grade.According to the website this was not so.The large beach they have was nice but has very sharp hidden rocks in the water. The food overall was good .But very very aware of a group who will try to sell you something. Riu Negril: Fantastic resort

This resort was wonderful, i travelled with my girlfriend and we were both happy with the stay. The resort is quite a ways from the airport but load up on red stripe at the bar outside the airport terminal and enjoy the scenic drive. Once there it was a fast check in and we were in our rooms in no time, our bags were about 10 minutes behind us. Beaches are great, jerk chicken is awesome. We got a taxi from the guys across the front gates to take us everywhere, ask for toni and say sean sent ya.  [... read more]He took us for a stroll down 7 mile beach, such a great walk and beer is sold for 1.25 at bars all along. We paid for a booze cruise at the scuba caribe shack cause the entire resort was raving about it and it was so much fun, an afternoon of snorkling followed by drinks, ricks cafe and a wonderful spot on the ocean to watch the sunset. Have fun!

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Great potential!!

Stayed at the Royalton March 2 - 9, 2014, my husband and I, It was our 19th wedding anniversary. I had sent an email prior to arrival requesting a queen bed and a quiet room because it was our anniversary without the kids. Upon arrival we had to take a seat, and got champagne to sip on. Reception was fine, not too long a wait, but when we got our room we did have to go back. Our room was 2 single beds which on your anniversary you would prefer not to have. Long story short we stayed where we were, as we heard other guests had worse problems than us. The manager Mr Alexander had talked to us and made it sound like he was going to do something and did absolutely nothing. On a positive note the staff were great and very accommodating, we enjoyed the ala carte restaurants, buffet was also good but lacking in service and organization. Daily entertainment at pool I found to be annoying and loud, again some improvements in a few areas will make this a great resort.

Couples Tower Isle: Wonderful Vacation

Had a wonderful week at Couples Tower Isle – if you’re considering this resort, book it! Everything was amazing. I loved the layout of the resort – pretty much everywhere you went (patio restaurant, lobby, both pools, gym etc.) you had a great view of the ocean. We paid more for this vacation than I had originally had in mind when vacation-shopping, but I think the extra money was well worth it. Between the included activities, the no-tipping, and the general high-quality of everything (i [... read more]ncluding the food), I think we came out about even compared to a less expensive resort. Service: The service was friendly and professional. I was very glad to have a no-tipping policy, and the service was actually way better than other places I’ve been where tipping was the norm. All of the staff members we encountered were fantastic. Guests: The guests will obviously differ each week, but we are a couple in our late twenties, and we didn’t feel out of place. There seemed to be people of all ages, although if you are looking for a younger ‘party’ atmosphere, this probably isn’t the place for you. Food: The food was excellent. Both Eight Rivers and Bayside were nice, although I preferred the atmosphere at Bayside. The offerings at the buffet were so good that we never made it to the Verandah restaurant. I’m a vegetarian and I had plenty of great food options no matter where I went. There was also a yummy Veggie Bar on the beach with delicious snacks and smoothies. Room: We had an ocean view room and it really did have a great ocean view! Not just a little sliver of water in the distance, but a full on ocean. It was great to sleep with the curtains open and wake up to the sun shining on the water. Watch out for the shower – the design results in water leaking onto the bathroom floor unless you aim the showerhead towards the shower wall. Dunn Rivers Falls: Seeing as there’s no extra charge to do this activity, I’d recommend it. It was fun, although very touristy and they kind of rush you through. Buy a cheap pair of water shoes at home or bring a pair of old sneakers you don’t mind getting wet/swimming in. Also, you get completely soaked, so just wear your bathing suit and don’t bring your sunglasses or other things you can lose. They let you keep your bag on the bus, which the bus driver from the resort stays with, so you can leave any extra stuff you brought there. The vendors on the way out of the park are very aggressive/tricky – just ignore them. They will shake your hand and then physically try to pull you into their shop. Or they will give you something and tell you it’s “free”, but then they will follow you back to the bus asking for a “tip”. Gym/yoga: I tried one of the yoga classes, and although it wasn’t really my ‘style’, they did have a proper yoga teacher (not just some poor staff member assigned to try to teach yoga), so that was nice. Yoga classes were 7:30am and 4pm Mon-Fri. I only went to the gym once, but it was modern and clean and had a view of the pool and ocean. Other: For some reason we received $200 resort credit, which we only found out about when we were checking out. Not quite sure what this was all about, or if everyone gets it, but I’d suggest checking out with enough time to go to the gift shop/photo shop in case you do get this mysterious credit to spend. Nice little surprise at the end of our trip and I was very happy to be able to buy some of the nice photos the photographer had taken.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: 3 star hotel

The hotel and food are three star, but the beach is beautiful. The price is way too high for what they offer. The grounds are not impressive and there is very little entertainment. This beautiful beach needs a complete overall of the hotel, food, entertainment and staff.

Sunset Beach Resort and Spa: Noisy party

The beach was nice and daytime activities (snorkeling, games,etc.) were fun. The night time shows were fun too, but music blasted on into the night so we couldn't sleep when we wanted to. Also got food poisoning from the buffet meal.

Couples Swept Away: Amazing Resort!!!

We went to Couples Swept Away for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. This resort was so beautiful, people were friendly and it felt like being part of a family. Beach was amazing, this was our first time on 7 mile beach and we look forward to coming back to this great place. Foam mattresses are great and you get to float on them in the water if you wish. We enjoyed the water sports (lots to chose from) and they were also very close and easy to find. Restaurants were excellent, great service [... read more] throughout the resort.
