Doubletree by Hilton Montreal: Adequate Hotel

Hotel was very good, it seemed clean and was a good place to stay in. The tv was big and it provided entertainment when I was not doing other things, It was close access to the mall did not have to go outside to get to the mall people were helpful overall very good place.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Great Resort

Hyatt Ziva is what you would expect from the Hyatt brand. Rooms where large, clean and lavish. Pools of all types where clean, warm and had space to lounge and swim in. Food excellent selection and taste. Overall a great place and great resort. Staff was also excellent and accommodated all needs. A few things to be aware of. The beach water sadly is un-swimable due to the current. Often a black flag is placed to denote fatal if you get in... yikes. This isn’t a fault of Hyatt, all resorts on t [... read more]hat strip of beach are under the same restriction. Being a 5-star resort sadly didn’t offer any shuttles to the nearby towns. Taxi’s will do the trick but would expect some sort of bus service from Hyatt. Besides that would recommend to anyone looking for a easy place to relax and unwind.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Great resort, too quiet at night.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic food. Spacious rooms. Too quiet in the evenings, better suited for families and older travellers. Firepits are awesome,should be left in later than 10pm. Beautiful pools, only one is heated... making a very small pool over crowded. Air Canada Vacations is terrible. Very disappointed in my agent from TripCentral.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Amazing resort

This trip had everything...fantastic property, great staff, great food, location, amenities. Couldn't ask for anything better. The staff really go out of their way to provide everything and anything you want and they all seem happy to be there always greeting with a smile and a hand on their heart.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Beautiful Resort

Overall a nice resort. Older section (building 2) is a little dated and had a musty smell. Newer section (building 3) has larger, more updated rooms. A la cart restaurants were good, with a nice variety. Beach grill was closed for lunch all week. Staff were very friendly. Upgraded to “club” but not worth the extra money. Enjoyed the heated pool. Overall, we would return.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Awesome Again!

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Hyatt ziva in PVR and were not disappointed. Julia Tollis of Trip Central set this us for me way back in September and did an amazing job, thank you Julia!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Wonderful place!

Truly a 5 star resort. Attention to details and service amazing. Great food and great selection of restaurants. Staff friendly and professional. Will go out of their way to help with all requests. Love our week !

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: It was an amazing resort

it was so clean and the grounds are beautiful the staff are just amazing I love them all it was just what I needed was that relaxing time the rooms are very well kept It is one of my favorite places to go and will go bavk again The owners and management need to really appreciate all the hard work people on your staff I do not have any complaints about any of your staff they all treated me great and that us important to me when I travel alone I might add I was late getting into the Hotel on J [... read more]an 31/19 because if later leaving Toronto the room they gave me was not the one I wanted so I waited back in lobby for about an hour and a half and they did get me into the room I wanted so thank you for that

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Best resort!

This was our 3rd vacation with Hyatt Ziva. The experience did not disappoint us. The resort and its staff have brought us back 3 times in the past 6 years, and we are returning next year. There was nothing ....absolutely nothing to critique. From the time we entered the resort to the time we left we witnessed customer service at its best. Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Amazing resort! Loved every minute of our trip.

Can't say enough about this hotel. I have been to Cancun many times, and this was by far the best resort. Staff were so accommodating and attentive to our needs. 9 days was not enough to enjoy all the great food. Never had to wait for a table and the food was freshly prepared by skilled and professionally trained chefs. We tipped well, but it was never expected. 5 stars plus for Hyatt Ziva.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Amazing resort

Beautiful rooms, tidy and spacious. Good staff and food was delicious. Alot of variety for food lovers. Beach isnt swimmable but they have very good swimming pools. Kids enjoy as well in kids swimming area

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Overall Amazing Experience

The hotel was great. We were greeted upon arrival with drinks and great service. Unfortunately a bit of a mix up with our room booking so we had two beds instead of one king bed. The next morning it was all sorted and we were moved to a new room. Food was wonderful. Amenities were updated and well kept. It was a luxury experience and would definitely go back.

The hotel is beautiful the grounds are luxurious beautiful view of the sea everything was beautiful breathtaking.The second day I did a tour off the hotel I worked out at the state of the art gym magnificent I did to spinning class the trainer was wonderful the next day I also did a power walk early in the morning and after I did my work out on my own really terrific equipments. Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Awesome Resort

Just returned from the Zilara after 7 amazing days. I can't say enough about the resort starting with the Staff. I can honestly say I have never better staff at any of the resorts I have ever been to. They were all so nice, friendly and accommodating. They definitely aim to please and any way they can help you enjoy your stay, they do their best to. The pool was awesome and the daily entertainment was very interactive and fun. The Hobi Cat boat rides were really nice and we were fortunate enough that the dolphins were right by our boat and were playfull so a bonus to see that. We also went out in the kayak which was fun. The rooms were nice and clean and we had a beautiful view overlooking the pool as well as the ocean. I would highly recommend the Zilara. It is also nice that Montego Bay airport is so close so you don't spend half your time travelling to and from.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Simply the Best!

This was our 8th return visit to the Hyatt Ziva in PVR. Our trip was book through Colleen at Trip Central and we did received everything that we asked for. If you are looking for a friendly and quite place to relax for say a week or two then the Hyatt Ziva is worth a try. If you wanna go wild and crazy and party till the sun comes up, then better look for another hotel. The Hyatt is an excellent place for children with lots for them to do, they even get to release baby turtles in the evenings. [... read more] I think they had at least 1 if not 2 weddings everyday on the beach, complete with fireworks in the evening. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Beautiful resort

The staff is fantastic and very accommadating, grounds are beautiful and there are lots of options for food which is amazing because you can have a different meal every night. They even put patties for us to go after dinner which we got from the Jamaican restaurant at zilara.

The hotel is amazing. It’s very clean the rooms are nice with shower and bathtub. They promptly clean your room daily and folllow threw on any request. All the employees are happy and kind. This hotel has everything they give a new meaning to all inclusive. They have shows and lots of acitives. They have a kids club. The food is great and you don’t have to make reservations for a la carte resto. They have great wines and lots of choices for alcoholic or non drinks. Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: October 2018 - Hyatt Rose Zilara

We had an excellent vacation at the Hyatt Rose Zilara. The restaurants and in particular, Petit Pariz and Urban Heatz, were fantastic. The beach on the Zilara side had a bit too much seaweed, but there was a better combed beach just seconds away on the Ziva side. The service was impeccable, the room was very well appointed and we would certainly recommend this resort to our friends and family.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Outstanding resort!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Resort is a good size so you can get around quickly. The food was amazing we didn’t have one bad meal the whole time and the staff were incrediable. Very friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time!

The hotel is amazing. The staff was super courteous which made our stay very pleasurable. This is one of the most memorable trips that my husband and I have had so far. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Zilara.
