Impressed!

This was my first time at an Iberostar. I have to say I was really impressed. The resort amenities and service are equal to that of Palladium. We loved everything the resort had to offer. Lots for families to do! Great options for dining. Thanks for a great week!

Great Family Resort

We took our 2yr old and 9m old; there was lots to do for our toddler. The shopping center has an amazing playstructure and you can get ice cream, iced coffee, and crepes all included. It was a great place to go and play. The shows were a little too late for us as we were in bed at 8pm; we did watch 1 show and it was very cool. There was ALWAYS a chair available at the pool and we went at a very busy time. There always seemed like lots of space because there are so many pools. We will definatley be visiting the same resort again when our kids are a bit older to appreciate the amenities available!!

A nice & relaxing resort

Great vacation

The food was delicious for the most part, particularly the buffet, Italian, and Hibachi. No shortage of food, there are snack bars everywhere and it's all great! The grounds were very well kept. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and you can tell they're hard-working. Loved the cappuccinos and lattes. The pool was great - spent a lot of time there. Loved their environmental endeavours - shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/handsoap/lotion were all [... read more] refillable containers rather than small throw-away squeeze bottles, and filtered water was available on each floor to put in glass bottles, rather than using lots of plastic bottles. AC worked great in the room. Wifi works everywhere outside, even at the pool - a couple dead zones here and there (eg. by the cafe) but not a concern. Good variety of television channels. Good size safe in the room. I would suggest adding bins outside the hotel rooms for plates/cups to go in. Overall we had a great trip and definitely would like to return to this resort again.

A very nice resort hotel.

I found the hotel to be very nice in all aspects. The staff were great, the grounds well maintained, food was good, we were attended to quite well. I can sum it up as I would go there again, which is a testament to itself. The only small, and not worth requesting a change with, was, we though we had a pool view room, and were given a different room, overlooking another part of the hotel. Room service was very slow, ( 1 hour) and food was cold when it arrived. The food was mostly discarded. The a la carte restaurants were not a vast improvement over the buffet, to justify the schedule changes required to arrive at the appointed time, and to my surprise, to a near empty restaurant, and to be eating at 9:30 pm. ( the only time "available") I would give the hotel a 4.5/5 as a rating.

Enjoyable resort!

The grounds were beautiful and quite large so we could go for a walk at night. The gym had great exercise classes. The pools were enjoyable. There were many families of all ages and there seemed to be something for everyone. They were very helpful with food allergies. It was lovely and we would return.

Iberostar Lindo Resort

The resort was lovely. The restaurants were amazing except the food wasn't as hot temperature wise as it should be. The people were amazing and helpful. The pools were terrific and the entertainment was top class. I would definitely go back again.

Enjoyed the Resort

Iberostar Paraiso Lindo is a wonderful family resort. Very clean, food excellent, staff friendly, very interactive, beach was excellent, no seaweed so far. Seen they did a lot with children. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Relaxing Resort

Really nice resort with excellent food and very pleasant staff. We liked the gourmet and specialty restaurants. The star cafe is a pleasant surprise, offering excellent coffee and sweets. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious.

Telnolies

This is a 5 star property.we ate at 5 different restaurants.All were excellent.beach was groomed every morning.No sign of weeds.Lots of chairs at the beach.All washrooms and hallways were clean.Had breakfast at three different buffet restaurants.All excellant and no waiting.Our room was great with a large flat screen t v.Saff were friendly and helpful.Thanks to Debbie McGuire for recommending this resort

Beautiful resort

The resort is beautiful. It’s huge aswell so there’s lots to explore. Lots of activities to get into, or bars/shops to hang out at which is appealing for everyone. Staff is friendly, and the restaurants are great. Would highly recommend.

Great resort

We had a great trip the resort was fantastic the food was good service was top notch it is a very large resort so lots to see and lots of walking over all great place Enjoyed the pool bar to much lol

Amazing Resort

This was a 5th time to Mexico, and this resort is tops. It is very large, but you don't feel crowded. It has something for everyone. The beach is fantastic, but the waves were very high when we were there. This is absolutely the cleanest resort we have been to. Rooms were spotless, and the grounds are amazing. The people are super friendly and we have to give a shoot out to Fanny. She was a server that put on a lot of miles running drinks back and forth for us at the pool.  [... read more]We went to the Steak House twice, but there was no availability at the Italian Restaurant in the entire 10 days we were there. The Steak House was excellent, but you can get Steak or Italian Food at any of the buffets every day, so we don`t feel we missed out at all. I would recommend this resort to any age group and from families with children to couples or singles. You won`t go wrong.

Everything you and you family could possibly want or need in a vacation

This place was amazing if you don’t mind the larger resorts. Food was good, entertainment was excellent, grounds were kept very clean. Accommodations were good. The only thing negative that I seen was the hotel REALLY tried hard to promote their services. It becomes a bother at times.

Amazing Resort

This was our second year at this resort. We came back because of the service. The wait staff are efficient and friendly. Our favorite waiter for breakfast and lunch was Ishmel. He went out of his way to please us. The day time activities are good. Water exercise and the dance lessons were two of my favorites. I missed the cookies and cheesecake that were available in the lobby bar last year. The coffee house dose not have as nice pastries. Great resort

It was amazing. We like how they trit us there. The hotel was clean. The food and drinks was good. People are friendly. We really like there. Hopefully we gonna come back there for the next vacation. Thank you guys

Stopover in Paradise

As expected the Iberostar Resorts performed at a very hi quality standards. Everything they offered, from Food , multitude of restaurants beaches,, rooms cleanness, immaculate resort excellent food variety ...everything. The fact that in Playa Paraiso there are 5 Iberostar resorts coupled together with privileges all around is a bonus. Everything was excellent without any fault...way to go

Great resort

This was a spectacular resort. Very large. The pools were fantastic. Always enough umbrellas. We love spending time at the beach and ocean but we really couldn’t here because the ocean was to volatile to swim in. The beach is also amazing- along with the snack bar. What was disappointing was the food. The breakfasts were sparse, food like eggs and omelettes were pre cooked and cold. Food would run out and it would take 10-25 mins for it to be replenished. Amazing resort

This hotel is fantastic. It’s very large and has 2 huge pools and a ton of umbrellas and recliners for all. The beach although large and beautiful was full of seaweed. They cleaned the beach on an ongoing basis all day long. The ocean was too rough to swim in. The buffets were very good - especially the main buffet in the main lobby. The only downfall for the food was the pasta. It was awful. Always. That was truly disappointing. The Star Coffee club was AMAZING. We went daily and it was a h [... read more]uge hit.

Iberostar Paraiso Lindo more positive then negative

The grounds are very lush and beautiful. It always very clean. The pools are huge and well maintained. Pool Water was a little bit too warm to feel refresh. But the ocean with turquoise water was fantastic some days and with sea weeds other days. The beach with its soft white sand is great for nice walks. The only negative point is for the buffet. It is small the food is just okay and too repetitive. The Restaurant ms were better. It is a resort that I would return to.
