Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Heaven on earth resort!

The view from our room was absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the water at the beach was breathtaking, the pool was also very nice! I would strongly recommmend staying on the luxury side. It was peaceful and beautiful!! The only thing I would recommend improving is the butler services which were poor. I do not know who was our assigned butler during our stay on this resort and it was challenging to get things brought up to our room (ex. drinks, food). Sandals South Coast: Great resort for couples in Jamaica

Great spot for couples in need to relax. Very clean and top notch resort with excellent services. I would recommend the concierge level rooms, as you get the extra mile from a service and amenities perspective. Food was excellent . Do not forget to visit cafe de Paris for great pastries and cappuccinos . Although the beach was eroded at certain areas with alguaes and jellyfish at times, we took advantage of every water sports, especially sailing.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: very pleasant resort to vacation at

the hotel was very nice, had a hard time getting clean towelsand face cloths, had to call everyday to get them, but other than that everything was good. Pool was very nice and clean. did not like the fact that at night you had to walk outside to go to the entertainment.

My first trip with my kids and wanted to make a memorable experience and this resort made this happen we where treated wonderful and had a lot of fun. From the staff to the food, rooms made are trip amazing and we will diffidently would love to go back there. Thanks for everything

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Awesome resort

The room was great, the a la carte's and buffet were amazing, the grounds were well kept, the pool was huge, "the biggest pool I've ever seen". I can keep going on but no need to say we had a great time. Obviously there were minor issues like any resorts. But we achieved what we set out to achieve, and that was to relax, enjoy the views and have a great time.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: very nice resort

Friendly staff,good location,amazing beach,and good snorkelling.They had many activities,and I saw a lot of people participating.The glass bottom boat ride complimentary offered is a big bonus.We enjoyed it. We were very pleased with the overall service.

Sandals Inn: lovely and warm

Small but nicely appointed. Excellent customer service from all staff. Stayed there for Christmas 2013, opted for butler service, good for some things such as making dinner reservations for us, full service by the pool. Would not get butler service next time, a bit too much. The hotel is quiet. For those who need loud music, sport activities and games, you would be better any of the other two resorts. Sunset Beach Resort and Spa: ok reort

This was an ok resort for the money we payed.Food was good but spicey.The beach seemed small.The staff were very friendly but the resort could use a touch up.Entertainment was very good.People were very friendly

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Not what we expected!

Room was ok but the bathroom was bad. In the bathroom selling was brocken, lightfixture was brocken and rusty the shower did not use at all got chills when i opented the shower door...jacuzzi tub was new and had a pull out shower...the pillow case and bed sheets had moled on it really bad for someone with allergies and asthma. When we got the room was not clean properly....box of cigarets from previos clients in the room. Asked for a new room and got one on the lady hamilto side and same conditi [... read more]ons ... So we did not take a new room supervisor came in the room to see the issues and asked us to give them 2hr...the room was spotless and maintainece issues were fixed but still did not use shower. For the rest of the stay rooms where cleaned twice a day. This was villa 21! My parents stayed at villa 20 and was ok room! The 3 buffe restaurants they have on site hade the same food for breakfast lunch and dinner and no new choices the next day so eating same breakfast and lunch for a week. A lacarte was 1 hour wait and another 45min until you get the food. One morning the salad bowel was black filled with small flies ... Just discussting! To summe everything up they take all the money and do not invest anything in the resort. My parents stayed two weeks and after we left resort had inspection and changes where made. I would not go back there! I have been othere countries and this was by far the worest I have seen ... After all we got a free couple massage from the resorts managar and 300 west jet dollars to use towards our next vacation!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: My favorite resort!!!

This Spring marked my fourth visit to the Royal Decameron Montego Bay.I love that this resort is on a smaller scale! The grounds are always well cared for,and the people that work there are always friendly,pleasant and you feel well looked after.I really like that the resort is only ten minutes from the airport!!!

