Krystal Grand Los Cabos: I’ll definitely be back

We have travelled all over Mexico, and this was definitely one of our top hotels! Posada Real Los Cabos: Older Hotel

The hotel was clean in common areas but is in need of a much needed reno. The grounds were very simple but well kept. The pool was missing tiles all over and needs repair. There was 1 main bar in the lobby and 1 by the pool. Only 1 of the bars were open during the day or evening . The Service was friendly in all areas of the hotel. Rooms were veey noisy as walls are paper thin...the room ac was noisy and the beds were uncomfortable and hard. The hotel restaurant needs a new chef that can provide [... read more] some variety and flavor to the menus. The breakfast buffets were far below average and dinner was far below average food quality and variety. The pool had its own limited menu which was made to order items...nothing special for restaurant and pool food. The pool took away umbrellas for 2 days due to wind...which was something they need to fix so they can stay out and provide shade poolside! I would say the hotel and food would be a 3 out of 10 at the most.

Riu Santa Fe: Front Desk- Horrible service

The face of the hotel was nothing short of horrible. The food was mid. Not family friendly. Rooms horrible. way over priced for the stay. The only good thing were the bar tenders and house keepers. Never again

Riu Santa Fe: An excellent resort

I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The mattress was incredibly supportive and cozy, allowing for a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring. I was also impressed with the updated washrooms — modern, fresh, and spotless. The beach was also very clean, with no seaweeds, which made it perfect for relaxing walks along the shore. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a few restaurants to choose from, although even one would have been more than enough because the quality was good. The major areas of the resort were sometimes crowded, but it was always possible to find a quiet spot to relax. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would happily return.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf and Spa: Kinda an all inclusive! But great!

This is a wonder older hotel well maintained and in a fantastic location! You get access to all the resorts, but…. There is a significant service charge for many of the restaurants even just to book! They also have a lot of their better offerings at significant surcharges! Still it’s a la cart menu offerings are very good and the service is excellent! The beach is clean and great for walking but you can’t swim due to the rip tides! Golf is excellent although at almost $400 a round! The tr [... read more]ansportation between hotels is excellent and you can book a shuttle on line to the Rose and it’s a short walk to downtown! The Market which has food stations is an excellent fun option if you can’t decide what you want!

Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos: Solarium unit is the best

We loved the place. We would come back, but only to stay in the solarium location. Fun staff, good views, good food. It's far from town , so you have to take cabs in to town. Very security conscious staff, made us feel safe.

A perfect Anniversary celebration with exquisite dining, unbeatable snorkeling, beautiful architecture and landscape and fantastic attentive staff! My husband and I and our friends chose the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos to celebrate both our wedding anniversaries and it turned out to be a beautifully memorable trip! The architecture is beautiful, blending modern elegance with traditional Mexican flair, creating a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. The resort is a stunning backdrop for any special occasion, but it's the combination of exceptional service, exquisite dining, fantastic snorkeling right at the resort beach and incredible natural beauty that truly sets it apart. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The dining experience was flawless-the atmosphere was intimate, the food was exquisite, and the servers were incredibly and consistently thoughtful….whether we tipped them or not. For us, the absolute highlight was the access to some of the best snorkeling in Los Cabos! The water was crystal clear, and we spent hours exploring the vibrant underwater world. We saw sooo many colourful fish and plenty of schools of fish too, as well as sea turtles and beautiful coral formations. We are also scuba divers and normally only see such vibrance when we are diving. If you are looking for the perfect blend of romance, fun and adventure for your next milestone celebration, this is the place! This was the first spa I’ve ever tried out so I have nothing to compare it to but I absolutely loved it! I do get massages on a regular basis at home so I know what a good massage is like and my massage at this spa was spot on perfect! The rest of the spa facility provided a serene escape for a much-needed few hours of relaxation. On the day before we were to leave, when we got back from diving, Alesha (I think she is one of the resort managers) called our room to talk to me about an issue we had when we first arrived. Her timing was perfect as she was saying that she had somehow been having a hard time getting in contact with us. She was able to arrange a wonderful complementary dinner for the 4 of us at La Bodega as compensation for the issue. This was perfect as we hadn’t tried this restaurant yet and hadn’t planned on it as it was the only restaurant on the resort that was $$$$ extra charge and was the only place we could get lobster (a favorite for 3 of us). The food was fantastic and all the staff were really wonderful to us! They really made us feel special as we celebrated our anniversaries. Then to top things off, there was a lovely romantic gesture waiting for us in our rooms that night (bottle of champagne chilling in a bucket of ice and plate of chocolate covered strawberries). We can’t help but mention how clean and tidy this resort was. In particular the cleaning staff for our rooms were the best we have ever had! They not only cleaned but kept our stuff neat and tidy…they even folded our clothes if we left anything out on the floor or on the bed or furniture…and no, they weren’t tip motivated as we didn’t leave a tip for them till the end. We would like to extend our heart felt gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service and hospitality from all members of the Grand Fiesta Americana resort. Literally all the staff members that we interacted with were very attentive to all of us. Also we would like to extend a job well done to the restaurant manager (Richard) and all his restaurant staff. This has been the best restaurant experience from all our historical resort experiences. Congrats on the excellent service and attention to detail. While we were checking out, the Operations Manager, Martin Flores, came over to us at the front desk to extend his apologies for a rough start but that he hoped things ended on a positive note and they certainly did! The issue at the start of our stay wasn’t really that big of an issue but the fact that they wanted to make things right regardless of the size of the issue spoke volumes. We look forward to returning next year!

