Grand Oasis Palm: Amazing Resort

The resort was clean, spacious and top notch service. I highly recommend this resort to anyone. The staff where awesome and the food was even better. Could not of asked for a better week in the sun and sand.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Great getaway resort

As this was our first time in Mexico we didn’t really know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by pretty much everything. Food onsite was amazing, staff went the extra mile to see to our comfort and wellbeing. Rooms were well kept and modern. Amenities were well appreciated. We were however a little disappointed there was no bottled alcohol in the room. Beach was top notch and activities around the pool area were excellent.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Beautiful resort!

We stayed at the Majestic Elegance for 7 days and we have zero complaints! This resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach was so clean with soft white sand and there were always enough lounge chairs for us. The pool was large and spacious with some shade for when you need a break from the sun. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming. The resort and rooms were so clean and well kept. I wish we could have stayed longer because 7 days in this magical place was not enough! The beach and restaurants were all within 10 min from each other so you don’t have to walk too far to get to them. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be returning to it!

Oleo Cancun Playa: Great Resort

Resort was great however our room was extremely loud from traffic. The food was good but additional restaurant or two would be great for more a la cart choices. The pool was not large but nice however better access for guests with limitations to get in and out of the pool would be advantageous. We had a very late arrival on our first day so we didn’t get to take advantage of the facilities that day at all. We also had a late flight departure on our last day and had to pay a minimal fee to use th [... read more]e facilities for our remaining time at the resort. Our check out was at noon so a late check out or a place to shower, clean up, and change would have been great. That way we could have enjoyed the remaining day using the facilities (pool and beach). The staff did store our luggage for us which was very helpful. The resort was immaculate and the staff were amazing! They catered to our every want and need. The restaurants that were available were great. The Asian restaurant, in particular, was absolutely wonderful and the servers were awesome. The resort grounds were the perfect size and we never felt crowded. The evening entertainment was also very enjoyable and fun.

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Lacking Service & Terrible Dining Reservation Process

Service – by far the worst service we’ve received: - Reception was not helpful and did a terrible job of explaining things during check-in and didn’t get anything better on follow-up - Did not receive water in the room despite calling 3 times (room service, front desk and concierge) and when we went to the two bars that actually had bottled water, they claim to have run out…. We were going on an excursion booked with PH and needed water with 30c+ temps! - FYI – we had refillable bottles whic [... read more]h we used so bottled water was just for trips and as needed to refill overnight Dining – MOST TERRIBLE reservation system and app - We could not get dining booked for first 2 nights because it opens a certain time and is booked up. PH should help guests for first 2 days as there is no way you can get reservation on the app - We were party of 4 and due to dietary restrictions we needed to split up meals for one evening and app does not support 2 reservations for the night – terrible design - Japanese reservation, I wanted to move the timing to later it due excursion and went to them 2 days in advance and restaurant nor front desk did anything – so not helpful or accommodating. They didn’t even want to hear it so we cancelled it A couple of good things but that was because of the people: - Entertainment team was amazing - Pool and beach wait staff were great but of course only when you tipped them Overall, I would not go back to this PH given the terrible service and dining reservation – Mexico has lots of resorts that do better and PH is not one of them!

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Highly Recommend !

I have been to the RUI in Paradis Island, the Catalonia surpassed all expectations. The layout allows you to move around with easy, and not feeling corralled. Food in restaurant and buffet is high quality. Rooms are spacious well maintained and clean

Grand Oasis Cancun: Horrible resort.

During the week it seemed to be a different problem everyday, whether is was extra charges we didn't know about, dirty eyelashes on our bed that weren’t from us, cold and stale food and constant loud noises every night preventing us to sleep. Our shower flooded the floor each time we showered as it didn't have a door on it, and the cleanliness of our sinks and toilets was a bit alarming. I have never been treated so poorly by staff at a place as I was at the Grand Oasis and the only way to get decent food or drinks was to tip, and even then it still wasn’t up to any satisfaction. This morning we didn’t even have a shuttle come to pick us up and had to spend an extra 20 dollars to even get to the airport which was basically the story of our week. I will not ever come back to this resort or cancun again and I recommend not booking here either. Trip central told us we could get refunded on a uber cause our shuttle didnt show up and that didnt happen either. Brutal

Oleo Cancun Playa: Nice small resort

This is a very small resort, things are close. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area is small and the beach was super wavy but beautiful. Limited options for dinner; only 2 restaurants in addition to the buffet. Food was good, the Asian restaurant was great! Entertainment in the bar lounge was good and the coffee bar was awesome. Traffic was very loud from the room that faced the lagoon. Had to pay an extra environmental fee 42 USD.

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres: Incredible place!

Beautiful resort! Super chill. 4 night stay was perfect amount of time to reset, relax and eat great food. Brand new, gorgeous rooms, great restaurants, great atmosphere. The staff were all great people! A++. Food was amazing. Great beach and great bar service. I wish the tequila selection was a little better, considering it’s Mexico. We don’t ever return to the same place twice, but will definitely come back here.

