Pleasantly surprised

Like everyone we were nervous going to a hotel that is so new. We had a small issue when we went to our room and without making a fuss they immediately upgraded us to a swim up room, which was lovely. We where also given a couples massage and hydrotherapy in the spa. The restaurants were all very good and the service outstanding. I give the service and the food a 4 rating only because the buffet wasn't yet up to where the hotel standard should be. Drinks are premium and substatial anywhere you g [... read more]o, even great drink and snack sevice on the beach. Bracelets and towel cards are not required, loved that perk.
