Just a fantastic experience

This was the best resort I've ever been too! Great service and the food was 5 stars!! I'd recomend this place to anyone. Always something to do. Resort was also very clean. The room was exactly what I wanted

Fantastic Resort

Secrets the Vine was an amazing resort. The food was fabulous, the staff, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and the bed was so comfortable...I can't say that about other places I have stayed. The pools were lovely the beach was also beautiful....the weather didn't cooperate for us but it didn't matter. There was always lots to do and enjoy. Thank you Tripcentral!

Amazing resort 5 star service.

I was impressed with the level of service we received at the resort. Everything was sparkling clean. Hotel staff were friendly. We stayed in the penthouse. I would recommend it. The view is just breath taking. Planing my next trip back.

Fabulous resort!!

This is a luxury hotel, 5++! Second time staying and they made us feel so welcome!! Upgraded us without asking. We celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary and they all knew about it! Special accommodations were made for us! The lovely Yvette from Trip Central was fantastic in making our reservations and putting extra thought into our stay. I would definitely stay here again and most definitely book through Trip Central!

Its like Heaven!!

We went to Secrets the Vine the first week of July. I would say this resort amazed me in so many ways from the moment we checked in - we arrived at 10am and we are already set that we will be waiting till 3pm to get our room since that is the checked in time. The front desk did an amazing job in assisting us. We requested a preferred club upgrade but instead he offerred us a better deal better upgraded room for the same price that we are willing to pay and we got our room right away. Everything  [... read more]in this hotel is so clean and smells good like a spa :) . The standards of cleanliness and hotel management is top notch. Housekeepers thoroughly clean our room twice a day. Food is amazing not your typical All inclusive food. 3 pools are beautiful. So many chairs and umbrella. Staff are amazing - they are always smiling and willing to help. They will never say no to your request or atleast try their best to help you. I would recommend this resort to all my friends and family and we will certainly come back.

Beautiful Resort!

Modern resort with beautiful suites and lots of areas to kick back and relax and find privacy. I never felt lost as there was always staff to help out with anything I may have needed. Room service food was sub-par but the restaurants were delicious. I also loved the coffee bar for mid-day snacks and caffeine pick-me-ups! I would definitely return to Secrets the Vine Cancun.

Spectacular Vacation

This was our second time staying at secrets the vine. Food very good especially Olio which was our favorite restaurant. Staff very friendly, rooms were large with great views, white sand beach. Will definitely return

Very high end, but lacks Mexico flavor

The whole place is very stylish and organized, very Americanized. Clean, good food, real drinks, the beach has very soft sand and without rocks. If you are looking for a vacation that feels like you never left Canada or the States, this is the place for you. I gave it a very low value for the buck for a very personal reason, ie this was not what I was looking for. This hotel was too sophisticated for my taste, I would recommend it to people who like being spoiled, but I would personally choose a more local-flavoured resort.

Down a star

It's a good resort but God I hate to say that but it's true. The food has dropped and the consistances are no longer there. They have stopped providing the top shelf service that I enjoyed 2 years age. Not all but about 50% of the staff are sub par. I pay more and I want more. Please management if you read this go back to day one with all the care in everything from wrapping all your bathroom face clothes up to food quality. I truly would like it to be "our pleasure " again

The vine is always wonderful

Great.... Second time here first was better but all and all still great place to be service is great food is pretty great but not as great as first time. Will be back as staff is what makes this resort, Edgar front desk, Guisellas housekeeping.

Wonderful Resort!

My husband and I returned from Secrets The Vine April 18, 2015. We had a wonderful vacation! Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We had preferred club so were on the 22nd floor, and had beautiful views of both the beach/ocean and the lagoon. The food was great. We have been travelling to the Caribbean once or twice a year for over 20 years.... and this resort is among the best!

Everything Was PERFECT!!

This trip was for my husbands 40th, and everything was beyond fantastic. Food, drinks, grounds, cleanliness all top notch. I highly recommend downloading their Secrets App. You can see restaurants menues, room service menu, order things from housekeeping, and see daily schedule of events/activities. Another cool feature of the app is free phone calls to Canada and US. We will be back to this Secrets resort.

Chic Hotel

This was our first trip to Cancun and we were not disappointed. This all inclusive adults only resort had a level of sophistication and service we have not experienced at other 5 star resorts in Mexico and other sunny destinations. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was a cut above the competition and the hotel was a very sophisticated modern design. Huleo (sp) who had only been at the beach less than a year treated us like royalty!

Pretty but not great

The hotel was beautiful and having everything in one building was handy. The let down was the service. We usually travel to The Royal in Playa del Carmen but decided to try another highly rated hotel this time. The friendliness and effort of the staff was not evident in this property. Often had to wait for service and there were very few staff members who made us feel welcome and wanted. Food was good but not great. We arrived early in the day so was not expecting a room right away but had to wa [... read more]it till 4:30pm! There were 6 of us incoming and they couldn't get 3 rooms ready?! The hotel was not full. As a compensation, we were upgraded to the 'Preferred Club'. We saw none of the benefits (I.e. Alcoholics and snacks in our room). We did gain entry to the second level pool area which was nice because the loungers were far better quality than the beach (most of them were cracked in the bottom) and service was better.

Amazing Resort!

We recently spent a week here and we loved everything about Secrets The Vine. The resort is beautiful and the atmosphere, service, food, facilities and entertainment were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Great resort!

Loved the professionalism of the resort staff. New hotel, gorgeous modern. Wonderful restaurants, excellent adult only, location perfect to see Cancun if you want. Great entertainment, amazing time here. Rooms are over the top. Excellent ambiance everywhere.

Fantastic Resrt

Looking for a relaxing, luxurious week away from the cold and hustle and bustle of life! This resort completely met our wishes, luxury, excellent food without all that buffet hype, great staff and could be as active or quiet as you wanted....lots of room at the pools!!
