Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Beautiful resort

This resort did not disappoint in any way... clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautifully landscaped, amazing staff, great beach, wonderful pool, delicious food... And best of all.... face cloths in the lobby bathroom! I thought this was an awesome touch for freshening up! We spent seven days of total relaxation and are planning to return in the future.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Great resort super clean

Everything at this resort was spectacular other than having to make reservations for meals at restaurants that was impossible to get into. You would have to reserve online several weeks before going.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Wonderful resort

As it was my partner's first all inclusive, I really wanted it to be amazing. He was very pleased as was I. From the rooms to the staff and the food. From the beach to the pool. Everything was top notch.

Secrets Cap Cana: Heaven on Earth

Amazing hotel, close to airport, beautiful private beach, lots of activities but not the party atmosphere....extremely relaxing and you are treated like royalty. The food is incredible and the staff go out of their way to make you feel special!! No need to go anywhere else!!

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort: Beautiful, but work to do

Resort was beautiful and good layout. Smell wasn’t that bad, but there definitely was a smell in the lobby and some hallways for a couple of days. Hotel staff were hit or miss, most were pleasant and nice, but some of them were just unhappy to be alive on particular days. I did experience some rude and unappreciative guests, so trying to give the benefit of doubt here. Beach and pool chairs... I honestly thought the other reviewers may have exaggerated, but not so. Found myself heading  [... read more]down to the pool at dawn to secure a spot, going back to bed and then coming back around 8ish to about a 1/3 full chair area, which would mostly fill up by about 11. Lots of towels on chairs and guests who did not arrive until noon or later - disappointing given the “no reserving” signs everywhere. Staff try to mitigate as much as possible and are helpful when asked to find some space. Dinner reservations were made the morning after we arrived so no issues there and would have been great to know when activities or shows were happening at the hotel. No real information except for a few of them listed on the TV or digital boards spread across the grounds. Coffee shop was great! Water park was fun and otherwise, a relaxing vacation.

Rooms not stocked very poor check in service, ie do not respond to problems in room. 3 toilets in beach area for well over 200 people half time no water to flush or wash hands. For a new resort poorly maintained

Impressive Punta Cana: Service could be better.

Found the resort very beautiful and well-kept at first impression everything seem to be very well maintained. Until the sales pitch started constantly pressure to upgrade buying packages for future vacations, constantly pressuring everywhere we went while walking around the resort, either too purchase excursions, visit the spa for massage Etc. Only to reach the lobby to be confronted by Hotel staff looking to steal you yet again further upgrades and massages. If only the service with the staff even with simple things as receiving a drink before you finish your meal in buffet or at a la carte match the scenery of the beautiful Resort & Country. What a shame

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Beautiful

This place is amazing for kids and adults, lots and lots to do. The food is alright. And the entertainment Is really good as well. I only wish they had like a beach bar/snack bar. This was really the only thing I wasn’t to thrilled about.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Great resort for families & adults only

Large white sand beach, many different restaurants (Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish, Sports restaurant, etc.), & activities (mini-golf, golf, bowling, tennis, basketball, water sports, sailing, canoeing, etc.) many pools, water park for kids, many bars, 2 large theaters with great shows every night. Hotel is large with many different buildings so you never feel cramped up with people around, hotel rooms are very nice and beach chairs are always easily available with good shade from many palm [... read more] trees. In all, a great hotel. We stayed in the adult section but had access everywhere on the family site.

Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites: Great Resort - Great Vacation!

We have visited this resort many times. Our last visit was in 2018, just prior to the resort renovations. Our most recent visit was 24 February - 4 March 2020. The changes to the resort are wonderful. Bright and airy colours, everything new and refreshed. We stayed in the Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites side and had a room on the second floor of our building. The ceilings are vaulted, lots of light, bright and light colours make the room feel large and cool. We ate at several of the a la carte restaurants for dinner and the Saona Buffet for breakfast. We noticed that there are improved choices for food from our last visit. There are more made to order options at the buffet and lots of other healthy eating options. Similar for the a la carte restaurants. Anna at the Saona Buffet was great! Animation staff were great. They provided fun beach aerobics and dance lessons daily. The gym has been enlarged and has lots of good equipment-cardio, weights, etc. We enjoyed the new entertainment area located at the front of the resort. You can sit under the stars and listen to a band every night. What I really go for is the wonderful beach. Velvet-soft sand. Lots of palapa and lounge chairs. Not too many other resorts nearby. You can walk on the beach for 30 minutes before coming to another resort. The staff keep the beach rally clean. All the beach facilities are kept very clean. We had a great time, and will return again!

