Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: great resort

This hotel has great service, all workers are very friendly, it is easy to book and pre book each day for all restaurant. the concierges are extremely on the ball. the ground are kept real clean.Free WIFI everywhere is absolutely great and free bar fridge and safe are great features.

Dreams Huatulco: Beautiful resort and weather!

The pools over looking the ocean were so functional and beautiful! The chairs were comfortable but a little weathered as were the Umbrellas… that being said, the staff were there to help immediately and the combination of sun and shade and a bar that was close by made for a perfect place to rest and socialize. We enjoyed snorkelling and seeing the beautiful fish (until the jellyfish came to visit) … the restaurants were delicious and we enjoyed paint night and the bands as well as pool aero [... read more]bics and stretching/yoga classes. Fun fun! Staff were very nice and accommodating… will plan to go back.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Beautiful Resort!

We visited the Valentine Imperial Maya a week ago. We had a wonderful time and the covid precautions taken were very good. Basically you had to wear masks within restaurants until you were seated or in main lobby areas. And the food was very good. There is a buffet for breakfast and lunch some items are served on little plates that you can help yourself to and other items are served out by the kitchen staff. There was also a steakhouse at the restaurant by the beach which serves as in all the cart during the day for breakfast and lunch. The food carts or should I say food trucks poolside were amazing. The beef tacos are a must try. There is also an amazing coffee shop that has all kinds of drinks hot cold frozen also have really delicious ice cream. This is open most of the day and the best part is room service is 24 hour so there's quite a variety of a menu for that. Don't forget to try the churro cart in the Courtyard area by the restaurants in the evening. Entertainment was great everybody was Is super friendly. Very safe resort and we did not feel uncomfortable once and I would highly recommend it.

Ocean Maya Royale: Highly recommend resort

Everything was maintained we called to get air conditioning to get fixed and was done quickly . Food was typical resort nothing special or nothing bad. Overall we had a great vacation staff all very helpful and good service.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: A very pleasant stay

Very pleasant surroundings. Small, 4-unit buildings scattered throughout a well maintained tropical park with stone paths and lush vegetation around. Clean swimming pools, lobby area, a spacious buffet restaurant with no walls - airy and open. Excellent food. Crystal clear sea water with lots of fish visible (unless there are waves – then visibility drops). The best access to the water is from a pier due to coral rocks at the water edge. You can arrange snorkel trips (55 U$ per person)  [... read more]to be picked up from the hotel pier. Hobie catamarans available free of charge if you are comfortable to operate them yourself.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Great resort with amazing staff

Wonderful resort with amazing staff and service. We first visited the resort a out 15 years ago and loved it even more this time around (we took our two teenage sons , who also really enjoyed Sirenis), they enjoyed the disco and the many bars and lounge areas. The Japanese dinner was a highlight of our trip. Checo was our concierge and he went out of his way to make out trip fantistic (as did all the Grand Sirenis staff).

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Great resort with amazing staff

Huge resort with many activities and wonderful location, we really enjoyed the a la cart restaurants and the staff was very helpful and friendly always going out of their way to assist. This is our second trip to this resort and it was even better this time around.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Well deserved vacation

2nd time at this resort. Wonderful staff and delicious food! Appreciated that restaurants opened earlier than at most other resorts and that masking policy was strictly enforced in all restaurants. Numerous pools, but we spent most of our time at the beach. Any negatives are so minor and not worth commenting on after the last 2 years we’ve experienced. It was a wonderful vacation!

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Clean but disorganized

I stayed at Barcelo Maya beach March 2022. Clean resort, very nice place. Very big! I was impressed with the report itself and the services offered. So much to do and I don’t even think I saw the entire place before I left! I got married at the resort on this trip and had planned a destination wedding at this resort in advanced. My wedding coordinator (Angel) was amazing through the whole process! He was able to help rectify so many issues upon check in. The resort had literally messed up [... read more] every room for booking and had everyone in the wrong rooms and wrong departure dates. Much of my holiday was spent at the front desk dealing the notes mistakes. I thank Angel for fixing many of these issues as well. Unfortunate when you spend thousands of dollars on top of your package to get married and upon arrival it was only mistakes for the resort. I would return, but I hope the hotel continues to provide training for I assume all newer staff.

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Exceptional Resort

The Friendly Vallarta was everything the name implies. All staff were more than willing to assist in all of my needs. The food, location and the size of the resort was much better than anticipated. A very private oasis but outside within walking distance to the stores and restaurants. I will defiantly go back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

El Cozumeleno Beach: Excellent resort

Check in was quick just be aware there is an island fee of about $50/week. they take a room deposit of $150 which is returned at the end of your stay. Everything was very clean, all staff wore masks and were continually cleaning the floors as well as the tables and chairs. Staff was very friendly and were constantly asking, at the beach and pool, if you wanted anything to eat or drink. They served people the same whether or not they were being tipped. The snorkeling right off the beach wa [... read more]s good however if you went down the beach, go in by the Westin hotel and you could just float along the reef back to El Cozumeleno. The option of an a la carte supper was great, food was excellent with a lot of variety and the menu changed every two days. The service form the wait staff was awesome particularly the Maitre D - Jaime. Testing for covid was easy with a rapid test result in 2 hours and a certificate provided for proof. We would definitely go back.

