Our stay at the Grand Palladium Kantenah was excellent. The rooms, food and service were top notch. We’ve stayed at the Grand Palladium Colonial in the past with a similar experience. The resort has only gotten better with time. Keep up the good work! We’ll be back soon!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Great visit

Great facilities food facilities.Staff very friendly and helpful .Beach is not very wide like the other resorts and water often close to beach chairs.We were moved twice so experienced 3 different t rooms. Rooms are fine but hotel ha s maintenance issues with the rooms which are not being kept up to snufff. Not enough hot water for showers, electrical issues in room broken tv,plugs not fitting wash basin, toilets plugging up in rooms and public areas.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Great stay!

Beautiful grounds, excellent food, lots of activities. The kids and baby club staff were great. Unfortunately the kids club facilities were being redone during our start but the Reno looked amazing! The beach was very small and had seaweed— not much they can do about that but I was surprised by the size of the beach. Many restaurants were temporarily closed but the ones we tried were nice.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Grand palladium Punta Cana

I have been going to Punta Cana for eight years and I have received excellent service at the grand Palladium. The service was outstanding as always. I like to give a shout out to William , Jose Luis at the palace, pool bar, and the rest of the staff! At the palace lounge bar a hug thank you to Jose Alberto Alexander Vidal and the supervisor Alcid , outstanding service! I was well looked after any issues I had were looked after right away. Nothing is perfect, but to me a holiday is what you make it and the staff is what keeps me coming back? Grand Palladium Palace: Pick another resort until Fully Renovated !

Currently here for 7 nights. Booked through trip central/Air canada vacations. Flight portion of the trip was smooth. Definitely spend your money elsewhere for a resort. We came 10 years ago but this place is now showing its age. AC struggles to keep room temp below 23.8 C. Outlets falling out of walls- it definitely needs a facelift. If you have any gymnastics abilities you will do great navigating the step up into the deep tub/ shower combo. If your traveling with someone other than your significant other and book a loft suite the glass in between the main bed and shower is frosted- think 80’s silhouette…def not suitable. 90% of the restaurants are closed- something not noted on the booking website or I would have chosen another resort. Bavaro section is closed due to renovations so you have 1 main restaurant for breakfast/Lunch/Dinner with another buffet restaurant opened for lunch. Only place that is air conditioned is Hemmingway Bar- burger truck parked beside it. Made 5 trips to the front desk to get the ac looked at- its standard was the response after 3 technicians came to look at it ..asked to switch rooms and it seemed like that was a big inconvenience. Sorry Pladium…. Your 5 star has lost its rating at the moment. On the plus side- wait staff is amazing, pool bar staff always have whatever you require- pool is clean- lots of loungers at this time period….Rock show in lobby on Thursday nite is very good- other than that minimal activities. Pushy travel club salespeople in the lobby, around the pool trying to get you to a timeshare presentation. I think if you are very good at saying no you will have no problem. But every time they see you at the lobby they have to try. Highlight of the trip is the coffee bar..frap’s, fruit jars, donuts, hot or iced coffee- def one of the best things here. After numerous trips to the front desk the Concierge/Guest Services/Victor and the whole team gave us another room with much better cooling capabilities. Even this room is showing its age with the jetted tub rings all fallen off and placed at the side of the tub, Caulking around tub should be replaced. I thnk that they should use their Cleaning team to note the rooms that need repair and small issues that could be easily fixed instead of just cleaning. They are really the first point of contact with the rooms and documentation could go a long way with fixing Guest issues. The Bavaro side is planning to open In December and the rooms do look amazing although they will be at a premium. If you are looking for pools, food, drink and don't mind the overall conditions of the room then come down. The staff at the restaurants and La UVa are more than phenomenal. My issues stem from the conditions of the rooms only but we really didn't spend much time in them. I understand the contraints and pressures the guest services team are under as they know the rooms are tired and I have no doubt they will try and accomodate and make it right. Grounds are immaculate as expected and they do their best to combat the seaweed influx. Although the customer service team is amazing I do think we will try another resort on our next visit to the island. Until the whole resort does a refresh find another place to book. I am not one to usually write reviews but extremely disappointed in this resort.

TRS Turquesa: Amazing hotel, can’t wait to return

From the moment we arrived , everything was perfect. We were a group of ten, 5 swimout rooms. Without even asking g were were all placed next to each other. Amazing! Our rooms were gorgeous, fully stocked and so comfortable. We met our amazing butler Joanna, and all i can say is thank you my dear, you made our vacation so wonderful. My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort, I’m sure we will return in the future, they could use some extra attention with the public washrooms at all the connecting resorts. I absolutely loved how clean the pool was at our walkout room

Everything was fantastic from check in to check out ! Staff amazing , rooms were beautiful! Great service from butlers to drivers , cleaning service , waitresses , bartenders pool staff ! TRS Turquesa: Amazing trip once again

This was our 15th trip back to this resort, almost all of them booked with trip Central. Nicole Deforest makes sure everything is just right for us. The resort welcome desk with flawless check in as usual. We went right to our room and enjoyed exceptional service for the entire week the front desk, the butlers, the servers, the graders in the bar staff were excellent.

