Royalton CHIC Cancun: Had a decent realxing time

We had a pretty decent time at this hotel. It was very relaxing and the service was great. Although, we did feel that there could have been more activities planned during the day time, maybe we went on weekdays, sometime the whole vibe was dull. Food and drinks were okay, nothing super fancy. Very minimal options for protein if you are vegetarian.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Good enough for the price

I write this at home horrendously ill with travellers diarrhea which started 24 hours after returning, I thought I dodged a bullet but no such luck. The resort is a 6/10 but for what we paid I’m ok with that. I had very low expectations going in after reading reviews so I was actually pleasantly surprised. If food is a high priority for you, do not stay here. If you just want to chill and drink a lot it’s perfect. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Very good resort. Just thought the beach was very disapointing.

Just one down fall. The rooms are far from the main areas. .We went to lay on the beach, very windy lots of seaweed. i wish we could have spent time at the beach. Would go at different time of year. Otherwise overall it was worth it.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Wonderful resort, relaxing

The hotel is definitely a luxury, very good for a couple and a family. Good beach, average restaurant, wonderful amenities, thank you for the recommendation Mr Lawrence. Royalton Splash has very good entertainment

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Great resort!

The resort was very clean and well appointed. The staff took pride in their work and were very friendly. The rooms were large and very comfortable. I felt very safe wandering the grounds. There were many dining options and the food was excellent. (Watch out for the $20 US bag of Lays chips!) We loved the beach and swimming in the ocean for a few days until the seaweed made it impossible. Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Great service

Our butler was great. The building concierge was fantastic. Short resort tram ride to beach. Overall had a great time. Royalton CHIC Antigua: Won’t return

This resort for the money you pay isn’t worth it! Food 6/10 Location 10/10 beach amazing Service 3/10 it’s like they hated their job Drinks 2/10 ran out of beer vodka coconut rum wine champagne.. attitude was .. oh well drink Something else Will stick with Rui Resorts from now on

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort with lots to do!

The Royalton Riviera Cancun is a beautiful resort with lots of things to do. The staff are very kind and the grounds are well maintained. The basic rooms are comfortable, but don’t expect too many frills. The Al La carte restaurants book up, so you need to book them the moment you arrive and get on wifi, otherwise you won’t get in to any.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Great Stay

We were here for only for four nights. The hotel was fantastic, the food was great and overall experience met all expectations for a five star hotel. The buffet and staff there was the stand out as well as the coffee shop in second place. Things that were annoying: the water pressure wasn’t amazing and the hot water had a slight sulphur smell, but maybe that’s a Cancun thing. The lights in the room needed a PhD to figure out. The bar tenders seemed overworked and a bit grumpy

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Amazing travel agent and resort

The resort was well laid out, everything was clean, and the restaurants and the food were great! They had a wonderful little coffee shop and their barista was exceptional and very friendly. The pools were very clean and all the bar staff were courteous and fast. We had a larger group and they accommodated us with our dinner reservations.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Great for kids

The kids pool are was amazing. The boys wouldn't stay out of it. We had a swim out right in front of the water park. Highly recommend so you dont have to fight for lounges.. Pool chairs and umbrellas are gone early in the morning. People are up at 5:30 to put towels on chairs. They dont enforce rules to stop hoarding lounges. The food was resort food, good but not great. Restaurants are hard to book. The trucks had amazing fresh fish fingers. The property is beautiful but unfortunately the be [... read more]aches were covered with the sawgrass. Ocean swimming was not enjoyable.

Perfect for families and groups. Large resort with lots of choice for quiet or party areas. Our room overlooked a pool and swim up bar. Not noisy at night. Lots of daily food choices at the buffet restaurant. We also tried a couple of the a la cartes, but the buffet was our favourite. Perfect weather with occasional brief rain showers. In room fridge restocked daily with water, beer and pop. Staff everywhere were friendly. Only issue was smokers outside of designated areas.

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: I wouldn't go back

Very poor service ,we were there for 4 nights and had a very large dirty spot on the couch ,nothjng was done about it ,it was my daughterbed. , reported Thursday, asked for pillows (we were 3 only had 4 pillows) only git 2 more on Saturday, beach never get cleaned from seaweed until midday, no one arranges the seats or take care of the beach,this was Royalton St.lucia

I had a super relaxing and fun vacation. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Things that could use some attention ceiling in the shower was falling down and the tap handle fell off. There was an old sock in the baths and the glasses in my room were dirty It is next to impossible to get dining reservations at restaurants. You get either 5:30 or 9 pm It is much better in the adults only side that’s where we stayed last time. We had little ones with us this time and they had lots of fun .

This hotel was wonderful. We had a great room looking on to the entertainment provides, which there was something every night. The food was good no matter where you chose to eat in the hotel. Staff was helpful and kind. Weather was fantastic!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Great resort !

My wife and I just got back from a one week stay at the Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun resort and we really enjoyed our stay ! The hotel, the room , the pools , restaurants and staff service were all extremely good. We booked it with the Diamond Club perk, and although we appreciated very personalized service from our assigned butler and the 1-hour hydrotherapy session, not so sure it was really needed. The only negative point I would say was the beach which was really not enjoyable because of [... read more] the enormous amounts of sargassum (sea weeds) that would flow in constantly, forcing most of the people to use the pools instead. Because of that, most chairs around the pool would get taken by 7am each morning, forcing us to get out real early (6am) to drop our beach blankets on the chairs to ensure we got a goot spot. Otherwise it was almost impossible to find any chairs on the entire resort afterwards, Other than that, I can say that everything about the resort was really high end, with high end services.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Amazing Resort

We had a wonderful time. Travelled as a family with a 9 and 11 year old (non diamond club). Grounds were amazing, water park was an added bonus, food was great. Beach was wonderful. Rooms were a bit dated. We stayed in unit 22 which was one of the furthest units from anything, but we were next to the splash lobby. We did three à la cartes. The pools were wonderful but could use some fixing up as there was some sharp tiles that were causing issues for some of the kids. Overall it was a wonderful vacation, and would highly recommend especially if you have kids that enjoy water parks.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Great Resort

The hotel was amazing! It was always clean. It wasn't a huge place, but it felt comfortable. The only thing was that it was very far from the airport, and the drive was long on very tight, windy roads.

Royalton Grenada Resort and Spa: Good Resort

This overall was a good resort. Room was clean and updated. A lot of stairs! Be mindful if you have mobility issues. Beach was very nice. Rocky in some areas. Food was good. Always something to eat ( I am gf and staff always helpful). Staff were helpful, friendly, no issues...you get what you give!