El Cozumeleno Beach: El Cozumeleno Beach

The Hotel was big in size very clean. The location was good and the beach and pools were beautiful, the ocean was clean and gorgeous. The food had no taste and often had no real limes, I saw cans of pineapple instead of fresh pineapple. Lack of variety of food. The kitchen ran out of guacamole almost everyday and no fresh avocados or mangos was available Only one choice of wine( house blend) even though there was an empty Merlot bottle advertised. Great with omelette stations and great worker [... read more]s.Loved that they brought in the espresso machine as the one in the bar kept breaking. The workers was friendly, safe,efficient and hard workers. I did noticed that the supervisor or managers seemed unfriendly and harsh towards workers. The hotel rooms was spacious but run down. Leaking air conditioning Water pressure was bad in the showers. The Ceilings had water damages and smelled like mildew.

Camino Real Zaashila: Peaceful sanctuary

This is the perfect quieter resort to get away for a peaceful vacation. I chose this older resort to get away from the hustle and bustle of the other larger resorts. The staff here were helpful and attentive. There was something for everyone where dishes and meals were concerned. Lots of fresh fruit. Drinks were plentiful. There was no jockeying for beach chairs. The rooms and grounds were well maintained. I felt safe walking about the resort and town centre. Everyone was masked at the time I wa [... read more]s there. Even though the waters were a little rough at times during high tide, there was a little cove where it was calmer and I could swim, as I am not a strong swimmer. The pool was lovely too. I would definitely return to this resort.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Great Holiday

Grounds very clean and well kept, rooms clean. Stairs definitely were a challenge at moments, but shuttles were readily available. Staff very nice and friendly. Layout of resort is very different, but it provides a nice variety for walking, swimming etc. Covid protocols were strictly adhered to. Food was good in buffet and in a la carte restaurants. Over all a very good family vacation. Make sure to go into Santa Cruz and La Crucecita, restaurants great especially on beach.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Terrible Resort

My vacation at this resort was the most terrible experience. The horrible customer service, poor quality food, lack of cleanliness and the unprofessionalism of management was like no other. We arrived to two dirty rooms, sand on the floor and in the sheets of the bed, hair in the shower, dirty bathroom counters and no towels. The restaurants do not accept reservations. Instead you wait for more than an hour in line, then another 1.5-2 hours to be served very unpleasant tasting food. We contacted tripcentral abs air Transat in attempt to move resorts after the first night but no Indy would take accountability to help even though we purchased the optimal cancellation plan. Las Brisas Huatulco: good

grounds were beautiful, very clean, staff were great. beaches were awesome, really enjoyed the lounge entertainment. did not feel the food was up to a 4 1/2 or 5 star resort. a lot of stairs, would not recommend to someone with mobility issues.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Great resort

Beautiful resort with Mayan style art, pretty fountains and basins, smart design. I enjoyed the access to the 4 hotels - lobbies each have different Mexican themes. Rooms are clean and well-appointed, service is friendly but a bit slow, lineups at the pool bar. Hard to book the a-la-carte restaurants - the seafood one has great food.

Ocean Maya Royale: Nice resort, not great beaches

Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend in March. The resort itself was wonderful! Staff were friendly and helpful, grounds were well maintained and clean, rooms were clean and nice. The 2 pools were great, one was a party pool with music and swim up bar and the other was 1-2 feet deep and more relaxed vibe. Was disappointed in the lack of chairs around the pool and beach. There was never any available. The only reason that we got chairs was because we upgraded to the privilege, and they had th [... read more]eir own canopy beds and chairs on the beach. Other than that, the privilege wasn't a huge upgrade and would not recommend doing it. The beach property was very small and had a lot of seaweed, which they were trying to clean but it was a lot. So just wish there was more beach front to the property. The food was really good, even the buffet was great! Would highly recommend the hibachi a la carte, for sure was our favourite meal. Go early to any show, especially the beach shows, as there is also limited seating for that. The shows themselves weren't that great. Ive been to about 8 other all inclusive's and the nightly shows here were probably the worst I've seen. Not horrible, but not great. I would recommend this place, but I probably would not return, as for the price we paid, nothing stood out as amazing, so would try somewhere else. We did really enjoy our stay here though!

TRS Coral: Full value property

The hotel, staff and experience were all as promised and top-notch. We had an incredibly relaxing time with lots to do (or not do) as we chose. The restaurants were excellent, the service impeccable. I especially appreciated the access to the Rafa Nadal tennis complex.

El Dorado Seaside Palms: Great resort

The room we booked was the beach front second level, the view was breathtaking , the room was specious and clean, the fridge was filled everyday , you have 24hr room service, drinks were great, the beach it's self was okay , it had some seaweed but the workers were cleaning it everyday , the ocean is not deep , the food was okay the best food was at the ala carte resturant , the buffet was find, the sandwich resturant outside was good, staff was great, very friendly, would have to hire more peop [... read more]le as sometimes you have to wait , overall we loved it here and would love to come back ❤