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Beautiful resort

My husband and I really enjoyed the resort. Our room was located on the quieter side of the resort the food was amazing the staff were friendly it was a very relaxing time for us. During the 3 days of downpours the staff made every effort to clean up the numerous floods of water they seemed to be overwhelmed at times but handled it the best way they could. Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Mother & Daughters week in paradise!

The Hotel really is beautiful, very clean! Which was my main concern. The food was fabulous which was my second concern; and being that we were there (2 females without a male) I had a bit of fear for safety, but I can say it felt very safe right from the start. But what did happen was very unexpected because I’ve never experienced any “bumps” in the roads on any other vacations I’ve been on, I’m adding this to my review because I did read many of them before going and never seen anyt [... read more]hing on mishaps which if I would have I could have better prepared myself by asking more questions, and having back up plans in place. So first off, our connector flight was cancelled due to weather so we scrambled to get to Toronto from Windsor to catch the main flight, then when we got there they told us that our whole trip was no longer in the system!! Ugh so we had to be re ticketed and called the hotel to make sure they still had us on the books, all worked out but very stressfully, then when we got to the hotel we had a beautiful room with a great view but it only had one bed, which I booked two beds so I brought this to the attention of the folks at the front desk, they moved us the next day and all seemed well, except the view wasn’t that great we were now looking at the resort next to ours, and it was actually the break area and loading dock of the resort next to ours, so I wasn’t happy but thought well no big deal, then the first night the noise of the workers on break and the trucks coming and going, idling , and beeping when backing up kept me up for hours, I mentioned this to the front desk and they were willing to move us again but it just seemed to be too much to go through again, they ended up compensating us with a bottle of rum and a couple of travels mugs (better than a kick in the pants) so we just decided to deal with the noise, and make the most of it. To sum it all up we enjoyed every minute of the vacation, regardless of the mishaps, next time I will confirm prior to going that we are getting what we ordered. Life is too short to let the little things wreck the big picture 😁 Hope this review is helpful

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana: Amazing resort

Have been going to the DR for over thirty years and this was the best place we have ever been at. The food was delicious and service by the staff fantastic. The view from our room was fantastic. The bus ride to and from the resort was only ten minutes , the shortest we have experienced to date. No wristbands required and could walk in to any restaurant with out any reservations.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Great family resort

Very family friendly. Beach was fantastic. Jr suite very close to everything, beach, pool, buffet, main building. Fun in the casino where only free wifi available. Food was good, nice variety. Would go back again!

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Very good

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Amazing Resort, Room

Grounds were immaculate. Rooms leave much to be desired (lack shelving and room for storage of different items). Hot water was lacking as we never knew when it was going to be on. Power interruptions and no water on some days. Washroom shower area is lacking in any safety features. Towels, in washroom area were not sufficiently supplied. ie hand towels, face cloths. Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort: Nice Vacation

We enjoyed our time and the best was all the staffs. Always helping with a big smile. The food was great we enjoyed Rodizio 2 times ,Bellini,Blue Lagoon,Casablanca and pearl buffet was great. indochine was just ok. The resorts was big and nice. The beach wasn't big but we did enjoyed the waves and the VIP section with the cabana and jacuzzis was amazing. Drinks,food,sushi and again great service.

Zel Punta Cana - All Suites: great resort

staff was friendly,helpful and willing to get what we asked for. bars were well stock, no lines waiting and plenty to drink. plenty of chairs on the beach and the pools. rooms were big, bar fridge was full. food was good at the buffet , specialty dinning was very good

Ocean Blue and Sand: Great location

The best about this place are the workers at the pool, bars, restaurants and buffet. They are all hard workers and always have a smile on their faces. Both pools are very enjoyable and the beach is so so.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Excellent resort

I do recommend Now Onyz everything was excellent the food the service the employees are always there to offer a drink. I would go back. The pools were clean night entertainment was very good. Lots of activity if you want to participate.
