Great girls week away!

Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Food was amazing with many selections. Rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of bottled water supplied. The pool was extremely nice and wonderfully clean. They beach and view.....absolutely breath taking. Definitely need water shoes though. One complaint, I had emailed the resort prior to our vacation because it was going to be my friends bday while we were there. She has had a rough couple of years with not a bright future ahead due to illn [... read more]ess. I asked that maybe they could help us make her trip special. Not only did they do nothing, they didn't even acknowledge my email. Quite disappointing.

Another amazing visit to Palladium

My 5th visit to Grand Palladium RM. Delighted to see many upgrades and improvements such as renovated rooms, more comfortable beds, awesome free wifi across the resort, and even better food. Can't wait to return again!!

Amazing resort....something for everyone!

This is my 4th visit to Grand Palladium Riviera Maya and I was not disappointed! I noted improvements in food quality (which is very good to begin with) and overall service from my last visit. This resort is great for families, couples or groups of friends. Each time I return I marvel at the beauty of the resort. They left much of the lushness of the forest in tack when they built the resort so you don't realize how big and sprawling it is. It is also great value for the dollar!

Great resort for family!

Nanny service was superb - Marlene was excellent. The staff was very attentive to detail, very helpful. We enjoyed a couples message which was remarkable, soothing and enjoyable. Staff made us feel at home. Pampering service. Pool service was exceptional. easy to find a pool bed. Great activities - zumba was excellent. Great atmosphere. Drinks were refreshing. Fantastic resort

This was our first time visiting the Grand Palladium in Mayan Riviera and we were not disappointed. Great weather,clean rooms, wonderful staff, amazing food something to appeal to everyone's taste buds. We were able to go to a different al carte every night without having to make reservations. The resort offers free Wi Fi though you may find it slow depending on where your room is. Evening shows were terrific and the best part is you can see two every night if you choose one at the Colonial and  [... read more]one at the Riviera since you have access to four resorts. Plenty of activities for all ages walking, water aerobics, beach volleyball, paddle boats and amazing pools to swim in. The spa was incredible, my husband and I had a couples massage and it is a must. Only negative thing I could say is the time share people really are a pest Would we return to this resort, absolutely

Great Vacation Destination

Returned to Grand Palladium after a long absence and found everything as nice as we remembered . Rooms are great , Wifi worked well , nice furnishings with good room service . Good food , great surroundings , nice pools and the ocean .

The best!

This is my second time at the Grand Palladium! Love this place! The jungle-the cute little animals everywhere! The staff are amazing and the saltwater pool on the ocean is a piece of heaven. It is large, but that is awesome because you never get Bored, always something new to see and a surprise around every corner.

Best Resort We've Ever Been To!!!!!

The hotel and surroundings are spectacular!! We love the feeling of being in a resort that resembles being right in the jungle with all the beautiful flora and fauna. The different animal life is fascinating. We even had the opportunity to feed some of the baby coatimundis. The staff is genuinely friendly always willing to please with a huge smile. Great resort

The hotel was a good hotel the only thing that I did not like was the lack of internet. The entire time I was there i was unable to connect to the internet and the people at the front were not able to connect me either. I was not the only one who had problems with it. Other than that the hotel was great! I will definitly be using tripcentral to book future trips!

Nice resort

Beautiful resort and grounds but a lot of walking to get from place to place' Had problems with being picked up for a tour at 2pm .they never showed up and we had to go to the rep. 3 times plus the hotel desk before we had any help and no one would take responsibility .It wasted a couple of hours we could have enjoyed on beach .We were also told the travel club presentation would be no longer than90 min. and 3 hrs. later we were still there.This seemed to take away from our vacation time.

A great time for my husband, myself and our 2 kids

Our stay was fantastic. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My kids (15months and 6yrs old) both loved the kids water park and spent their entire time going from the ice cream bar to the water slides. The adult pool was nice and warm and there was always music going and activities to do during the day. Night time was great as well, my kids just loved hanging out in the lobby and dancing to the music. Food was good, a la cartes being way better than the buffet, but that' [... read more]s expected. We went in mid April and never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be seated at A La Carte restaurants. The kids daycare was ok. My youngest son didn't want to be dropped off but staff were good with him when we did drop him off. The radio they provide us put us at ease since they could instantly let us know if something was wrong. Overall a fantastic experience. Rooms are a bit noisy if there's a party group in your suite area but can't blame ppl for having a good time. the wildlife is also amazing and fun to see the kids enjoy it. Can't wait to go back! (Be ready to walk a lot since the resort is very big)

Beautiful Resort

The rooms and grounds were always kept clean and the staff were very friendly. My friend and I are became sick from the food. Not sure what it was that made us sick but we didn't drink the water. Went on a Cenote trip that was amazing at Azumal.