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: FANTASTIC STAY AT PLANET HOLLYWOOD

This was a great resort. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was awesome...fun decor, comfortable bed, lots of storage and very clean. The restaurants and bars were friendly and very efficient. The lounge chairs were very comfortable and there were always plenty of towels. The pool area was fun with many great activities and the beach was second to none! The lazy river was also a favourite. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Not so Majestic anymore

Elegance Club check-in took over 90 minutes. We were asked to wait in the lounge where snacks and drinks are available. This area did not provide anything close to an Elegance experience. We ended up checking in at the Front Desk in the lobby. Day three we had to switch rooms due to flooding from room above us. Guest services seem more interested in handling less complicated matters. The concierge was more than kind though and tried very hard to help us. We received a complimentary relaxation m [... read more]assage for our inconvenience which upon check-out were asked to pay $400.00 USD. Thankfully another employee stepped in and provided us with a credit. Vacation time is precious to all of us and we should not have to be put through unnecessary stress. Management? seems non- existent. This was my third stay here and will be my last.

Grand Oasis Palm: Great resort!

We had an awesome time at this resort! The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious (lots of variety) and the staff were fantastic! Would be great if there was umbrellas around the pool loungers as that sun is intense. We would definitely return to grand oasis palm!

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Decent Resort

Grounds clean Specialty Restaurants difficult to book and food is mediocre. Buffet - lots of options but nothing special. Rooms - Great - keep an eye on your personal items everyday Entertainment - daily - okay, Night - usual AI parties, I enjoyed the silent party Beach - some seaweed, Windy most of the time, Water rough most of the time.

Oleo Cancun Playa: Olea is Okay

It’s a small resort. The buffet restaurant surprisingly so. The reviews about the food are accurate. The buffet is on par with Cuba. The a la cartes are not bad The beach is very nice. Not a lot of seaweed if any. Pool area is very small and the resort does t have enough loungers. They were all gone by 8 am. Rooms are dated. We had the Inspira. It’s not worth it. Top shelf booze is $50 a day more. Area of the beach for Inspira guests is too small. No other perks really. Some small discounts [... read more] on the Bali beds. We had robes the first day in our room but then they disappeared. No slippers. No chairs on our balcony. Resort seems understaffed. One day our room wasn’t tidied until 4 pm. We had a good time as it was March Break and it was affordable. For the price point next time I would choose the NYX.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Perfect Getaway!

The perfect couples getaway! We had a four day stay at Haven Cancun Riveria and it was just what we needed to relax and recharge. We enjoyed using the gym, the yoga classes and spent lots of time at the quiet pool. We also had fun at the "party pool"! It's a beautiful, modern and clean resort. The staff work really hard to keep the grounds immaculate and to meet your needs. The circus style show was fantastic! The food was great at the buffet, Olios restaurant and we really appreciated the cafe  [... read more]and the food avaliable near the round pool. The beach was the only downside, as it is not well kept. Obviously the seaweed issue is out of their control and we knew that when choosing this resort, however more care is definitely needed at the beach. The sand could be groomed and garbage on the beach could be picked up. Overall, this low key resort is perfect for couples looking to escape!

Grand Park Royal Cancun: Excellent stay!

Beautiful hotel with great food (lots of choices with Italian, Japanese and hibatchi as well as buffet) and amenities. Adult pool is great with swim up bar!! Beach is beautiful and really nice ocean breeze blowing to cool down when out in the sun.

Sun Palace Hotel: Amazing Adult-only All-inclusive

We can’t say enough good things about Sun Palace, Cancun. Beautiful facilities, great staff, super pools, great views and beach. Food could be slightly upgraded but overall it’s good. What is lacking are the number of restaurants,; they need at least one or two more restaurants and get rid of reservations only.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Run down

Everything that was actually working was run down. Went for March break, no zipline, no water slides. Electricity went out, elevator didn’t work Food was 2* at best. Everything was deep fried or reused hot dogs.

Paradisus Cancun: Great, not a 5 star

The Paradisus Cancun has great common facilities, including buffet and exclusive restaurants. The beach is great, but found towels on almost every beach chairs without occupants. The attendant should remove towels unattended. Sometimes it’s annoying to find a spot on the beach. The resort has severe lack of evening entertainment/ activities. After 10-11pm, it’s seems dead - not expecting from such a great resort. The room is dated without all available facilities.

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: A great time away

Overall this resort was nice. Clean, lots of food options and friendly staff. Coffee bar is awesome and so many places to sit and chat! We went in the beginning of March and the pools were cool in the mornings but warmed up a bit in the afternoon. Beach is gorgeous! If you are looking for night life/ entertainment this resort isn’t for you. This is why we chose it lol When checking out , get your agents number.
