Ocean Riviera Paradise: very nice family resort!!!!!!!

We were in El Beso adult only. Rooms are big with bathtub and shower very comfortable. Restaurants are great food very good .No need to go to a la carte Buffet restaurant has everything you desired. Very nice service. Very excellent night intertaiment :shaws ,bands. Only one problem water is not in you room you need to call room service to bring it to your room which takes time==you might call a few times Generally nice resort I could recommend.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: The best resort had ever been!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Great size - small, intimate, service is excellent! Beach is very nice, snorkeling and diving (there are couple dive shops on the same beach) is great - lots to see: fishes, turtles, calamari, stingrays, urchins. Food was great - seafood, excellent lamb, beef and beef ribs to die for. ALL rooms have ocean view and jacuzzi tabs. Would come back 100%!

Barcelo Maya Grand Resort: Huge resort

Rooms were not very clean buffet was not very good unless you pay 170USD per day for premium level access. I would never stay here again you get charged for absolutely everything we ended up spending. An additional 3000$ on activities such as seadoos its a complete rip off and I’m very upset.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand siren is Mayan beach

Grand Siren is afaboulas resort, the rooms were large and very nice. There was three beautiful pools you could choose from and they have a children’s pool also which I think was very nice for the family if they didn’t want to stay at the bigger pools. The resort was very clean and well lit at night. People working there were very professional and attentive to our needs.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great place for a vacation

This resort was nothing short if amazing. Because its an eco resort everything was in its natural habit. What we loved most. The animals were awesome. The food, drinks and pools were amazing too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone 😀

Kore Tulum Retreat Wellness Resort: Beautiful Resort ~ Wonderful Experience!

We can't say enough great things about Kore Tulum Retreat Resort. We were there for one week and it was with heavy hearts that we had to say goodbye to all the amazing staff and to the many friends we made there. The grounds were beautifully maintained; very clean. The pool was lovely and was cleaned every morning. There is no beach access at this resort but the views of the ocean are spectacular. There were more than enough lounge chairs and the constant supply of fresh, clean beach towels  [... read more]was very nice. We spent one day on a beach bed right by the ocean and it was terrific. The staff clean the beach bed sheets and pillows and draperies every single night and put fresh ones back on every morning. I've never seen that before!! Our first night there we had dinner on the beach ~ they put on a terrific buffet. Every night there was a delicious buffet laid with different themes: Mexican, Agentinian, Italian. All very delicious and fresh. Breakfast was always delicious and fresh. We will definately be back. Oh, I would be remiss if I didn't say something about Juan (the front desk manager); Jesus (the front lobby greeter, bag carrier and all-around super helpful guy) and, of course, Cecilia (she worked the grounds and pool area serving drinks and food) honestly, that girl never stopped and always so gracious! Allegro Playacar: Great resort.

This resort is very clean: nicely laid out..grounds and buildings, recently renovated, very good food and liquor served up by a kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. It's location close to town is a plus. The beach is superb. I decided to attend a time share promotion connected to the hotel. This was entirely my decision, and I was fully aware or what was involved...no purchase made. I would highly recommend this hotel for all the reasons mentioned above. Mike Brady

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Wonderful resort

We were impressed the minute we walked in! The resort is large and spacious and is extremely clean!!! I’ve travelled to many distananious and this was by far the best! The customer service was exceptional, from the front desk to the building representatives to the hard working restaurant and pool-servers. The rooms were large and very clean. Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Missinformation around staus of hotel during construction and beach access.

Great hotel once you upgrade to Adult only section ( at a cost). The beach area for families and others is well down the beach from the resort, thus if you want to remain near the resort and take advantage of the mature shade trees and cabanas you must upgrade to Adult only.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort ,clean , food is amazing,staff is very friendly and attentive.The was negative thing was the beach , very small and lots of sea weads.We upgraded to swim up room and it was amazing.Food in the restaurants was good especially the lapalapa I highly recommend , my husband had stake and I had an octopus it was amazing.

This hotel was way beyond our expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were fantastic. The place is huge and offers many restaurants, bars, and pools. Many activities so you dont even need to leave the resort. The highlight for us was the wildlife you saw on a daily basis. The monkeys and coati would come right up to us. Such a cool experience. Ventus at Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Loved every second

Small resort, which was great because you got to know the staff. El Sid was very close so you could take advantage of the larger resort feel if you wanted. Staff was over the top helpful. We stayed in a swim out room and it was the best upgrade we could have gotten. Worth every penny!! The adult only bar, pool, and restaurant was nice even for a family travelling with children. Upgrading to platinum club also worth it.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing resort

Everything was spectacular! I would highly recommend this resort to everyone I know! It was everything we expected and more. Will travel to this resort in the future. The staff were very accommodating, the room was the perfect size, no complaints!

Breathless Riviera Cancun: Very good value for the price paid

We were very fortunate to get a pretty good price on this vacation as we booked it only 10 days before departure. The highs - the pools were great...clean, heated and lots of activity. Service was exceptional in all areas from bars, to restaurants, housekeeping, etc. Food was good, not excellent but we were certainly never hungry. Rooms were amazing - very clean, comfortable and incredible shower! Only 20 minute shuttle to airport and ground transportation was very well organized. The low [... read more]s - the beach was pristine and well maintained but you could not go in the Ocean due to the seaweed. Pools are on the beach so its not a big deal. Dinner in specialty restaurants (especially French) took inordinately long time. All in all, a great value for under $2k....but I dont think I would pay more than that.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Loved this resort

Had been to this adult only resort when it first opened 7 years ago. It was working all the bugs out. My second stay there was much better. The resort felt more established, organized and had a good vibe about it. Great variety of food, rooms done up in timely fashion, beach was clean and close to all services..... stress-free vacation. BP took good care of us. Keep up the good work - we will be back!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Great family vacations

We travelled with our 2 kids (4&9). The resort layout is Perfect for families. You can walk everywhere. Restaurants are greats, staff friendly. Magic show and foam party were huge hits with kids. We will be back.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: great resort

stayed in HIdeaway. Good service good drinks and good food. Entertainment was excellent during day by pool and at night with great shows. Nice room although construction is next door the doors kept out the noise. Room service a bit slow but then it is a big resort. Premium drinks never ran out unlike many resorts where they are limited. The only thing is you have to watch them to make sure they use the premium brands you ask for or there is a 50% chance it will be the wrong mix. The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Beautiful resort

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Beautiful grounds, fantastic food, so many pools and bars that you never had to wait for a drink or look for a deck chair. I would definitely return.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing resort

This hotel is all about open comon places like restaurants and bars which are all connected to the beautiful outdoor places. Lots of greens and meticulously kept park area. You are completely surrounded with the jungle as they left lots of trees the way the nature created them. I never seen so much greenery around the hotel. Lots of wildlife on the ground. Entertainment staff is really good. Nightly shows were also very nicely done. Room was big and clean. King size bed with very nice and clean linen. All in all very positive experience and great vacation. Definitely will come back.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: fun family trip

We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Paraiso Maya in Mexico. The beach was pretty nice considering there was seaweed due to high winds. The resort did a pretty good job of cleaning the beach on a daily basis. There are lots of pools to swim and they have very good amenities for kids; a dedicated kids club with supervised staff, a pirate ship a wave pool and a lazy river. The Japanese and the statehouse were the best restaurants. We did not like the food at the Jambalaya. Overall great hotel, nice and accommodating staff and very good for kids.