Great stay

Hotel was very clean. Food overall pretty good and dealt well with a dietary concerns. Japanese and Italian à la cartes were not good: slow service and below average food. BBQ, Brazilian and Mexican were great. Beautiful beach and good shore snorkeling. Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Second visit to hotel. Just as happy second go round.

Great Family Resort

Clean facilities, friendly staff, great selection of restaurants, good food, lots of kids activities, eco- friendly. We were a large group and all had a wonderful experience. We are all talking about going back.

Amazing for kids, food !!

We loved it, nature wise, eco frinedly to way we like it and the food was amazing. Staff very usefull and friendly !!A bit far from Airport, great overall everything. We didnt have enought time to do everything on the resort..

A resort that lived up to all my expectations!!

I loved the landscape and scenery and the wildlife! The resort was immaculate and the staff very helpful. The beach was lovely and the option to walk long distances while still on the property was much appreciated. (Especially when thirsty as there was a place to stop for a drink at either end lol) I recommend the resort to families and couples alike. We were a family of 5 with 2 young adults and a teenager. Many activities to chose from and no shortage of restaurants to try out.

Great Resort

We travelled with our daughter, son in law & 2 grandchildren(ages 3yrs & 6 months). The grounds of this resort are stunning and extremely clean. The majority of the rooms have been renovated,and were sparkling clean as well. Although we never made it to the a la carts , they were always full, so the food must have been good. We dined at the buffets due to the grandkids as it was easiest for us and we have no complaints there. They served different dishes each night and everything we had was deli [... read more]cious. The staff are very attentive and friendly. This is a great vacation hotel for families with kids as there is so much for them to do. We thought our grandson (3years old) would like the kiddie play area & pool the best (which he did) but he loved the beach even more. I would highly recommend this hotel ,but would WE go back? Not on our own as I feel it was more for families....as it was a very busy hotel even in the off season (we travelled Nov 19-26/2014) The staff are also accommodating , as our kids changed buildings after asking, as they were still doing renovations in the building we were in (Bldg 20), and the noise was a little loud when she took the kids for an afternoon nap. Any building is great and there is covered walking area in case it rains which leads to all of the buildings. Only negative is the hour and a half bus ride. Book it and enjoy! :)

Our Favourite Resort

This was our third visit to Grand Palladium Colonial. We were there in March, but usually we arrive in April. As always, it lived up to our expectations. It is indeed a beautiful resort. This resort has very friendly staff and wonderful grounds with lots of sights to see. The room was always cleaned very early in the day and we appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping staff. Since this was our third trip, we were very familiar with the resort offerings. This was entirely a rest and relaxation trip for us - Grand Palladium Colonial was the place to visit, a place for us to enjoy. We spent the entire week on the resort enjoying the food, drink and company of the other travelers. It has something for everyone and we have plans to return again in the near future.

Perfect Vacation!

My husband and I had an amazing vacation here. The food was awesome and there was a great variety of restaurants...we didn't even get to them all. We were always able to find a seat at the pools and beach. There were always activities to take part in if you wanted something different to do. We won 2 bottles of tequila! The room was great (we got one that was recently renovated). We got roped into hearing a sales pitch about buying into the high end resort, but it was worth it. We got a tour of t [... read more]he area, breakfast, and enough spa dollars to buy 2 hour long massages. Totally worth the time and they weren't pushy at all. The resort is huge and very well taken care of. The only hiccup we had was on the last day, the staff said they would pick up our bags and bring them to the bus...we had to ask and check on them 3 times before they just made it to the bus on time. Other than that small stressful moment, everything ran smoothly and service was great. We even got a bottle of champagne in our room. I would definitely recommend this resort!
