Another great vacation

Just home from another amazing stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica. Great food, great service and good times with friends new and old. Staff are amazing and helpful at every turn. Won't hesitate to return in the future.

Amazing resort

I stayed at the Grand Palladium resort and Spa we had a great time the staff treated my family so amazing . The food was amazing jerk chicken to the Ackey and selfish .I recommend this is the best place to go.

Amazing resort

Grand palladium is amazing. It’s structure and design is so incredible, huge, like you are at a palace. Plenty of dining options. Over 10 restaurants to Choose from we didn’t get to eat at every one, but the Food was just mediocre but staff are very nice. More detail could be put on the seasonings for food. We food a lot of options bland. Will stay again for the great design clean atmosphere and staff!

Nice Resort

Place is nice room very clean food excellent service is very slow That's was no representative for Sunquest there we had to call them in Canada to confirm the return Other than that it was ok thanksgiving

Great Resort!

This hotel was HUGE! It was so nice and clean. Lots of places to eat and great food at each restaurant. The staff was amazing and so nice. We had such great weather and made the trip even better! I would recommend staying closer to all the amenities as some of the buildings were pretty far to walk each day, but not a big deal. Overall, great vacation!

Amazing Resort

We loved this resort! Rooms were clean, grounds were very well kept. The pool was always clean. The staff at this resort were all amazing! Food was excellent. Overall an amazing experience! We would definitely return!

Family Trip April 2019

Amazing week away to Grand Palladium Jamaica. We traveled through Air Transat and stayed on the Jamaica side building 14 - room 1430 from April 6-13. We had booked a one bedroom suite and was so pleased to have a full ocean view from the living room balcony. Phylicia Haywood was so amazing at check in and was able to give us a third floor room and also helped us get a late check out on departure. Like others have mentioned - the rooms are very clean...but could use some refreshing. We were always comfortable and never spent alot of time in our room. We ate at the Negril and Mo'bay buffets, the Jamaican, Mexican, Italian, and Poseidon restaurants. We loved the Poseidon the most - all the food was amazing and always hot/freshly prepared. The view was also amazing. We enjoyed the Mojitos from Charlene outside the Italian/Asian restaurants - she is the best Mojito maker yet! We found we always had amazing service from every staff member we talked to - everyone from the gardener, the kids club staff, the maid, and front desk - all were eager to help find our way around, or make our stay better. We were asked if we wanted a massage etc as we walked around, but never harassed or bothered with extras offered by the resort - all staff took a "no thank you" politely. We did travel with our 7 year old daughter who loved the resort and all staff were eager to engage with her and teach her about their culture. She even got brave enough to order her own treats from Ms Lou's and slush at the bar. Some other great staff we would like to acknowledge was the bartender Paula...who worked at the infinity pool bar and at the sunset beach during our stay. She was so great with drinks and customer service. Always a huge smile. We also really liked the bartender at Poseidon at lunch - he had curly hair and I think his name was Alex. The lifeguards were great when our daughter was (we think) stung by a jellyfish one afternoon after a heavy rain day. We never had the issue again but they were calming to her and provided lidocaine jelly to help. This is the first trip we experienced, after staying at many 4-5 star resorts throughout the Caribbean, that we fully intend to return to. We would recommend this resort to any traveler but would try to book the Lady Hamilton side due to proximity to our favorite spots (sunset beach/Poseidon). When we visit again, we will be sure to bring an extension cord, as the rooms have limited outlets available. As a side note - we used the club mobay for arrival and departure. We wouldn't use it again for departure, but was great for Arrival to get through customs quicker.

Beautiful resort

A very beautiful, clean resort. Pools are very inviting & grounds are immaculate. There is food for every palate. A great resort for a relaxing vacation but lots of entertainment for the younger crowd.....activities for the very young to the elderly. Lots to do for any age group & a great place for a family vacation.

Best family holiday!

A huge thanks to Fathia, our Tripcentral advisor, for recommending the Grand Palladium Jamaica for our family’s spring break holiday. The resort was perfect for our family. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday with lots to do for everyone. The food, service, rooms, beaches and pools were amazing. If we were to return to Jamaica, we would absolutely stay there again.

Fabulous Place to Vacation

The gardening exquisite. The People beyond friendly and hospitable. The food..wow..what a variety. You will not go hungry and If you do. The chefs are more than happy to whip something up or find a special request on your behalf. The resort is absolutely beautiful!

Great resort

Grounds were probably the nicest of any resort we have been to. Food was good but service was a little slow - but courteous. Loved that never felt crowded as there were many pools and beaches to choose from - always able to find lounge chairs. Would love to go back.

Large, 4 *.

