Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: First Trip to Mexico

We stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum. This was our first time in Mexico and our 2nd all inclusive trip ever. We enjoyed the resort. The property is very well maintained and the food is plentiful. Our room was always cleaned and the employees were very courteous and helpful. We would definitely not hesitate to stay at this resort again.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: not worth the cash

The resort is beautiful, and the food is very good, the beach is very bad stony and shallow and very pretty to look at. The snorkeling beach did make up for the lackluster so called "luxury" side beach. Unfortunately my friend and i did have some issues upon arrival at the hotel. First we were checked in "en mass" which was annoying as there were quite a lot of people and we had to wait a long time before we were given our room key, we also had to wait for really long time for our welcome d [... read more]rinks which i think some unfortunates never even received. When we were finally given our room key we discovered that there was already someone assigned to that room, we had to go all the way back to the lobby to a staff that looked annoyed and not at all apologetic and assigned another room, which was a King bed, again wrong as my friend and i had asked for double beds. so we had to make another trek back to the lobby carrying our heavy bags and they told us that we never asked for the double beds they are at capacity too bad so sad.... please come back tomorrow ... we went back to the lobby for 3 days before they finally gave us another room. It was just an awfully frustrating experience... for a 5 star hotel this level of service is surprisingly bad. don't waste your money. this hotel is not worth it.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Another perfect vacation

1st time visiting Sian Ka'an but 6th in the row for GB properties. Had a standard room on the top floor with a pool view. We loved everything - the modern room, very friendly staff, good food and amazing beach.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Beautiful resort

Great resort. Not to big. Not to small. Great service, super friendly, amazing food. I would go back for a third time in a heart beat. It is in a great location not super far from the airport but not super close. The hotel has great staff to help with anything from day trips to questions about the hotel. Best hotel I have ever been too.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Wasn't bad but I have experienced way better

The beaches were small and rocky the food was a lot less than expected in flavour and the nightly entertainment was very poor! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody... To make things even worse it rained almost every day.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful amazing resort

First of all the grounds are incredible, well kept and mature. Rooms are nice if a little dark, could use a lighting upgrade. Food in a la cartes real good, buffet good. Beach and pool, at least at the Ambar, are as good as you get. My only complaint was with the pool bar service, I'll politely call it slow.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Worst service we've ever experienced.

This is the worst vacation resort we've ever visited. The experience started with us being ushered into a small room for a speech about the resort. This was followed by arriving to a dirty room which was not ready. When they said it was ready, the room was still dirty. Every night we were eaten by bugs and woke up with marks all over us and our faces which was extremely embarrassing. The service was the worst I've ever seen. We'd arrive at breakfast without any offer of coffee or water most mor [... read more]nings. The buffets were terrible. Most days we struggled to find something to eat. i could continue to complain but I'd rather just warn you never to visit.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Beautiful resort

Nice size rooms, clean and updated. Food was good, service was A+. Only thing I didn't like was smoking was permitted anywhere outside. Would also have liked to see the entertainment be done outside rather than indoors.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: A WEEK IN PARADISE

WE STAYED THE WEEK OF MAY 13TH, 2016. WE HAD VISITED SEVERAL BAHIA RESORTS IN THE SOUTH, BUT THIS WAS THE VERY BEST. FOOD AND DRINKS WERE GREAT. ROOM LOCATION IN BUILDING 90 WAS WHAT WE ASKED FOR. .WE HAD DINNER IN 5 SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS ALL WERE EXCELLENT. TRANSPORTATION AROUND THE RESORT, IS VERY EFFICIENT AND CONVENIENT.WE INTEND TO COME BACK TO THIS RESORT ANOTHER TIME.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing

Beautiful resort and wonderful service. A few minor imperfections like no bath towels in our room one day and not enough coffe supplie repenished daily but over all an amazing time at this resort. Beach is small on the adults side.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Nice Resort

Good food, especially at the the A la carte restaurants. House wines are terrible. If you don't tip the maid for the day, you won't get your room clean. Overall rating, fair to Average. The owner needs to do some updating on bathtubs. I love the fresh coconuts. I will probably go back if they do some renovations on their tubs.

All facets of the resort was excellent, Staff always smiling and accommodating. Restaurants were good. I would recommend this resort if you want some down time and be pampered at the same time. I will revisit.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Great Resort, wonderful service!

Enjoyed our stay overall, despite number of flaws that are created by the management for whatever reason. The food, the people who served us (especially in the restaurant and entertaining team were just great. The place is gorges and I like that you need to walk up and down all the time (unless you are lazy and taking shuttle). One BIG think: limited internet!!! Come on. we are in 21st century. Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Really beautiful Resort

The hotel is mostly new and the ground maintenance is awesome. Staff is friendly, food is good to great and entertainment is nightly at this resort and at the neighboring resorts. Shuttles all the time to move you from here to there and everywhere. We've been twice, and the things I love the most are the resorts peacefulness and beauty. The rooms can be a little musty, but staff will accommodating room changes.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: It was Big and Beautiful

It was my first time in a resort that large my travel agent Agela reassured me it was great an well laid out. I loved loved loved it. The grounds the pools the resturants and the beach were top notch. We will be back.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: DR - PC

Grounds were bigger than we had expected. Our hotel (luxury bahia principe esmeralda) was small which was very nice. The food was food but certainly not great. The beach-like pool was fantastic for children and if you're willing to make the trek up to the kids water park it's definitely worth it for an afternoon or morning. The entire staff were incredibly friendly and extremely nice to the kids, we were impressed with their attention to kids.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Holy Heaven

When they say 'Luxury Bahia Principe' they are not lying! Everything was perfect!! We lived by the Infinity Pool all day long; bar service provided by the greatest bar team (Rocio and Isaisis) delicious Corales Buffet directly beside pool, and a beautiful ocean breeze! The alá cartes were really nice, the French was our favorite (dress code in effect). Be sure to book early if u don't want to eat at the buffet all week. Rooms and grounds were spacious and clean. Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: The resort was excellent

The resort paid attention to detail. The staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms cleaned and restocked everyday. Beautiful beach pool was kept up. Enough beach chairs for everyone. Excellent overall !!!!

We had read many positive reviews about this resort ,also our agent highly recommended it.We were more than pleasantly surprised the Luxury Bahia Principe is by far the nicest resort we have ever been to, we cannot say enough about the staff throughout the resort always smiling and always greeting you with Hola. Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Great time

Awesome resort just a little larger than we are use to. Three large beautiful pools. Nice beach. Pristine grounds. Staff was a little less attentive than our stay at smaller resorts but overall great value for the price.
