Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Great vacation

The beach is beautiful, the rooms were nice, clean and stocked with water and sodas. Food was good, nice selection. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was polite and great, they work hard, sometime had to wait but they are busy and 8 was happy to wait a few minutes.

This resort was clean, friendly, welcoming and an excellent choice. The staff was helpful and made our stay fun. Our rooms were clean and the beach was lovely. We were taken care of. I liked that there were elevators. Showers were always hot. Pool bar waiters were Unreal. Damien was waiter in main lobby and so nice. Loved the coffee and wine was good.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Beautiful Resort

A very large property and having shuttle carts was necessary and welcomed. Plenty of water areas and food options. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. They were always eager to help in any way. The most negative thing was our room. The A/C was broken. Several attempts were have to fix it. The last night was the only cool night. The patio door was extremely hard to open and l couldn’t use the nice tub because the plug was not working. The traffic noise was also an annoyance. Just to  [... read more]let you know the Sunwing reps were rude and not concerned about the excursions l had booked or if l asked them anything they wouldn’t giver me the time of day. If it wasn’t for the excellent concise staff we wouldn’t have had a good experience. We actually joined the Ultimate Club. We enjoyed all that the hotel had to offer except our room !!! Also Sunwing overbooked seats and l had to pay for the lady two seats.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: My favorite place!

Our second time at the Sirenis and will not be the last. Has all the amenities you could ever want; coffee shops, ice cream shop, sports bar, several a la carte restaurants, loungers a plenty poolside and at the beach, great beach service so never without drink and of course the lazy river. The rooms are in need of a refreshing so good to see that renos are in progress. Every other resort we’ve been to pales in comparison!

GREAT HOTEL , BEST FOOD YET IN CUBA, STAFF WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP , BEACH IS PERFECT, SECOND TIME BACK TO THIS HOTEL I WILL COME BACK . OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED TWO DAYS THE HOTEL LOOKED AFTER US.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Best place ever

Highest marks in every category from food to grounds from customer service to activities. I have never been to a resort I would return to until now. Seriously 10/10 Clean, spacious inside and out, price good, variety of food , evening shows great, quantity of food, towels and alcohol. Even other customers I meet were awesome to be around and happy. I have not one thing negative to say except I wish I could have stayed longer.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Great Last Minute Getaway

We needed to get out of the winter blues and booked this last minute vacation at Grand Sirenis. Beach, pools, and service were amazing. Rooms were ok. The photos online are much nicer than what we had. Our shower in our room leaked. And the bathrooms are open to the room with a water closet. Again, we weren’t there for the rooms, we were there to enjoy the sun and outdoors.

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Great Resort

Pretty much a 10/10. Easy to book restaurants which were mostly great. Rooms were suitable for a small family. Pool was nice, beach was nice, and waterpark was great. Service was good. Lots of places for food. No complaints.

Very good value for the money...my second time there. May go again. Love the Rocky beach with the fish swimming all around you...but bring water shoes...the free dolphin show so good, that we walked back to see it a second time. Spa is a nice treat, but staff were poor. The only place in the resort we found rude staff. Front desk staff inexperienced or very limited training, but all other staff are wonderful! Restaurants staff and food were wonderful...I didn't like that they used the same [... read more] placemats over and over again, and would put the clean cutlery on them...yuk! Nothing new in the Carribean I guess...much cleaner than Costa Rica though!

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Back to Back

Grounds - excellent, beach..excellent, room..excellent, food choice..excellent, room cleaning ...excellent, transportation to resort was preferred because it was a large 40 passenger bus which is a very safe method, transportation to airport was a small van which is not preferred as it not as safe. Will book again but since it will probably be the third time in a row we are not receiving a benefit for this...anything trip central can do for us?

Sirenis Tropical Varadero: Terrific Suite!

We traveled from January 21-28, 2025 and it was our first time at the Sirenis tropical. The lobby was beautiful and the resort had two different sections of different pool styles for you to enjoy. À la carte restaurants were good, but not spectacular. Buffet always had lots of fresh fruit and cheese, real eggs and bacon every day! Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Not bad… Not great

Shuttles are tricky with this very large resort. No schedule at the stops, so it’s hit or miss. Food was lukewarm at best most of the time at the buffets. A la cartes were very good. Staff are incredibly nice and efficient. Lots of chairs at pools and beach. Never a problem there. Jacuzzi in our room was stained dirty. No amount of cleaning would fix it. Refused to use it. This resort is amazing. Very clean, afforadable, staff is friendly and will assist with your stay any way they can. Entertainment is top notch. Kid friend. Beach is beautiful. Pools are amazing. This is our 2nd time here and we are going back next year.

This hotel was amazing. 1. The food at the buffet was surprisingly good. I never put much stock in buffets, but the ones we attended had lots of variety. Wait staff were terrific - especially Julio and Monika at the main buffet. 2. The grounds were beautiful. They are very well maintained and tidy. We were able to walk for several kilometers each day. 3. Our rooms were perfect. Cleaning and towel replacement was well done each day (thanks Manuela!!) We were only able to have 2 a la cartes - Mexican (Pueblito Lindo) and Italian (Restaurante Tonino) - both were magnificent!

From the minute we arrived at the resort to the very end of our stay, everything was absolutely on point. The staff are friendly, the rooms were clean, the beach was a few steps away and the food was great. If you're up for the hour and a half commute from the Santa Clara airport, it is well worth it! We have found our new annual vacation spot!

My husband and I stayed at this resort from January 9th/25 to January 16th/25 and had the best time. The resort is beautiful and there is so much to see and do right on the resort. The food and drink was very tasty with so many options. The room was spacious and clean. The service was fantastic!!