This is my honest review My husband & I love all inclusive resorts & we try to go at least 2-3 times a year In my experience this hotel was average. The grounds, the room(definitely dated & shower was gross, but wouldn’t ruin my holidays) the food etc. I hate all this pressure lately for pushy holiday clubs it’s a real turn off. The spa offers a 1 hr massage for 217$US? Lol Front desk was a pleasure which isn’t the norm. Great time!

This is a large resort and you should be in good health to really enjoy getting around. The accommodations are very nicely spread out and well done but there are 3 stories and no elevator. Seniors should request a ground floor if possible. There are shuttles but it is more fun to do it on foot. There are 3 buffets and 7 a la carte restaurants. Pools range from HUGE near the centre of the resort to smaller and more intimate in other areas. All have bars of course. The main bar in the central area overlooking the main pool (Miss Lou’s) is great for shade and card playing in the afternoon and for entertainment at night. Other entertainment is also available. You can do as much or as little as you want. Get on Jamaica time, slow down and enjoy.

Would recommend

Just returned from one week at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. Nice, Large resort but lots of walking as shuttles were not regular. Food was great, lots of selection. No problem getting into a la carte restaurants which were also good. Great selection of booze! Room had some issues but nothing major (screen door broken, card lock battery died , etc). Pools were clean, bathrooms well looked after and always clean. Overall would recommend.

Poor entertainment/bedbugs

The food was great but they need better entertainment throughout the day. Had no Jamaican music playing (reggae or island music) and a few of us were bitten by bedbugs in different rooms and rooms spelled moldy. Awful experience!!

Huge Resort!

The resort is very big. There is something for everyone. The pools and beaches were well maintained. The jerk chicken was awesome, we ate it every day. Favourite meal was lunch at Sunset Cove, got a have the snapper. Travelled with a group of 8. Ages 15 to 50. We had a great time. We got lots of exercise. The rooms were huge and the bath tub was awesome. Staff were great, inparticular, the security and spa staff were attentive and helpful. Excellent 2nd Visit

This was our second time at this resort. We travel at least twice a year and this is the first time we have ever wanted to return to a resort for a second visit. The food was excellent the grounds and public areas are very clean. Our rooms were always clean and housekeeping friendly. Majority of staff are very friendly and helpful. There is never a shortage of chairs around pools or on the beach. When calling reception for any maintenance issues be prepared to call again. When maint [... read more]enance does come out they are extremely helpful, I m just not sure they get the messages in regards to needed repairs. We did have to call regarding our shower several times before it was fixed.

Top Notch

This hotel was is so big and had so many different options for activities that I can't see how someone wouldn’t find something to enjoy it. The location is great, sharing the beaches with only the sister hotel (Lady Hamilton). The grounds were very well maintained, there were always gardeners/pool staff/beach staff keeping everything clean and in good shape. In October, the place never felt crowded. After a couple of nights we moved to another room without a connecting door and then we could sleep through the night. But the room itself was great, no complaints. The food was good, with tons of places to eat and a lot of variety. The specialty restaurants were hit and miss: the Mexican is not good, the Italian was great, with the others in between. I loved that no reservations were required! Too bad the Jamaican restaurant was always closed. The best food was the jerk chicken hut by the pool, delicious. There are 3-4 beaches to choose from, all beautiful, no waves, and clear water. The main pool is enormous and really beautiful and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Archery, Mini Golf, Kayaking, Kids Pool, etc. We also loved the smaller pools closer to the rooms. I found the drinks to be very inconsistently prepared. Depending on which bar you were, it would go from delicious to not-drinkable. The main bar above the pool was always the safer choice. That said, if you were having something like a beer/wine, then it didn't matter. Wi-fi was surprisingly good, but there was only one place in the whole hotel where we didn't have a signal: on our bed, which was unlucky (the other areas in our room had a signal). The downside of having wi-fi throughout the hotel is that a lot of people are just looking at their phones all the time, which obliviously is their choice and not the hotel's fault. Finally, we made good use of the mini club for our toddler and the service there was always good. The ladies there were lovely to our son and we were very comfortable leaving him there every once in a while. We even used the babysitter service, which also worked well. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone, as there were all types of guests there (families, couples, children, elderly, weddings...), and they all seem to be having fun.

Superb Resort

The whole experience at this hotel was amazing. Good, servers, rooms, beaches, service, every last thing. I will definitely be back to this resort!! I can’t believ how many a la cart restaurants there were that were Included!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel was simply amazing! Clean up to date and most importantly the food was great and the staff, especially Ms. I. Patterson and the Smile Team, were over the top and went out of their way to provide exceptional service! The entertainment and dining staff superb in everyway!