Royal Solaris: Just ok for a 4 star

Nice and small , easy to get around. Clean and pretty as a 4 star should be. Room was a good size but if you tell them to come later to clean because you are busy they never do. 3 star food at best, easy commute into town. Big difference in treatment for those who belong to the elite members club ( club Solaris) and those who don’t. Club members have private pool/ beach chairs and umbrellas( only for them, none provided for non members) +++ Would not go back.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf and Spa: Great relaxing resort yet close to everything

2nd time there. Very nice rooms, excellent food, pools are clean and lots of loungers, towels, great. Service. Transportation scheduling app. A little confusing, and not clear. But service itself is good. No surprises at the resort to speak of. Loved it again!

GR Solaris Lighthouse: Amazing resort and staff!

Eric, the Food and Beverage Manager gave us peace of mind during our stay. He was professional and introduced us to the chef every evening for supper because of a food allergy. He also put on a Mexican themed dinner and show one evening; it was beautiful! All of the chefs did an amazing job! A big thank you to all the staff who were so accommodating, including the dining room attendants, housekeepers, and the pool and bar staff. The front desk staff were helpful to answer any inquiries we had during our stay. We will return to this resort soon!

Riu Santa Fe: Great holiday!

Beautiful resort. Rooms are very modern, everything super clean. Grounds well kept. Food great and lots of choice. Was nervous that it’s known as the party resort and yes it is for those who want it. But lots of quiet spots too. Beach was amazing and the view too. We had partial ocean view

Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos: beautiful and ( usually ) quiet resort.

The hotel, grounds, beach area and pools are very nice with some lovely views. We had an ocean front room that was always kept exceptionally clean and had a great view of the ocean. The sound of the waves was very relaxing. Pools were nice and never a problem getting loungers. There were some weddings at the resort and certain dining options were unavailable being used for a private meal by the wedding party and guests. Breakfast at El Arroyo was always good and the staff were excellent. Dinner at Saltwater was hit and miss depending on choices, although it was a lovely place to eat with some live music and a fabulous view. You can also eat at the Dreams resort that is a $5 uber ride away. be sure to try the French restaurant there This is a very laid back and quiet resort, although construction noise made us move to another area for two days

Riu Santa Fe: Riu Santa Fe

This is the one Riu that we will definitely not be back. Food is the worst of all the Riu's we've been to, and we are not picky eaters. Most meats are way over cooked. Staff are Riu's usual wonderful tho. their one redeeming grace. The flies drove me crazy, flying right into my face. there are little tiny ants? flies? (I really can't tell, they're really tiny) by the droves in and around the sinks every morning. and some on the bureau also. also this is the one AI resort that we've been to [... read more] that doesn't have a lobby bar. only the sports bar is open during the day (24 hrs, like most other Rius), all other bars that's open during the day are by the pool and beach. Sports bar can get REALLY loud. This is definitely not a place to relax. will not be back.

Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Amazing vacation

First time to Cabo. So glad we chose Marina Fiesta as our resort. Right at the Marina so location is perfect for exploring. Hotel is well kept, staff is very helpful and friendly. There is an on-site spa, 3 pools (1 main pool, 1 adult pool, 1 children's pool) and a beautiful rooftop bar. Rooms are well equipped with a fridge and microwave. Not beachfront, but Medano beach is a short 5 minute walk away. What makes this hotel unique is the all-inclusive option which is called the "dine-out" pkg [... read more]. This allows access to 5 off-site restaurants in the golden zone of the Marina. Jacks Steakhouse, Los Doseos (Mexican) , Baha Lobster, Presto (Italian) and Legends sports bar. The service and food was impeccable at each of these restaurants. It was like fine dining every night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Awesome vacation

We had a fantastic vacation...no complaints!! Staff was very friendly, from check in right thru to check out! Food was excellent, from the restaurants to the buffet. Will definitely stay here again! Pools were beautiful and the wait staff around the pool was great, especially Gary!! Thank you for making our vacation spectacular!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Amazing Resort

The grounds were exceptional and well kept. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were top notch especially around the pool area. Overall the trip was excellent and I would recommend to anyone.

Riu Palace Baja California: Just what we needed!

The only downfall of the resort for us was having to go to the family resort next door for activities. We chose adults only and it was promoted that there were white nights, jungle nights etc which we expected to be at our location. Other than that food was fabulous, Sofia (Italian) and Krystal (fusion) were the fave spots for dinner! Staff were great, resort was very clean and we felt very safe in all local areas. Would highly recommend and would definitly return!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Top notch Hotel

Hotel was amazing! Clean, large and luxurious. So many great food options. Family loved the fun water slides Staff were so friendly and service couldn't be better. Just couldn't swim in the ocean because of the dangerous undertow but the hotel made up for it with everything else. Thanks to Margaret from Hamilton for her help to recommend and help book this hotel for myself and my family. We had a great experience!