Grand Palladium Palace: Decent Resort

The hotel was large and spacious, lots of activities although they are scattered across the hotels. Would of been better if there was privacy in rooms and also if places were finished renovated, like the sports bar and restaurants. The beach was nice, but had lots of seaweed, plus the travel club presentation tool forever, and we wasted time.

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Mike N

Grand Palladium is a great resort. The rooms are clean and food is great. I had a wonderful time of my life while at this resort. I will highly recommend it to any one who wants to visit Mexico !! The people are very friendly and always ready to assist you when help is needed.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Resort Needs Work!

Room: The rooms need updating. The door lock didn’t work. We had to call service 4 times to have safe fixed. The power outlet came out of wall when unplugging hair dryer. The floor shower cap was not secured to floor. The toilet leaked water all over the floor. Cockroaches in room. Construction taking place next door for Bavaro resort so very noisy from morning to late afternoon. Shuttle: VERY hard to get shuttle from room. Basically had to walk all the time. Food: NO variety. Same food each  [... read more]day. Service: was okay but people not very friendly unless you spoke Spanish. Beach: was okay. They tried their best to clean seaweed. Last 2 days they closed off a portion of the beach so access was limited. Pools: were clean but very limited seating options. Entertainment: only 2 nights they had a show but they were in a very small space and very crowded. Lobby personnel: were rude and not helpful.

TRS Turquesa: 14th trip

Everything was excellent. Once again the rooms are clean. The staff were amazing and the grounds are impeccable. We will return for our 15th trip this coming September. The main lobby is a wonderful place to wind down in the evening.. the Chic Cabaret is well worth it, RSP contribution we all always get a swim up room

Lots to do in the evenings, sports bars, casino, dancing, entertainment great for teens! Limited to no entertainment during the day, just workers walking around the pools tryin to get you to boom a massage … annoying! Food was great buffet had lots to offer , Mexican was our least fav no flavor and underwhelming dinner, Japanese was awesome! We loved the beach bar food area great patio and food. Beach was OK a ton of weeds that could have been cleaned up more often at least a section. Book [... read more]ed a boat trip off the beach for a private trip with 30ppl it was a good time! Room had a terrible smell all week, musty and wet Elvira was in a good location so kept it, hardly in there! Party pool should be the pool closest to the beach, odd layout. 7/10 overall

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Grand Palladium Riviera Resort and Spa

What a great time we had as a family. Recommended for families with small kids, lots to do and entertainment was good. Staff were always helpful and polite. Rooms were decent but that is expected for a hotel that is a bit old and isolated. Overall we were very happy and would recommend it.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: It’s an ok resort. Definitely not a 5 star.

The grounds are well maintained. The room where we stayed was fine but the washroom definitely needs renovation. Some part of the resort are outdated, needed new paint and renovation. Few furniture needs replacing and cleaning. Pool is great and beach is good. Food is tasty however we did see a cockroach right at the buffet area. Staff are very friendly, service is great but not much entertainment during the day or night.

TRS Yucatan: Definitely will be going again

The best possible service we could have received, we have never been treated better and having the butlers there was such an amazing add on! They helped out with setting everything up and walked through everything with us. My fiance and i are planning to have our honeymoon here now

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Beautiful Resort

Our Stay The resort was beautiful from the minute you drove through the gates. The grounds were spotless with every tree trimmed perfectly and a super modern designed lobby. The entire staff treated us fantastic all so friendly . The carts were plentiful to take us around the resort as well it was fun going on the boats to some destinations. The room was spectacular. I was a bit nervous about the open view to the bathroom but they had a full remote controlled blind so it was totally private. [... read more] Never had any problems with hot water, bar always filled. The beds were very comfortable. All of the restaurants and the buffet had ample selections and the food was great. The beach had the softest white sand the waves were a bit rough some days but a great beach. It was one of the nicest vacations I have ever had. I would recommend that hotel to everyone would love to go back again for two weeks this time. We were a group of 5 and all like to dance and drink and have a good time even though we are older still love having fun.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Wonderful time

This hotel has so many options of things to do, great food at both the buffet options and a la carte. We got a lot of steps in as we walked the resort each day. Lovely staff and welcoming energy. Recommend.