Catalonia Montego Bay: Wonderful experience for first visit to Jamaica

Friendly and helpful staff. Grounds kept immaculate. Loved our room location. Poolside bar had excellent snack food. Jerk hut a must try. Very relaxing vacation for our first visit to Jamaica. Plan on returning.

Riu Negril: Loooooooooooove Riu Negril

Riu Negril - A Resort to chill out on Bloody Bay. The food is Excellent, the drinks are plentiful, the staff is very Friendly; always smiling and there to help you. The entertainment staff is full of energy from the morning on the beach to the shows at night. Love that the resort is on Bloody Bay and the last one on the stretch. Enjoyed the long walks on the beach. Riu Negril is always clean, clean, clean. Beautiful rooms all the time. It's our 7th time there and will return again. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort!

We had absolutely no complaints with this hotel. It was super clean, so clean that we will be back with our children. Every staff we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic with several choices. The pool, activities and beach were amazing!

Legends Beach Resort: 20th Trip to Jamaica - First time to Iberostar

I enjoyed the hotel, staff was freindly and entertainment was great. I book 2-3 trips per year with Trip Central as they always have the best pricing from Toronto. I got this trip for a good price but may have been disappointed if I had paid top dollar as I thought it was a little more upscale than it was. Having said that I really liked the hotel and have no complaints.

Beaches Negril Resort and Spa: Good time for families

First, the people of Negril are fantastic. So nice and accommodating! The room was great and clean. The pools were ok, not much to write home about. The restaurant on the beach and the Venetian restaurant were fantastic and the grill by the pool with the water slides had amazing fries and jerk chicken!! But the best part, the absolute BEST, part was the beach. Miles and miles of the softest sand and the most incredible water. I'd go back just for that!!

Rooms on the Beach Negril: A 'Very Good' Value Resort

Enjoyed ouselves emmensely for first timers at Rooms Negril. Never having stayed 3 star non all inclusive we werent really sure what to expect - but they really met and or exceeded all aspects of our stay! It is important to remember that this is not a 4-5 star resort and that you must be preapred for all the little hiccups that you may/will encounter along the way. Staff: friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Be prepared to wait sometimes for your room to be cleaned and fresh towels. [... read more] Everything happens in Jamaican time and pace. Beach/Pool towels and lounge chairs: first come,first serve - could wait up to an hour Beach: Beautiful!!! nicely located and near enough to town/mall if needed. WARNING!: depending upon your room location and what night of the week - IT CAN BE VERY NOISY at night (thankfully not every night) from the surrounding bars, music and "wildlife" Also, our safe was not operational and the sliding door lock needed to be and was repaired once we brought it to the staffs attention. Continental Breakfast: was adequate - mostly a variety of breads, muffins and fruits! Substantial enough to get the drinks flowing. We purchased our alcohol and mix from either of the shops right across the street or just down the beach. Local Cuisine: was excellent every where we went. We went to a different place every night for dinner including trying the many Jerk Chicken BBQ's which are everywhere! Average meal price $6-$10. YOU MUST not expect 5 star facilities and service and you wont be disappointed. We loved our stay and will be back again at the same resort in the same room again next year!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 3 stars resort

No wifi, small beach, bad alcohol, the pool are great... It was ok, no more then that, everything was ok, nothing was amazing, I will not recommend it to my friends... 1 and a half hour from the airport!!

The Oasis at Sunset: Great Resort

I would recommend this resort. Food, property and service was amazing. Loved the beach areas and the private beach at the end of the property. Only negative for my husband is that you can't smoke on your balcony and have to go outside to a smoking area and this was annoying for him.

Sandals Montego Bay: Tropical Paradise

It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a more romantic celebration. The resort was great, and the staff catered to our every whim. It was an absolutely awesome place, from mouth watering food in the fine dining rooms, to the beautiful beach and very tasty drinks from the many bars. All the staff are outstanding! We will return here for sure. Can't wait until next time. A very friendly and happy place. Loved it.
