Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Fantastic Week!

Our stay at the Iberostar was great! The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and responsible. Infinity pool with clean recliner chairs. There is also a lazy river that you can go around.

Loved everything about it...would definitely stay at a riu again and recommend it to all my friends and familie.....can't wait to return ...friendly staff and always helpful. .and can't forget how great all the food and drinks were...

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fun Times in Jamaica-Royal Golden Club

Food and drinks were amazing. People are very friendly and helpful. Grounds and pool very clean. Whirlpool in room didn't work and no remote for TV (asked 3 times, never got one). A la cartes were pre-booked and booked too late.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very Solid Resort

Enjoyed the hotels expansive grounds, nice food, reasonable service. Beach sand quality isn't as nice as you'd hope and the hotel populace is largely centered around the impressive pool, however you won't find yourself longing for the sea!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Our Dream Vacation!

This Hotel was totally amazing! The worker's were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The huge white pillars, beautiful pool area and variety of entertainment and restaurants made it a dream vacation. Our room was nice, had a huge bed with French doors to the balcony, a Jacuzzi and television. There were a variety of Restaurants from Italian to Chinese with delicious foods. The only thing was I wish there was more sand and room to lay on the beach. Food and drinks were easily accessible and always made with a smile. Shaw Park: Great Vacation!

This was our second time to Shaw Park. The food was great, room was clean but don't expect a 5 star, remember it's a 3 star. If you are ok with that, go for it you will enjoy this quiet relaxing hotel!

Secrets St James: Excellent Resort

Great Food, lots of different choices.Room services for food and drinks was great..they just kept bringing the Red Stripe beer. All employees were friendly and helpful., rooms were great.. Nothing bad to say..

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fantastic!

We had a great time on our vacation to the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort and Spa in February 2014. The grounds were beautiful, staff were friendly and the food was amazing!! There was a great selection of off-resort tours as well. I did read some other reviews that talked about all the walking. We stayed in one of the furthest rooms and it took a maximum 2-3 minutes to walk to the lobby.

Moon Palace Jamaica: Very Nice - Great Trip

This Hotel was very nice and it was a good price, close to the city and walking distance to shops and parties. The view was nice and the food was goof our room was also very clean. One thing that we didn't like was the loud air conditioners on the roof you could hear them in your room at night.

Moon Palace Jamaica: Awesome friendly staff!

Great location...close to shopping. Great food...awesome service. Nice pools! Rooms need some updating but I didn't notice it from the beach! Lots of activity for all ages-travelled with a teenager...

Catalonia Montego Bay: Good Resort

The resort had many locations to sit at the beach with mini bars close by at each location. The food was average with different selections. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and fairly modern although some of the travelers were complaining about their rooms not as clean.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Not so Grand anymore....

Tired property that I am sure was once excellent. Certainly not a 5 star as rated. Stayed one night then switched to the Riu next door. Rooms were tired (bathrooms very updated though) and smelled very musty. Food looked sketchy.

Rooms On The Beach: Great little resort

Location ideal for walking. Great staff, clean rooms. Best part was hotel-based tour guide - Kirk - who was very reasonable & dedicated to cater to our interests. Breakfast was sufficient though a stingy with jam & butter & gluten intolerance could have been accommodated with local products. Some guests supplied their own peanut butter,

Moon Palace Jamaica: Sunset Jamaica Grande

This was our second time at this resort and we had an awesome time. Definately not a five star but very nice. The rooms are clean and have been updated. I would suggest requesting the south tower as it is newer and apparently much nicer and closer to the beach. The food was good, no complaints! The staff are friendly and accomodating. This resort is right on the Ocho Rios Main street so great to walk to shopping and entertainment as well as many tourist attractions and restaurants. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Okay

Service was great and the best poolside service I've had. Our room had double beds and no availablility to change them in an adults only section, there should be kings available. Adults only area was accessible by all guests walking through to their rooms. No separate pool bar and a la carts had buffet starters and desserts.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Beautiful resort

This resort was very well maintained including the best beach and water for cleanliness(no grass or rocks in water).The restaurants were very clean but the system for booking is totally outdated(standing inline at 7:30 am for the next day??) the only thing they need to do is add some bathrooms at or near the beach as you have to walk all the way back to almost the front desk!

Moon Palace Jamaica: The Wedding Beach Hotel

Overall the grounds are what you would expect for the hotel rate, they were fine, the food good with great variety. Lacked good WIFI, not available in the rooms. Beach was good and big property. Walking distance to everything.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton, Jamaica

We had fantastic time, the food was superb the Ala carte restaurants did not require advance reservation as it was first come first serve so many to choose from, the rooms were spacious and very clean, staff and customer response to our needs were very timely, although the resort is very spacious, you had a choice to walk to your favorite spot or ride. We wouldn't have any problem recommending this resort to our family and friends.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Very Nice Resort

Amazing Beaches and pools, The staff was great, The property is clean and well managed. The day time entertainment was engaged and lively, some of the evening shows could have been better. The food had a nice mix... but could have been more local.. Really enjoyed the Jerk Hut.... Yummy!!

Riu Negril: All you could want and more!

We stayed at the Club Riu Hotel in beautiful Negril, Jamaica. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty with an upgraded room. Food was excellent as well as the staff. There is a fish sanctuary on the resort where you can see fish in their natural habitat. I have stayed at the resort 4 times now and will be going back in February.
